"I’m just really curious, how did you two manage to fight to this extent?"

As soon as this topic ca up, Leng Yixing started blaming that main culprit. Since he couldn’t speak right now, Leng Yixing could say whatever he wanted.

He said: "I was on a date with Xin’er, when he suddenly appeared, pounced on and started hitting without a word. How could I just let him hit ? So, I didn’t control myself well and it ended up like this."

Upon hearing this, Lu Xiao on the next hospital bed really wanted to glare a few holes into Leng Yixing.

Shaless, totally shaless!

Anyone with eyes could see that it was Lu Xiao who was on a date with Qin Huaixin, and Leng Yixing who pounced on him and started the fight. Yet, he’s acting as if he’s the victim!

Zhuang Shuqing’s lips twitched uncontrollably, her gaze towards Leng Yixing carried a hint of inquiry.

Clearly, she didn’t believe a word he just said.

"Sister-in-law, what’s with that look?"

"Nothing, you can think of it as pondering."

Leng Yixing: "..."

Lu Xiao on the next bed chuckled "hehe" twice.

Leng Yixing snorted coldly, and continued to Zhuang Shuqing: "Sister-in-law, why didn’t Xin’er co with you?"

"Do I need to co with Shuqing to be able to co in?"

A woman’s voice ca from outside the door. Everyone looked up, only to see Qin Huaixin leaning on the door, watching them.

Leng Yixing was overjoyed, "Xin’er, you finally ca to see !"

Upon hearing this, Qin Huaixin didn’t even glance at him, and walked straight into the ward.

Seeing this, Leng Yixing was so happy he couldn’t close his mouth. But soon, his smile froze on his face as he watched Qin Huaixin walk past his bed to stop in front of Lu Xiao’s, his face full of disbelief.

Even Zhuang Shuqing, witnessing this turn of events, felt surprised.

Qin Huaixin stopped at Lu Xiao’s bed, looked at him emotionlessly, wrapped like a zongzi (rice dumpling), and after a mont of contemplation said, "Lu Xiao, I’ve thought it over. You can’t even protect , I think we shouldn’t continue anymore."

Upon hearing this, Leng Yixing was ecstatic. If not for his inconvenient leg, he would have surely run over to hug her and shower her with kisses.

After saying that, Qin Huaixin didn’t give Lu Xiao a chance to speak, turned around, and left.

As she passed by Zhuang Shuqing, she took her hand and they walked out together, ignoring Leng Yixing’s shouts.

When they reached the corridor and the ward door closed behind them, Zhuang Shuqing arched her brow at her, "Decided on Leng Yixing?"

Qin Huaixin couldn’t help but roll her eyes at her, turning her head to look down the corridor, lost in thought.

Zhuang Shuqing didn’t hurry her, just quietly watching.

After a long while, she slowly turned back and said to Zhuang Shuqing, "Zhuang Shuqing, I’m leaving the country tomorrow."

"What?!"

"You heard right. I’m leaving tomorrow." While those two can’t move, she had to hurry.

After a mont of silence, Zhuang Shuqing asked, "Where to?"

"I don’t know yet. I’ll tell you once I decide where to land."

Zhuang Shuqing felt a blockage in her chest upon hearing this, a wave of indescribable lancholy rising in her heart.

"Then when I’ve earned enough money, I’ll co find you."

Qin Huaixin smiled, patted her shoulder, "I’ll wait for you to co find . But, are you sure your dear Lu is willing to let go? After I leave, don’t miss too much."

Watching Qin Huaixin’s retreating figure, Zhuang Shuqing didn’t know if it was just her feeling, but she seed to sense a looming long farewell.

The next day, Zhuang Shuqing was planning to go to the airport early, but when she woke up the next morning and saw a ssage on her phone, she was so shocked that she jumped up from the bed in an instant.

It said: Zhuang Shuqing, I’m running away, see you if fate allows, or in another lifeti if not.
