The crowd stirred again, so whispering their agreent. Ethan had barely awakened his power. Lucas already knew how to use his. It did look like an uphill battle.
So people started to whisper things, things such as
"Yeah, these kinds of powers tend to be difficult to control, so he must have no idea how to control his superpower."
"Exactly, and if he can't even use it properly, what good will his superpower rank do him?"
"You're right, there is no way he will win against Lucas, and even if he does, it will depend entirely on luck."
"Well, whatever happens, let's just hope that Ethan doesn't disappoint us."
These words reached Ethan's ears, and he let out a small sigh.
He understood why the crowd was doubtful, and in their eyes, he couldn't bla them.
Lucas was the one with a combat-based superpower, and Ethan had little direct combat ability.
However, you cannot bla them as they do not know his true strength, which has increased drastically since his bloodline awakened.
This includes Evelyn and Everly, who only know that his superpower has powerful abilities but do not know any details.
So, even Evelyn and Everly looked worried about this as they did not want him to fight before understanding his abilities.
But Ethan was unfazed as he knew everything he needed about the superpower as the system helped him understand the functions, which saved him a lot of trouble.

Ethan raised an eyebrow. "So kind of you. Then I guess we have a deal."

Lucas scoffed and turned sharply, storming off with his lackeys while the rest of the students murmured about all of this and couldn't wait to spread all of this after they went back.
A soft chi rang in Ethan's mind as a new task alerted him.

Defeat Lucas Grayson in a one-on-one match.
Rewards: 50 Incubus Points and 50 Incubus Coins.
As he stared at the words, a confident smile appeared on his face.

anwhile, inside Lilith's room, the woman herself was busy figuring out the superpower as she went through all the records that her ancestors had left to see if there was anything similar before.
But she didn't get any luck as everything was normal and did not include anything like this.
This ant that the superpower Ethan had awakened was the first one of its kind and would most likely have more secrets and mysteries than the other ones.
But as she did not know any information about it, the only option was for him to use the power and figure out everything himself.
So, she sighed and sat back on the chair, a slight frown on her face as she wondered what else was in store for them.
'Just how many shocks does this child have for ?'
However, before she could continue searching, she heard a commotion in the testing room and looked down to see what was going on.
And as she did, she heard the whole conflict between Lucas and her son and could not help but shake at this as she knew that the chances of Ethan losing are super slim.
