When Theodore and the others arrived at the military base in the center of this city, they saw that there were many people there. One thing Theodore realized was that quite a few survivors had taken refuge in this base.
"Cheers to you guys. We’ll split up here." Theodore decided to go alone and let Roxanne and Geoffrey adapt to the base independently.
"Alright, good luck, sis!" Although Geoffrey was unwilling to part with Theodore, he knew that Theodore had his own business.
Roxanne waved her hand and let Theodore go, realizing it was ti for her and Geoffrey to be independent and not always rely on Theodore for their affairs.
Theodore also tried to ask one of the soldiers he saw. He had to find out first if they were making a search team.

The soldier turned his head towards Theodore, who was walking towards him. He stopped walking, but his face did not look good.
"What’s wrong?" The soldier quickly inquired about Theodore’s needs with him.
"Do you need people to send out? I intend to join!" Realizing that the soldier didn’t have much ti to answer his questions, Theodore quickly conveyed his purpose.
Unlike Theodore anticipated, the soldier smiled brightly, unlike before when he heard his words. For a mont, Theodore was confused about why this person had reacted like that.
"What a coincidence that we require more people! It’s good you ca, so I don’t have to look for more people." The soldier happily patted Theodore’s shoulder.
Theodore secretly breathed a sigh of relief; at least his search this ti was fruitful, and he also knew that these people were indeed looking for people to send out of the base.

But Theodore didn’t know that he was from city base A. All he knew was that he was a soldier who had mighty powers.
Victor’s strength was very famous among the crowd at that ti. His strength was super strength, which matched his very brutal fighting style.

"Hey, new kid. Are you also one of the people who woke up?" The young man familiarly greeted Theodore.
Although Theodore didn’t like how the man addressed him, he still answered because he needed information from soone who had already joined this team.
"No, I’m just ordinary person," Theodore replied briefly.
"Too bad, I thought you were an awakened person, too. So you don’t have any powers?" Upon learning that Theodore had no powers, the young man looked at Theodore with a dismissive gaze.
"That can be said. Were all the people who joined were awakened?" asked Theodore to confirm.
"Yes, the military people already gathered them. There are five teams, each with 5 to 7 powerful people on its team. We are the last team," the young man explained with an unhappy face.
In his heart, Theodore thought he was very unlucky for joining the team headed by Victor McCarty.
