Since it was their priority to avoid the zombie horde, Geoffrey was not angry when Roxanne drove their car off the route he had made. Geoffrey thought that he could adapt their route later.

"We’ve gone off the route I made. Is this okay, brother?" However, Geoffrey kept saying this to Theodore, who was still beside him.

"Just leave it for now. There are too many zombies. It’ll be bad if our path is intercepted like before," Theodore replied, trying to be calm. He was also quite worried because they were not too familiar with this area of the city.

"It’s just that I’m afraid we’ll be further away from the exit from this city," Geoffrey replied, expressing his concern.

"Then you go in and look at the map, imdiately find a way to return to the route. Otherwise make a new route from our current location. "Theodore finally chose to tell Geoffrey to get back into the car.

Geoffrey nodded his head and imdiately got into the car, feeling really anxious for so reason. Hence, Geoffrey imdiately said yes when Theodore told him to get back into the car.

Because now there was only himself up there, Theodore also had to work harder to get rid of the zombies in front, and there were also new ones that ca and wanted to block their way.

Although there were many zombies in City A, the number continued to grow. Theodore realized that the number of zombies in this city was far greater than in City A. It was like all the humans in City H had turned into zombies.

So wherever they go, there will definitely be zombies that will intercept them; Theodore thought that he would get a lot of experience in this city. At least Theodore could also buy useful equipnt for them at the system store.

Grenade after grenade Theodore threw toward the hordes of zombies that continued to chase them. For now, they could be calm because the ones chasing were just ordinary zombies that had evolved.

It would be very dangerous for them if the zombies with powers started to co out and decided to find trouble with them. Theodore thought they would have a very hard ti if the zombies with powers ca out.

"How is Geoff? Did you find a way out?" Theodore shouted from outside so Geoffrey in the car could hear him.

"We have to go around quite far sis, but don’t worry, I’ve solved the problem." Geoffrey imdiately explained what he had done.

"Keep it up. We don’t know when stronger zombies will co out and get Celia here to help kill these damn zombies!" Theodore then decided to call Celia to support him.

Honestly, Theodore was still semi-conscious because he had woken up from his sleep in a state of shock. His head was really painful at the mont. Therefore, Theodore needed help to kill these zombies.

It didn’t take long for Celia to appear and start helping Theodore. It just looks like Celia is still confused about what she should do there.

Seeing Celia, who was confused, Theodore imdiately gave her a stack of grenades, "Use this grenade to kill them, I’ll show you how to use it."

Celia nodded in understanding and watched Theodore’s movents as he used the grenades. Celia, who was indeed ingenious, did not take long for her to understand and began to imitate what Theodore did naturally.

"You’re not so bad after all. Keep attacking them. I need to recover first," Theodore said, telling Celia to keep throwing the grenade.

"Do I need to use my power on you?" Celia turned to Theodore when she heard that Theodore needed to recover.

"No need, just save your strength," Theodore replied, not really caring.

Then Theodore took out a small bottle containing crystal mana, and he took a new small crystal mana from inside the bottle. This is the first ti Theodore has used crystal mana. He hopes there will be no side effects when he uses it.

Not wanting to waste more ti, Theodore imdiately grasped the mana crystal and closed his eyes to absorb the mana in the crystal.

Slowly, Theodore felt foreign energy begin to flow in his body; not only that, but he felt his mind beco clearer, and the pain in his head no longer felt so painful.

A mont later, Theodore opened his eyes, and he felt his body more refreshed this ti; it was indeed the right decision to use the mana crystal at a ti like this.

"Are you better already?" Celia saw what happened to Theodore, and she understood how it felt because she had felt the benefits of the mana crystal before.

"Yes, much better." Theodore answered briefly and imdiately went back to throwing grenades at the zombies who still hadn’t given up on chasing them.

But, their attacks could have been more effective because the grenades they threw were only to prevent the zombies from getting closer. The damage produced by the grenades wasn’t that great to instantly kill the zombies.

From what Theodore observed, it took about 3 or 4 grenades before the zombies were completely dead; before that, they could still move and chase after them with a limp.

"Why are these zombies so strong? It seems that in D City, the zombies are not this strong," Celia said, feeling strange when she saw that the zombies in this city were really strong and difficult to kill.

"They have evolved, no wonder their strength is different." Theodore hoped that they wouldn’t have to encounter zombies with powers because they were already having trouble with just ordinary zombies.

Celia looked surprised when she heard Theodore’s words; she knew that these zombies could evolve and beco this strong.

"Then why aren’t the zombies in city D this strong?" Celia beca confused because she felt that the zombies in these two cities were completely different.

"It seems that the growth of the zombies was disrupted because of the crazy people in your city. As you can see it seems like all the humans here have turned into zombies." Theodore tried to explain this with reasonable presumptions, even though he himself did not know the truth.

Even so, Celia seed to accept Theodore’s explanation because she found that what he said was quite reasonable.

"I’ll try to use arrows. You keep throwing those grenades, watch the front lest our way be blocked by these zombies," Theodore said then.

After saying that, Theodore also took Geoffrey’s crossbow, which he left there. Theodore began to aim at the zombies around them using ice arrows. He intended to reduce their speed.

Of course, the thod Theodore used was quite effective, so he shot a lot of ice arrows to make so of the hordes frozen and unable to move.

Just when they felt that the situation was under control, there was suddenly a loud roar in the distance. Theodore’s bad feelings returned at this ti.
