Knowing that the situation was getting out of hand with the ergence of many natural disasters in several cities, Theodore left early in the morning for the airport to go to A city.

Fortunately, the flight Theodore took was only delayed for ten minutes, so he didn’t have to wait too long at the airport.

However, the flight from K city to A city took about five hours.

And during that ti Theodore spent his ti listening to the news and as he suspected the zombie virus had started to spread.

The latest news said that there were several patients with strange diseases found in country R which was close to the high seas associated with Arctic.

"They don’t know yet that the virus will turn people into zombies. It won’t take long before the people infected with the virus will beco zombies," Theodore muttered, feeling quite anxious.

"Damn, I still have a lot of business to do," Theodore continued, wanting to get to City A as soon as possible.

However, he still had to wait for about three hours to reach City A.

All Theodore could do at the mont was monitor the state of the world, if it was as predicted as his previous life, there was still about a month before the zombie apocalypse broke out around the world.

Even so Theodore was worried that this ti the apocalypse would co sooner than his previous life.

Given that a lot had changed, even Theodore now had abundant supplies to survive.

Theodore wasn’t too sure if this change would have a different impact on the world, if it did have an impact he hoped it wouldn’t be a bad one.

A sigh could be heard from Theodore, his head was starting to spin now that he had seen for himself that the horrible event would actually happen again.

"I must prepare myself well," Theodore muttered, then decided to close his eyes, he needed rest for now.

. . .

After the plane landed smoothly, Theodore quickly glided away from the airport to the apartnt area he had bought earlier.

Theodore had previously contacted his agent and said that today he would co to move into the apartnt.

To make it easier for himself Theodore had asked the person to fill the apartnt with the necessary equipnt.

So Theodore was quite curious as to how the apartnt he would be taking refuge in for the rest of his life would look like.

It took about 30 minutes for Theodore to arrive at the apartnt complex that was quite famous in the A city.

This apartnt complex and the surrounding neighborhood, which was also spacious with many public facilities around it, would be used as the base location of A City.

Theodore therefore chose to go to this city, considering that A city’s base was one of the safest in the future.

In Theodore’s previous life he was in Z city when the zombie apocalypse broke out and the situation there was extrely chaotic and uncontrollable.

In fact, the base in Z city didn’t last long before it finally collapsed and was overrun by the zombies.

Theodore’s life in the past was a complete ss, he was always moving between bases and running away to defend his life.

Never once did Theodore feel at peace after the zombie apocalypse appeared, so he didn’t want to repeat his mistakes.

The taxi that Theodore was riding finally stopped and Theodore imdiately got out of there after paying his travel expenses.

Theodore didn’t need to look for his agent’s whereabouts because he was already waiting for his arrival.

"Good morning, Mr. Spencer. Nice to et you," the male agent said with a friendly smile.

"Good morning, how is my apartnt? Are the preparations complete?" Theodore imdiately asked about the state of his apartnt.

"Yes, I’ve taken care of it just as you wanted, sir. Before I take you there, let’s go to the office, you need to finalize the paynt first," the male agent politely explained.

Theodore nodded his head and followed the man to the office of the real estate agent who handled the apartnt he was buying.

Once at the real estate agent’s office, Theodore was handed a letter and a receipt for the paynt he needed to make.

Theodore imdiately took out the money he was carrying and made the paynt. After that, they signed the ownership letter of the apartnt.

After taking care of all the legal matters Theodore was satisfied when he held the ownership letter of his apartnt.

"It was a pleasure doing business with you, Mr. Spencer. Now I’ll take you to your apartnt," the agent said with a big smile.

"I can’t wait to see the apartnt," Theodore replied, unable to mask his excitent.

"You’ll be very satisfied when you see it, sir." With that the male agent took Theodore to the apartnt neighborhood.

There were actually quite a few apartnts in this area because it was a very large area with very adequate public facilities.

Not to ntion that this area was close to the military area which was very strong in A city, so they chose this neighborhood to turn it into a military base.

Then, the apartnt that Theodore will place is on the 15th floor which is the top floor. And there were only two apartnts on that floor, Theodore didn’t mind having an apartnt on the top floor.

That way his solar panel would not be obstructed by anything, so he could rest easy.

After spending a lot of ti they finally arrived in front of the apartnt that now belonged to Theodore.

The male agent opened the door and went inside with Theodore. The first thing Theodore saw when he entered was a house that looked calm and comfortable.

All the corners of the house were properly furnished, Theodore began to walk around to inspect the apartnt.

"You did a great job," Theodore said, pleased with the apartnt.

"Thank you, sir. Is there anything else you need?" the male agent asked later.

"There are a few things I’d like to ask. First, how is the water system in this apartnt?" Theodore had to confirm this important matter.

"The water supply in this apartnt flows directly from the water city company." The agent explained it to Theodore.

Theodore just nodded in understanding, if it was like that then he already had to install water filters for all the faucets in this house.

Not only that Theodore also had to boil the water if he wanted to drink it or use it for cooking.

If not then Theodore might beco a zombie because the water had been contaminated with an ancient virus flowing from Antarctica.

"What about the electricity?" Theodore had to confirm this as well.

"Just like the water supply, sir. However, we have our own backup power for the needs of everyone in this apartnt building," the male agent explained patiently.

Theodore nodded his head with satisfaction, he could have his own backup electricity with his solar panels later.
