"This speed—what the hell, it’s insane!"
The First Raikage appeared and said,
"Young man, be careful. Our movent speed is extrely fast, so don’t let your guard down."
The bodies of the three Raikage shimred with dazzling lightning, forming a layer of armor. That armor not only granted them terrifying speed but also near-impenetrable defense. Among all the resurrected Kage, aside from Mu, these three were easily the most troubleso.
"No worries, really. I’m super strong, you know!"
Kiyosuke’s confidence radiated as his skin gradually turned red. The air around him warped from the rising heat, and a terrifying aura rippled outward.
The heat circulated within his body, granting him imnse strength and speed.
"Let’s go!"
The First and Second Raikage attacked from both sides while the Third descended from above.
Assaulted from three directions, Kiyosuke remained calm. He reached out and grabbed the hands of the First and Second Raikage mid-attack, twisting them until their arms crossed—forcing them to pierce each other’s chests. The Third Raikage swooped down, but instead of striking Kiyosuke, his attack went straight through the First Raikage’s head.
"This movent speed..."
None of the three suffered fatal damage. They regenerated quickly, dodging Kushina’s sealing chains before she could finish the technique.
"He’s already fast enough to keep up with us. Is that ability similar to our Lightning Release Armor?" the Third Raikage remarked, lowering his hand.
"Pretty much," Kiyosuke replied, his skin tone fading back to normal. "But it won’t last long. Accelerating blood circulation like that is dangerous—one slip, and I’m done for."
"Then you’ll use that speed to stop us," the Second Raikage said solemnly. "If we break through, it’ll be a disaster for the younger generation. I’d rather not let a dead man take their lives."
"Then co at !"
Kiyosuke took his stance.
Obito appeared beside him and said, "Hey, I was supposed to stall them, rember? Why’d you jump in?"
"Sorry, couldn’t help it. Where’s Itachi?"
"I’m here."
A flock of crows swirled together, forming Itachi’s body. Even knowing it was genjutsu, the sight was still damn cool.
"Good. Your target is the First Mizukage. I’ll handle the Second—he’s been begging to get sealed for a while now."
Kiyosuke turned toward Gengetsu, who was currently shouting at the Allied Shinobi Forces.
The alliance was hopeless. Even though Gengetsu was holding back, no one managed to seal him.
"Hey, mustache guy!"
Soone in the ranks shouted, and imdiately, killing intent exploded from Gengetsu. A wave of fear swept through the troops.
"Who just said that? Step forward and apologize!"
"S-sorry!" A shinobi from Iwagakure stepped out and bowed deeply.
"Tch! Not a single one of you can seal ? What a pathetic generation of ninja!" Gengetsu fud, stomping his feet.
"I’ll take it from here," Kiyosuke said, walking toward him.
Gengetsu spun around and laughed loudly.
"That’s right, I’ve been waiting for you! Co, Asakawa Kiyosuke!"
"Let’s go!"
Kiyosuke clenched his fists, his whole body igniting into a blazing torch.
"Interesting."
Gengetsu grinned, his battle spirit flaring as he charged forward. This ti, he didn’t resist Kabuto’s control—he was actually obeying it, eager to enjoy this fight.
"Hahaha! That’s it!" Gengetsu roared with laughter, water jets shooting from his fingertips—streams powerful enough to pierce solid rock.
"Fire Gun!"
Water and fire collided in midair, clashing violently. The two figures crashed together, their attacks lighting up the battlefield.
In an instant, dust and flas filled the air. Kiyosuke recovered faster, shouting, "Mito-sama!"
Uzumaki Mito was in the middle of sealing several captured Kage. Kushina rushed over, throwing a sealing cloth toward Kiyosuke. Her hands blurred through seals.
"Seal!"
The cloth unrolled, wrapping tightly around Gengetsu and sealing him away.
"Nice job. That guy was a pain."
If Gengetsu had unleashed his Steaming Danger Tyranny, countless people would’ve died. Kiyosuke was relieved to prevent that.
"Then you should seal as well," ca a calm voice.
The First Mizukage, Byakuren, walked forward slowly.
"Since you sealed Gengetsu so easily, your strength clearly isn’t ordinary. Co on then."
"Alright, old man. Ready?"
"Of course... The attack’s coming!"
Byakuren ford hand seals.
"Water Release: Great Water Collision Wave!!"
In the middle of the desert, a massive wall of water erupted like a tidal wave.
Kiyosuke grabbed Kushina’s shoulder and leapt onto a tall stone pillar. Beneath them, an ocean spread across what used to be sand.
If not for Gaara creating a massive sand wall in ti, countless lives would’ve been lost.
"What insane chakra. No wonder people like him could bring peace to chaotic tis."
Kiyosuke wiped the sweat off his brow—then suddenly felt danger. He shoved Kushina away and burst into flas, vanishing just as a voice roared:
"Dust Release: Detachnt of the Primitive World Technique!"
The stone pillar below exploded, vaporized into a perfect cylindrical hole.
Mu appeared from the smoke.
"Sharp instincts," he said coolly.
Mu was a master of the Dust Release—and on top of that, he could beco invisible, sense chakra, and even split himself in two. If he hadn’t died alongside Gengetsu in their last battle, he might’ve survived into the Second or even Third Shinobi World War.
The sheer power of Dust Release was terrifying.
Kiyosuke reappeared at the edge of the crater.
"Seriously, that ability of yours is way too good for sneak attacks."
Mu could turn invisible and sense chakra—it took imnse effort to locate him. If Kiyosuke hadn’t sensed the chakra fluctuation from Dust Release forming, even he wouldn’t have noticed him in ti.
"As long as it works," Mu said. "Find a way to seal quickly. If you don’t, a lot of people will die."
He glanced toward his disciple Ōnoki, who was flying closer, and sighed.
"If I were still alive, I’d never trust a Konoha ninja with this. But these are special circumstances."
"Yeah... guess we don’t have much choice."
Just then, Kiyosuke sensed a massive chakra signature rapidly approaching. He smirked.
"Turn around. Soone’s coming."
Mu felt it too. "This chakra... it’s powerful, and familiar. It’s..."
"The Nine-Tails!"
A golden figure appeared in a flash, forming a giant Rasengan in his hand.
"Big Ball Rasengan!!"
Mu dodged swiftly. "Such a brainless attack—"
Before he could finish, a chakra arm burst from the golden figure’s chest, grabbing Kiyosuke and launching him through the air.
They twisted midair, and the Rasengan ca down again, this ti slamming directly toward Mu.
Mu retreated in midair. "Still can’t hit—"
"Haah!"
Naruto shouted, another chakra arm extending from his body. The Rasengan accelerated and smashed into Mu!
"What—?!"
BOOM!!!
Mu was blasted away in an explosion of light and dust.
