Extra Skill :

[ Warp Shot ]

A technique that involves instantly creating a portal connecting the user to their target and firing a bullet through it. The shortened distance and ability to hit targets from their blind spots makes it extrely difficult to dodge. The range is limited to people and objects within the user's Mana Perception.

[ Spatial Connection ]

Allows the user to connect two points in space together through portals, allowing for movent of people and objects. The energy expenditure is in direct relation with both the distance between the connected locations and the size of the portals.

Michael looked at the newly drawn skill and fell silent at first. When he heard its simple na, Sniper, he thought the system might have made a mistake. But now, seeing its full potential, he realized it was no mistake—it was an incredibly powerful skill, especially since it included spatial manipulation.

"Damn, this is amazing," he mumbled, staring at the description. Unable to contain his excitent, he shouted, "With this, my plans just got a whole lot easier!"

But then shaking his head, he dampened his excitent, he decided to take a asured approach. "I'm not like a certain sli who can use all their skills perfectly on the first try. I need to get familiar with this skill and practice until I've mastered it. Only then will I set out to deal with my targets."

Michael decided to dedicate himself to mastering the intricacies of Sniper and its associated sub-skills. He knew that while the skill's destructive potential was imnse, the real power lay in its precision, adaptability, and sub-skills. To truly dominate, he would need to train each aspect carefully.

Michael started with Mana Perception. He needed to develop his ability to see the world through the ambient mana around him. Closing his eyes, he sat cross-legged in the training area, focusing on the energy that surrounded him.

At first, the sensations were chaotic—a flood of indistinct impressions from the swirling mana. Gradually, he began to isolate distinct patterns: the faint hum of electricity in the walls, the soft rustle of air currents, even the tiny vibrations of footsteps several ters away.

Opening his eyes, Michael marveled at his newfound vision. The world was no longer just shapes and colors—it was a network of glowing energy fields. "A 360-degree view with no blind spots... I'll never be caught off guard again," he mused.

To enhance his perception, he practiced in increasingly chaotic environnts, such as crowded streets or battle simulations, until he could effortlessly detect and process every detail in his surroundings.

Next, Michael turned to Predictive Calculation. To hone this ability, he began by analyzing combat scenarios. Using basic movents, he predicted how opponents would respond based on their stances and patterns.

He then escalated to live simulations, facing off against multiple undead enemies. With each fight, he grew faster at reading their moves, predicting their attacks, and finding openings. At one point, he successfully dodged a barrage of incoming projectiles while simultaneously formulating a counterattack strategy—all without wasting a single ounce of energy.

"Efficiency is key," he muttered, fine-tuning his power usage. By the end of this phase, Michael could predict outcos several moves ahead, turning battles into carefully calculated chess matches.

The real challenge ca with Spatial Manipulation. At its basic level, Michael practiced creating stable portals. He began with small ones, just large enough to fit an object like a pebble, gradually working his way up to larger portals capable of moving entire vehicles.

Teleportation was the next step. With Spatial Transfer, Michael trained to teleport himself and objects without needing a visible portal. It was disorienting at first, but after repeated practice, he beca proficient at blinking across the battlefield, appearing behind targets or escaping to a safe distance.

Advanced training involved disrupting enemy spatial abilities. He practiced blocking teleportation spells and sealing areas, ensuring that foes couldn't escape his attacks.

Warp Shot proved to be one of the most devastating techniques. Michael practiced creating instantaneous portals to fire projectiles at unseen targets. By integrating Mana Perception, he could accurately lock onto enemies outside his direct line of sight, launching attacks that seed to co from nowhere.

To push his limits, Michael simulated combat against multiple moving targets. He fired energy bolts through portals, striking enemies from their blind spots while simultaneously dodging incoming attacks. The ability to bypass traditional defenses and strike with precision left him grinning with satisfaction.

Michael's final training focused on Spatial Connection. He learned to create stable pathways between distant locations, transporting objects and people seamlessly. He practiced connecting distant points on the battlefield, creating traps and escape routes.

Testing the energy expenditure, Michael found that smaller portals required minimal effort, but larger, long-distance connections demanded careful mana managent.

In one exercise, he set up a network of portals across the training field, using them to redirect enemy projectiles, transport allies, and ambush targets. By the end of the session, he could efficiently connect spaces and maintain control over the battlefield.

After weeks of intense training, Michael stood in the middle of the field, surrounded by destroyed dummies and glowing remnants of his attacks. He had mastered Sniper and its sub-skills, each one now an extension of his will.

"Now this... this is power," he said, a sly grin spreading across his face. "No one will see coming. Especially Not the fools who nuked New York."

Satisfied with his result he opened his Status screen to see the advancents he had made.
