Just as her breath ran out and her eyes gradually closed, a dark shadow approached.
A lifesaving breath reached her.
Su Pan’er’s consciousness returned from the verge of confusion. She quickly opened her eyes and was surprised to find that she had sohow erged from the water!
" Idiot! What are you doing? Trying to commit suicide?"
Qin Yi shouted at her in fury, his anger igniting like a wildfire.
He was actually angry with her. This was the first ti he had lost his temper with her.
What’s more, he was angry with her just after she’d almost lost her life for his sake!
Anger suddenly surged in Su Pan’er’s heart.
"Cough, cough, cough..."
As if coughing up her lungs, Su Pan’er kept violently coughing, her anger still seething inside.
"You, cough... Bastard! You did this on purpose, didn’t you? You were the one who pulled under water but still blad ?"
Realization dawned on her at that mont. The one who had been pulling her clothes and her foot must have been Qin Yi.
She was suddenly furious!
"Humph! Who was it that kicked off the rock? That made almost suffocate and drown."
Qin Yi’s face turned as black as a pot: "Luckily, I’m a good swimr and caught my breath. As soon as I woke up and groggily opened my eyes, I saw you looking dazed and pale; I thought you were drowning, so I quickly went to save you, but you suddenly kicked in the face!"
While speaking, Qin Yi pointed to a big red mark on his face: "Because of all the silt blinding , I couldn’t see anything clearly. I was worried you were drowning, would I dare to let you go even though I couldn’t see?"
"I..."
Upon hearing this, Su Pan’er faltered, thoughtfully considering his words. Now that she thought about it, she rembered flailing her legs when her clothes were being pulled.
Could it have been then? Did she kick him?
"I didn’t know it was you..."
Muttering in defense, Su Pan’er’s voice gradually faded.
Noticing Qin Yi still wearing a sullen expression, he started to swim towards the shallower water. Only then did she realize that they had sohow ended up at the deep center of the pond.
She hurriedly followed him out.
"Enough already, I didn’t do it on purpose! Besides, I just dived underwater to look for you because I was worried you drowned in the mud!"

Eventually, Su Pan’er was carried back to the Qin family ho by Qin Yi.
It wasn’t until the warm water flooded over her that she began to regain consciousness. Qin Yi was gently cleaning her body with a towel. When he noticed her waking up, he only glanced at her without saying a word. Previously vivid experiences gradually returned to Su Pan’er’s mind. She slowly sat up, snatched the towel from his hand, and subrged herself deeper into the warm water, slowly scrubbing herself.
"What? Are you still mad at ?"
Qin Yi suddenly leaned in closer.
Su Pan’er gave him a couple of almonds without saying a word.
"At that ti, I was also in a panic. I reached out to grab you, but only managed to catch your clothes..."
"Enough!"
"And then you kicked ..."
Before he could finish, Su Pan’er stood up with a huff, "Bastard! I told you to stop talking, are you deaf?"
She tossed the towel in her hand at his face!
She jumped out of the bath, casually wrapped herself with the clean clothes hanging on the rack, slid her feet into her shoes, and stord out of the bathroom in a few long strides.
By the ti Qin Yi pulled the towel from his head, all he could see was the bathroom door resounding with a loud bang, before it began to shake ceaselessly. Qin Yi felt a little annoyed and more helpless. He rethought of the entire sequence of events and naturally understood what had happened.
He rubbed his nose.
It seed, the little kitty had always been fierce.
He shouldn’t have thought that just because she retracted her sharp claws and was dozing lazily, she was gentle.
It was only when she surprisingly swung her sharp claws that her fierce and domineering nature showed!
However...
As long as it’s a cat, she would like to be stroked in the direction of her fur. He didn’t believe that he couldn’t ta her! With that thought, he suddenly felt motivated. He leisurely soaked in the still warm water waiting until it cooled before returning to his room.
Su Pan’er was tying up her now dry hair. When he entered the room, she didn’t even flick an eyelid.
However, Qin Yi cheerfully approached her, "Pan’er, let comb your hair for you."
Su Pan’er dodged, completely avoiding his reaching hand. She casually put the wooden comb back in its original place, and turned to walk towards the bed. From beginning to end, she did not even give him a glance.
Qin Yi’s hand was left hanging in the air. He paused for a mont, chuckled, shaking his head in amusent. She was lying on her side on the bed, with her back towards him. When he had settled himself, he took off his shoes and lay down next to her, trying to gently shake her. Su Pan’er responded by casually waving his hand away. Qin Yi didn’t withdraw his hand, but instead tried to turn her over. Su Pan’er swung her arm again, swatting him away once more.
He couldn’t help but laugh! The little kitten was indeed extending her sharp claws!
