Advance level and above were given all kinds of benefits such as storage and governnt wagon relief plus multi chain shop arrangents.
Well it was all okay I guess, i never wanted to level to be honest. Since I didn't need a storage services but a shop wouldn't be so bad after I decide to settle sowhere. I planned to see what this world had to offer so I will live with beginner for now.
