Gu Xiaorou trembled slightly, her fists clenched tightly. She struggled to control her emotions and calmly said, "Since I can’t see Chris, I will leave first."
"Wait." the blonde woman spoke again: "I heard from Carn that sothing has happened to one of your friend’s households. His house is closed down and his father is arrested. You want Chris to help them?"
Gu Xiaorou remained silent.

Gu Xiaorou’s indifference angered the blonde woman. She slamd the table and yelled, "Gu Xiaorou, stop taking advantage of my kindness! I am doing you a great favor by seeing you today. Don’t push your luck!"
Gu Xiaorou ignored her and turned to leave.
"Wait, if you agree to do one thing for , I can get your brother to help you. With your brother’s connections in Huaxia, it would be easy to free soone." At this mont, the blonde woman said.

The blonde woman was furious. To hide her rage, she let out a laugh: "Whether you’re interested or not doesn’t matter, as long as my brother is happy."

Then, he approached Gu Xiaorou with a sleazy expression on his face.
"Don’t co any closer, or I’ll bite my tongue off! I still have that much strength." Gu Xiaorou warned sternly.
Noticing a trickle of blood from Gu Xiaorou’s mouth, Louis hesitated and looked back at Dikari, "Sis, what do we do?"
Dikari was taken aback as well. She didn’t expect Gu Xiaorou would actually bite her tongue.
But she quickly scoffed and said: "Louis, why are you such a coward? She’s just pretending. Do you really think she would bite her tongue off?"
"Okay, sis." Louis once again approached Gu Xiaorou.
Suddenly, Gu Xiaorou cald down. She looked at Louis, took a deep breath, her eyes flashing a hint of goodbye...

All three in the room turned to look.
They saw Yang Gang walked in with an overwhelming air of hostility. He walked straight up to Dikari.
Under Yang Gang’s intimidating gaze, Dikari trembled, "Who...who are you? How did you get in? What...what do you want to do..."
Before she could finish speaking, Yang Gang slapped her in the face.
Dikari was taken aback. When she ca back to her senses, she yelled: "How dare you hit ! Do you know who I am?"

Yang Gang slapped Dikari again. He pulled out a cigarette from his pocket, lit it, and then calmly said, "Do you know who I am?"
Dikari was seeing stars from Yang Gang’s slap and it took her a while to regain her composure.
It was Louis who recovered first, he was furious to see his sister being slapped: "Fuck! How dare you hit my sister."
As he cursed, he lunged at Yang Gang. Yang Gang casually grabbed his arm, swung him around in the air and threw him against the wall. Louis was down for the count.
Dikari finally ca back to her senses. Looking at Yang Gang, terror filled her eyes.
Yang Gang took a puff of his cigarette and blew all the smoke in Dikari’s face: "Did you think you could bully Xiaorou just because you thought she had no one to protect her? You wanted to know who I was, right?"
Without waiting for Dikari to answer, he tapped her swollen face with his hand: "Rember this, my na is Zhang Yu."
"You’re Zhang Yu, the boyfriend of Xiaorou?!" Dikari exclaid: "How is that possible? Zhang Yu has never stood up for Xiaorou all these years."
Yang Gang took another puff of his cigarette and blew the smoke in Dikari’s face again, making her cough.
"It’s because I didn’t know. Xiaorou had suffered so much but she never ntioned it to . If I knew she was constantly humiliated in your house, I would have thrown you all into the sea to feed the sharks a long ti ago. Yang Gang’s tone was calm, but every word was like ice that chilled Dikari to her bones.
"And also, don’t ever call Xiaorou a fox spirit again. She has always loved , Zhang Yu. And I am her Guardian God. I won’t let anyone bully my Xiaorou.
