The first reform done in the territory was of course to it's army.
The outdated system used by the kingdom needs to go, so like the original Roman Empire I restricted command in their style with all new ranks.
Squad Leader leading a total squad of 10 n
Centurions leading 10 Squad Leaders for a total of 100 n
Cohorts who lead 5 Centurions for a total of 500 n
Primary Cohots who led 2 Cohorts for 1,000 n
Lastly, the Legion Commander leads 5 Primary Cohorts for a total legion size of 5,000 n
Within this structure, we had divided ranks into 4 total legions.
The First and Second legions were ford of our Core troops soon to be Elites, led by The Commander and Vice Commanders.
The third and fourth legions were regular army mbers but after their initial training, they'd resu 1/2 days of working the field while the other half was to continue their training to ensure their overall skill didn't decline.
And finally, we had the border reserve force who were tenent farrs granted land near the Visigoth border, these were forr soldiers, who could be called up to defend the border until the main army could respond to any attacks that might co our way.
Further reforms ca by the introduction of new simply war technologies, such as deploying the full body rectangular shield with the iron center.
Next was the Pilum adjust such that once thrown if it hit it's target the head would snap off making it unusable should the enemy seek to throw it back at us.
Quickly changing up the bow in use as well to extend our range, and accuracy by switching from a standard issue longbow to recurved composite bows.
I'd experinted a little already but it seems I'm limited in what I can introduce in this world.
Even if I was to try and make a gun knowing full well how to do so, nothing cos out of it, sa for making gunpowered even if I mix it up it doesn't ignite, not even a little bit.
So for now Recurve bows are my go-to.

The king of Roserun, Roserun the Great, was blackmailed by Bridget Kingdom emissaries.
"Your Majesty, will you obey the Royal Order?"
"...I will not surrender!"
Barely fourteen years old, the young king shouted with all his might, but the envoy replied with a grin.
"Oh, I see. But do you think you can defend your country? Wouldn't it be better for you to surrender and enjoy the rest of your life in peace, instead of risking death?"
His tone was arrogant, but no nobleman was repulsed.
They were only afraid of the Bridget Kingdom.
"It is my duty as the king to protect the land and people of Roserun ...I will not surrender. Go back before I cut off your head!"
He was obviously trembling, but only a young king could think for the good of his country.
"Then everyone in the Kingdom of Roserun will be slaves. And you still don't regret it?"
"If we surrender, will our people not be enslaved?"
At the king's words, the envoy smiled and began to speak.
"Have you not read the royal decree? It guarantees the lives of the king and his family."
This also ant that no other guarantees would be made.
"Then we can't surrender even more! Get out of here now!"
The king shouted again, and the envoy shook his head.
"Your Majesty has now made the worst possible choice. The people may think that they would rather be slaves than die."
In fact, the visit itself was more aid at dividing the king, the nobles and the people than about getting their surrender.

After the emissary left the Roserun Kingdom was thrown into chaos.
"I've thought about it and I think we should surrender. It's the only way to survive!"
Count Shala of Roserun exclaid.
"Outrageous! Have you forgotten the past when the King of Bridget slaughtered his own people? How can we be safe if we surrender to that madman?"
