628. Illusory Realm Suppresses Seven Supres

"What? Another battle at the level of Supres?" exclaid one of the Supres. "Azure Emperor Supre, have you lost your mind?"

"What's the situation now? All of us Supres together number only eight, while the Dark Demon Domain boasts over twenty, perhaps even thirty Supres! With such a disparity in numbers, how can we possibly engage in a grand battle against the Supres of the Dark Demon Domain?"

"If there really is a battle, it's possible we might be completely annihilated. Then, the Divine Realm would be truly finished!"

Many Supres opposed the idea. Indeed, if they were dispersed throughout various locations, they might still be able to resist the Dark Demon Domain sowhat, perhaps even stalling so of their actions.

But if they gathered together for a grand battle against the Supres of the Dark Demon Domain, they might be completely overwheld and annihilated. The cost was too great, and naturally, the other Supres objected.

However, facing opposition from the other Supres, the Azure Emperor Supre remained calm, seemingly not anxious at all. Instead, he calmly asked, "Don't you want to know what 'glimr of hope' I was talking about? Do you really think I'd lead us to our deaths?"

The other seven Supres paused, taken aback. Right, why would the Azure Emperor Supre lead them to their deaths?

There must be so assurance. But under the current circumstances, where could there be any assurance? There seed to be not even a sliver of hope.

The Azure Emperor Supre, speaking slowly and deliberately, said, "Do you know of Martial Ancestor Lin, Lin Fei of my Ancient Covenant? He has a thod worth trying. Perhaps, it could turn the tide and save the Divine Realm!"

The seven Supres raised their eyebrows. They, of course, recognized Lin Fei. His na was even more renowned than those of the Supres. Almost everyone in the entire Divine Realm knew of him. But how many in the Divine Realm really knew of these Supres?

However, no matter how famous Lin Fei was or how imnsely talented, he was currently rely a Martial Ancestor. To rely on a Martial Ancestor to play a significant role at the level of Supres, even to the point of potentially turning the tide—could that really be possible?

Facing the doubtful gazes of the gathered Supres, the Azure Emperor Supre remained unperturbed, his deanor calm and even amused. "Whether it's true or not, you will know once you see it for yourselves. More words from would be superfluous!" he declared confidently.

"Lin Fei," he called out, prompting an imdiate response.

At that mont, Lin Fei, who had been deep in ditation within his secluded chamber, thought he heard a familiar voice echoing in his mind. "Lin Fei, co quickly to the grand hall of the Ancient Covenant."

Startled, Lin Fei realized it was the Azure Emperor Supre calling. It seed that the Emperor had already gathered the other Supres of the Divine Realm. Wasting no ti, he rose to his feet and, with a swift motion, vanished from the chamber.

At the Ancient Covenant's grand hall, the assembled Supres, despite their skepticism, waited silently. They were curious to see what thod Lin Fei, so highly trusted by the Azure Emperor Supre, possessed that could possibly turn the tide of their dire situation.

Without witnessing it firsthand, they remained incredulous. To them, the idea that a re Martial Ancestor could alter the course of events seed nothing short of fanciful.

Regardless of how eloquently the Azure Emperor Supre had spoken, they held firm in their disbelief.

Suddenly, the air within the grand hall vibrated, and from the void, a figure erged—Lin Fei stepped forward. His arrival drew intense scrutiny, with several piercing gazes fixed squarely on him. The weight of their stares brought a palpable pressure, a reminder of the august presence of the Supres themselves.

Despite facing the intense scrutiny and the palpable pressure from the seven Supres, Lin Fei maintained his composure and respectfully greeted them: "Lin Fei pays respects to the esteed Supres!"

The Supres acknowledged him with nods, already aware of Lin Fei's formidable reputation. Rumors had long circulated that Lin Fei, with his exceptional talents, was likely to beco a new Supre of the Divine Realm. His deanor alone set him apart from ordinary Martial Ancestors, not to ntion his reported escapes from the clutches of Dark Demon Domain Supres.

The Azure Emperor Supre, seeing Lin Fei, gave a slight nod and addressed the gathering.

"Lin Fei, the Supres here are sowhat skeptical of your capabilities," he said. "Please, demonstrate your Illusory Realm. Let them see your thods, and see for yourself how long you can suppress these seven Supres."

Hearing the word "suppress" used by the Azure Emperor Supre stirred a mix of curiosity and displeasure among the Supres. They were, after all, Supres in their own right—could they really be suppressed by a single individual, much less a Martial Ancestor?

"Esteed Supres, please bear with ," Lin Fei said, lifting his head and scanning the seven Supres who stood with hands clasped behind their backs, their expressions composed.

"Lin Fei, proceed with your demonstration. Let's see what you can do to suppress us, seven Supres," they responded indifferently, their curiosity piqued.

"Very well, then I must beg your pardon," Lin Fei replied without further hesitation. He had faced Supres before, and seven Supres did not intimidate him.

Confident in his Illusory Realm's capabilities, Lin Fei was curious to see just how long he could maintain suppression against such formidable opponents. Would it be three breaths, or perhaps five?

With a simple command, "Illusory Realm!" Lin Fei activated his unique ability.

As the Illusory Realm descended with a resounding "boom," the seven Supres stood hands behind their backs, seemingly unconcerned. They were curious, no doubt, but skeptical—after all, what could a re Martial Ancestor do against seven Supres?

However, as the Illusory Realm enveloped them, their expressions shifted dramatically. They found themselves suddenly pulled into a peculiar environnt, their minds trapped in an unexpected state of suppression from which they couldn't escape. By the ti they thought to struggle, it was already too late.

The spectacle of seven Supres simultaneously subdued by the Illusory Realm of a Martial Ancestor was astonishing. Within the grand hall, the Azure Emperor Supre watched with a faint smile.

"Suppressed," he murmured. "Lin Fei's Illusory Realm is indeed extraordinarily powerful. Not only can it suppress a Supre, but it can also suppress multiple Supres simultaneously."

The Azure Emperor Supre had suspected as much, but seeing it in action was sothing else entirely. He remained silent, observing quietly to see just how long the suppression would last.

One breath passed, then two. Lin Fei showed no signs of strain. After three full breaths, the Supres showed no signs of recovery, and Lin Fei still appeared effortless.

The Azure Emperor Supre's expression grew serious; this performance was beyond even what he had anticipated.

Three breaths could be seen as remarkable enough, but the suppression continued.

Four breaths... Five breaths... Six breaths...

After a full six breaths, one of the Supres slowly began to erge from the suppression, the first to break free from Lin Fei's Illusory Realm. The expression on his face, as he recalled being subdued, was grim; to be suppressed by a Martial Ancestor was not only shocking but also sowhat humiliating, especially given the duration.

"Alright, Lin Fei, retract your Illusory Realm," the Azure Emperor Supre finally spoke, acknowledging the demonstration's success. Suppressing seven Supres for six breaths was more than enough to prove the power of Lin Fei's technique.

At the Azure Emperor Supre's command, Lin Fei withdrew the Illusory Realm, and all the Supres quickly regained their full faculties.
