Mo Han’s nerves were tense, his mind spinning rapidly, each thought flashing by like lightning.

Suddenly, he rembered the breathtaking scene at the altar when Bai Ling activated the Crystal Ball, chanting sothing in a mysterious and eerie tone.

"Uncle, I rember!" Mo Han’s voice carried a tremble, as if clutching at a lifeline. "Bai Ling chanted a Curse when she activated the Crystal Ball!"

Mo Han’s uncle’s eyes glead with a glimr of hope, urgently asking, "Curse? What Curse?"

"I... I don’t know." Mo Han’s brows furrowed, those Curses were like shrouded in fog, elusive, "They were strange, I’ve never heard them before, like sounds from the heavens, or whispers of Hell."

Mo Han’s uncle was extrely anxious, his voice slightly distorted. "Can you recall those Curses now? Even a little bit would be good!"

"I’ll... I’ll try my best." Mo Han closed his eyes, as if returning to that tense mont, every detail replaying in his mind.

He struggled to capture those ethereal syllables, Bai Ling’s Curse was long and tongue-twisting, at the ti he was bewildered, only vaguely rembering a few syllables, like scattered pearls, difficult to thread together.

"Heaven and earth... infinity... universe... borrowing thod..." Mo Han recited intermittently, each syllable squeezed out from deep within his throat, filled with uncertainty.

He didn’t know if these syllables were accurate, nor what aning they held when combined, he simply pieced them together using vague mories, like feeling his way forward in the dark.

Miraculously, as Mo Han finished reciting these syllables, the dazzling light on the Stone Gate instantly vanished, and the deafening buzz abruptly ceased, everything returned to tranquility, as if nothing had happened, so quiet that a pin dropping could be heard.

"What... what just happened?" Mo Han’s uncle was dumbfounded, his eyes filled with disbelief.

"I... I don’t know either." Mo Han was equally puzzled, looking at the now calm Stone Gate, filled with doubt, "Could it be... was it a mistake to chant the Curse? Or was it just a coincidence?"

"It’s possible you chanted it wrong." Mo Han’s uncle analyzed, taking a deep breath to calm his nervous emotions. "But, regardless, we’re temporarily safe, which is better than anything."

"Hmm." Mo Han nodded, although he had many questions, he knew this wasn’t the ti to obsess over them, "We should think about how to leave this place, I don’t want to spend another mont in this damned place."

"Okay." Mo Han’s uncle agreed, "Let’s keep searching, see if there’s another exit, I refuse to believe we can be trapped here."

The two began exploring the cave again, however, no matter how thoroughly they searched, they couldn’t find any exit, as if the place was an isolated prison from the world.

"What do we do? We seem to be trapped here." Mo Han said, sowhat frustrated, sitting on the ground, his eyes showing a hint of despair, "Are we really going to die here?"

"Don’t lose hope, Mo Han, there’s got to be a way." Mo Han’s uncle was filled with anxiety too, but forced himself to be spirited as he comforted, "Let’s think, there has to be a way out, you are our family’s hope, you can’t give up easily."

The two sat on the cold ground, brainstorming tirelessly, trying to find a way to leave, grasping even the slightest thread of hope tightly.

Ti ticked away, each second feeling like an eternity, until Mo Han suddenly stood up as if electrified, eyes shining with excitent: "Uncle, I’ve thought of sothing!"

"What did you think of? Tell !" Mo Han’s uncle asked eagerly, as if he saw the dawn of hope.

"Our way in!" Mo Han said excitedly, "We ca through a secret passage, perhaps we can exit the sa way, retrace our way back!"

"But, didn’t the secret passage collapse?" Mo Han’s uncle frowned, he rembered clearly, the entrance was blocked by huge stones, "How can we possibly exit through there?"

"Maybe, the secret passage hasn’t completely collapsed, maybe there are other exits or crevices." Mo Han said, eyes full of hope, "Let’s go see, it’s better than waiting here to die, there might still be a spark of vitality."

"Alright, let’s go check, even if there’s just a glimpse of hope, we can’t give up." Mo Han’s uncle stood up too, rekindling the fire of determination in his eyes.

The two walked towards the direction of the secret passage, each step filled with anticipation and anxiety.

Not long after, they arrived at the entrance of the secret passage, but the scene before them dashed their hopes, leaving them in despair.

The entrance was entirely blocked by enormous stones, without a hint of an opening, seamlessly sealed, as if heaven played them a cruel joke.

"What do we do now?" Mo Han’s uncle looked at the blocked passage, eyes filled with despair, his voice trembling, "Are we... are we really unable to get out?"

"Are we... really destined to be trapped here?" Mo Han muttered, eyes also filled with despair, he felt a deep sense of powerlessness, as if the whole world had abandoned them.

At this mont, a strange sound from the direction of the Stone Gate attracted their attention, like ancient machinery operating.

They swiftly turned and saw the patterns on the Stone Gate flickering again, emitting a dazzling light, stronger and brighter than before, as if sothing was about to break through.

"What... what’s happening?" Mo Han’s uncle asked fearfully, voice full of terror and unease, "Could... could the Stone Gate be undergoing so transformation again?"

"Could the Stone Gate be opening?" Mo Han speculated, a complex emotion flitted through his eyes, a mix of fear and curiosity, "Maybe so secret hides behind this door?"

"Impossible!" Mo Han’s uncle firmly denied, "We didn’t activate the Crystal Ball, how could the Stone Gate open on its own? It’s unreasonable!"

"But, the fact is right in front of us, the Stone Gate is indeed changing." Mo Han pointed at the flickering door, "Maybe the Stone Gate doesn’t need the Crystal Ball to open, perhaps it has its own way of unlocking."

"What does it need then?" Mo Han’s uncle queried, filled with doubts, "Is it so chanism? Or so Curse?"

"I don’t know." Mo Han shook his head, a tangled ss in his mind, "But, I think we’re about to find out, the secret behind this door is about to be revealed."

As soon as the words fell, the Stone Gate suddenly emitted a deafening roar, slowly opening like a giant beast waking.

An imnse suction force erged from within, like an invisible vortex, pulling Mo Han and his uncle inside instantly, without any resistance.

"Ah—"

They let out a cry of surprise, then lost consciousness, as if drawn into an unknown world.

When they regained consciousness, they found themselves in a strange environnt, surrounded by brightness, forming a stark contrast with the dark cave, as if from Hell to Heaven.

"Where... where is this?" Mo Han’s uncle rubbed his eyes, glancing around, filled with doubt and caution, "Where... where have we co to?"

"I don’t know, but, it seems we’ve left the cave." Mo Han surveyed the surroundings, a feeling of unprecedented novelty enveloping him, "Here... this seems to be a completely different world."
