Deep in the mountains, a small creek flows.

Tian Ling Er initially wanted to put up a struggle, but as Zhong Shan ntioned that she was pretty, her body tensed up and was seemingly concerned with how Zhong Shan’s opinion of her was.
“Really?” Tian Ling Er then asked after she cald down, but her face was blushing.
“Of course, could it be that you still wished to et a second Miao Xian Ren.” Zhong Shan said as he released her wrist.
As Zhong Shan released her wrist, Tian Ling Er felt a sense of disappointnt in her heart.
“Definitely not.” Tian Ling Er replied while shaking her head.
“How about this, in my heart, Tian Ling Er will always be pretty, this ugly appearance is only for those outsiders to see.” Zhong Shan continued to console her.
“En” Tian Ling Er nod her head, not arguing about her appearance.
After three days, Zhong Shan and the ugly version of Tian Ling Er appeared at the top of a ravine.
A thick fog covered the base of the ravine, making it impossible to see what is below.
“Are you sure this is the place?” Zhong Shan looked doubtfully at the deep ravine below.
“Of course, there is still both of my footprints on that rock over there.” Tian Ling Er pointed towards the rock in the corner.
As they approached the rock, there indeed was a pair of footprints there. Tian Ling Er did not lie about it.

However, on the outer shell, both seed to have grown an unusual flower.
The flower was extrely strange, although its sepal1 was quite large, it only contained two jade-like leaves, the stalk then splits into four roots which penetrate deeply into the eggs using them as a source for nutrients.
Within the center of the flower, other than it reproductive parts, there was a faint glint of lightning jumping about, making it look extrely magical.
Thunder Flower?
Tian Ling Er did not need to explain anything, even Zhong Shan could tell deduce its na from its appearance, but what exactly is that egg. However, Zhong Shan could tell that there was an incredible amount of lightning energy within the egg, because the Thunder Flower only grew in places rich in lightning and it was definitely absorbing the energy within the egg.

The earth trembled relentlessly, Zhong Shan retreated imdiately while Tian Ling Er stood on her red silk and flew upwards. Both of them carried an alert expression on their faces as they watched the ruins trembled.
“Hua La La”
A Crustacean looking creature crawled out slowly from depths of the ruins.
It was a pitch-black scorpion, carrying large amount of venom in its tail. Excluding its tail, it was already a ter long, while its tail was about ten ters long. Soon, nurous scorpion began climbing out of the ruins trying to repel against the invaders.
The stone thrown out previously was not shattered by a whip, it was the tip of the scorpion’s tail that shattered it.
Were all these scorpions trying to protect the Thunder Flower?
Looking at the scarlet tails of those scorpions, Zhong Shan was extrely frightened.
“Why are there so many scorpions here? There weren’t any previously.” Tian Ling Er shouted anxiously.
Due to the ergence of the scorpions, the Thunder Flower was now heavily guarded in all directions.

While Zhong Shan and Tian Ling Er were occupied with the scorpions, there were a group of people approaching the ravine entrance above
“Your Majesty, this is the place, within the ravine lies two Thunder Flower which should be maturing soon, coincidentally we can bring it back for the crown prince to refine it into a Level Up pellet to improve his cultivation.” A man wearing a suit of armor said respectfully.
“Lei Ting, look at how much you are doting on the crown prince, he is closer to you more than he is to .” The Emperor let out a laugh as he spoke.
“You are over praising , Your Majesty. The crown prince addresses as uncle, so I will look out for him.” The armored man spoked with a look of contentnt.
“Ha Ha, Great, since we are all family, speak no more, let’s go harvest the Thunder Flower.” The Emperor laughed as he tried to roped Lei Ting in.
“En” Lei Ting replied emotionally.
In the corner, Mr Shi stood silently behind them. After the Emperor made so preparations, a group of people followed him over into the ravine.
