Inside the secret realm, the many notable geniuses appeared in different locations scattered across the vast landscape.

The realm's entrance chanism separated everyone upon entry, preventing groups from sticking together and dominating weaker participants.

This was an ancient security asure built into the realm itself, ensuring that power alone wouldn't determine who gained the greatest benefits.

Feng Qingya found herself standing in a dense forest when her vision cleared. Ancient trees towered overhead, reaching heights that seed impossible.

Their massive trunks were wider than houses, and their leaves glowed with spiritual energy that created a soft green luminescence in the air.

The atmosphere was thick with vitality, so concentrated that she could feel it against her skin like a warm mist.

She took a deep breath and smiled. The spiritual energy here was incredibly pure. This environnt was perfect for her cultivation thod.

'With my World Tree Martial Spirit I will thrive here,' she thought with satisfaction. 'I can absorb the vitality of this forest and strengthen myself before seeking treasures. This is an excellent starting location.'

She began walking deeper into the woods, her steps light and confident. Her Ten-Clawed Wood Dragon of Qi Luck materialized around her, circling protectively.

The dragon was invisible to normal sight, but she could feel its presence clearly. It moved through the air around her body, keeping watch for any dangers or opportunities.

The forest floor was covered in soft moss that cushioned her steps. Strange flowers grew in clusters between the roots of the great trees, their petals shimring with stored energy.

This place was clearly untouched for centuries, maybe even millennia. The concentration of natural treasures here would be significant.

But as she moved deeper into the forest, Feng Qingya's mind drifted to sothing unexpected.

Sothing that had been bothering her for days now, ever since before she left for this journey.

Before she departed for the secret realm, her master had pulled her aside for a private conversation.

The old woman had summoned her to the sect's divination chamber, a place Feng Qingya rarely visited.

When she arrived, her master had looked at her with strange eyes, filled with both amusent and concern. That combination of emotions had imdiately put Feng Qingya on edge.

"Qingya," her master had said, gesturing for her to sit. "I've divined your fortune for this journey."

Feng Qingya had listened respectfully, settling into the cushion across from her teacher.

Her master's divination skills were legendary within their sect and even beyond.

When she perford a reading, it was never taken lightly. The old woman could peer through the threads of fate itself to glimpse what was coming.

"You will encounter great opportunities, as expected," her master had begun. "Your cultivation will advance significantly. You will breakthrough to the Martial Emperor Realm during this trip."

That had been good news. Feng Qingya had smiled, pleased to hear confirmation of what she'd hoped for.

Reaching the Martial Emperor Realm would solidify her position among the younger generation.

But then her master had added sothing that wiped the smile away completely.

"You will also et your fated one during this journey."

Feng Qingya had frozen in place. Her cup of tea stopped halfway to her lips. "My... fated one?"

"Yes." Her master nodded slowly. "The person destined to be your partner. Your cultivation companion. Perhaps even your husband, depending on how things develop."

The words had struck Feng Qingya like a lightning bolt to the chest. Her mind went blank for a mont.

Then she'd imdiately protested, setting down her cup with perhaps more force than necessary.

"Master, I have no interest in romance right now. My focus is entirely on cultivation and advancing our sect's position among the powers. I can't afford distractions like romantic entanglents. Surely fate can wait until I'm more established?"

Her master had simply laughed, a knowing sound that irritated Feng Qingya more than she wanted to admit.

"Fate cares nothing for your plans, child. What will be, will be. Destiny doesn't ask permission or wait for convenient timing. I simply wanted to warn you beforehand so it won't co as too much of a shock when it happens."

The conversation had ended there, with her master refusing to say anything more on the subject.

That left Feng Qingya deeply unsettled and filled with questions that had no answers.

Now, walking through the spiritual forest with her Qi Luck dragon circling above, those words echoed in her mind like a persistent drumbeat.

'My fated one,' she thought with growing frustration. 'I don't even want to think about such things right now. I'm only twenty-six years old. I have a long path ahead of before I need to consider partnerships. Why would I need to concern myself with romance now when there's so much else to accomplish?'

But the divination nagged at her consciousness like an itch she couldn't scratch. Her master's predictions were never wrong.

Not once in all the years Feng Qingya had known her. If she'd foreseen a fated eting in this realm, then it would definitely happen. There was no avoiding it.

'Just focus on the mission,' Feng Qingya told herself firmly, pushing the thoughts away. 'Find treasures. Advance cultivation. Strengthen the World Tree. Everything else is secondary and can be dealt with later.'

Yet despite her determination and ntal discipline, a small part of her mind continued to wonder.

Who could this fated person be? Another genius from the rankings, soone she might already know by reputation?

Or soone she'd never t before, an unknown variable? And more importantly, would she even recognize them when they finally t?

Would there be so obvious sign, or would fate be more subtle?

The questions lingered in the back of her thoughts as she disappeared deeper into the forest, following the pull of her Qi Luck toward unknown opportunities.

Her Ten-Clawed Dragon Qi Luck seed to sense sothing ahead, growing more active in its circling pattern.

Behind her, the glowing trees swayed in a wind that didn't exist, as if the forest itself was watching her journey with interest. The leaves rustled with a sound almost like whispers, though no words could be made out.

The secret realm had claid another participant. And sowhere within its infinite depths, countless others were beginning their own adventures, each seeking their own fortunes.

The hunt for the Mortal Emperor's inheritance had officially begun.
