The arena was teeming with excitent as every gathered with great expections for the matches that will take place today.
Moreover, today is the day the seeded talents from the various forces will be participating in the ranking battles. So far, out of thousands only 200 cultivators are left anwhile the is 133 spots which have been monopolized by the powerful forces of the continent.
Although to be fair, today these 133 participants will receive three challenges each from anyone who did not make it to the top 200 after the elimination rounds. Since it is already like this many did not worry against it as if any of them is not strong enough then they will not be able to keep their spot.
Within the arena, almost all spectators engaged in heated debates on what would be the outco of today's matches. That was until a loud announcent was heard.
"The Martial God Sect is here!"
Imdiately, many focused their gaze on the entrance and saw a number of persons who were disciples of the Martial God Sect.
The Martial God Sect was the only true body cultivation sect in all of the Southern Continent. Almost all of their mbers were body cultivators except for an extrely few persons who could cultivate both the essence energy of the world and forge their bodies at the sa ti.
Body Cultivation is much like essence energy cultivation but with different focus. Essence energy or Ki cultivation if you would call it that.
Generally normal or spiritual cultivation focuses on refining and harnessing the spiritual or elental energy often called essence energy or Ki. Cultivators absorb this enery from the environnt or treasures using special cultivation techniques and therby using this to enhance their strength, abilities, and lifespan.
This cultivation system emphasizes internal energy manipulation to perform powerful martial arts, spells, and supernatural feats
Body Cultivation on the other hand focuses on strengthening the physical body to extraordinary levels. Cultivators of the system enhance their bones, muscles, organs, and skin, making their bodies incredibly resilient and powerful.
This system emphasizes raw physical strenght, durabiliy, close-quarters combat abilities, and even their stamina and physical recovery is very amazing.
After the people of the Martial God Sect arrived and took their seats another group erged.
"The Thunder God Sect is here!"
"This Fire Spirit Sect is here!"
"The Cloud Mist Sect is here!"
"The Crimson Blade Sect is here!"
"The Green Lotus Sect is here!"
"The Yin-Yang Sect is here!"
"The Beast Tar Sect is here!"
All these arrived one after another and then for a mont no annoucent was heard until…
"The Heavenly Sword Sect is here!"
The Heavenly Sword Sect disciples accompanied by the Sect Leader and a few Sect Elders ca into the arena and took their place. At this ti many of the sect disciples who had co to spectate the battle even though they themselves would not be participating began to cheer for their sects as the others have done before now.
Walking in the lead of the Sect's disciples was Balor who was now the most respected figure among the disciples as his position as the Pri Disciple of the Sect is now rock solid.
Also, the Invincible Sword Faction which he now leads is now the most powerful faction and even the most nurous in the Heavenly Sword Sect.
After the people from the Heavenly Sword Sect settled down, another announcent was heard.
"The Dark Night Sect is here!"
Many murmured in surprise as they heard this announcent.
"The Dark Night Sect? They really ca this ti?"
"The Dark Night Sect has never joined the Grand Martial Arts Tournant in the past but this ti they did. This is a bit surprising."
"Indeed, but could this be sign that the rumors are true?"
"What rumors?"
"The word going round that this year's journey to the Martial Emperor Secret Realm will hold a trendous opportunity and it might even tilt the balance of power in all continents."

As the conversations continued the people from the Dark Night Sect who were dressed pretty much like assassins took their place in the arena and waited.
Next, those from the 18 Kingdoms began to arrive one after the other and the discussions shifted to them instead and at so point a specific kingdom's arrival was announced.
"The Lefay Kingdom is here!"
Many eyes turned to them and began to comnt.
"I heard that they received quite a blow to their reputation?"
"Indeed, after that incident many questioned their strength as the fact that soone could break into their dungeon to rescue soone and no one noticed until they had almost fully escaped."
This matter beca the talk of the arena for a while as their were many common folks who didn't like the sovereignty of the Nobles made so nasty comnts.
That was until one of their experts released his aura and this finally brought about so silence in the arena.
So almost all forces were present and finally.
"The Alchemist Association is here!"
"The Royal Family is here!"
The alchemist association and the royal family arriving sparked a lot of questions and even the sect leaders look on with interest, wondering if there was more to it or if it was just a coincidence but from the look of things they might not be overthinking.
The Royal Family mbers who arrived included the direct bloodline inheritors of the Hartfield family and the princes were among them.
Then mighty voice echoed throughout the arena and beyond into the countless cities of the empire.
"The Emperor has arrived!"
"Roar!"
A flying carriage carried by nine wyvern beasts arrived and at this ti everyone stood up and waited for the Emperor to arrived and after the carriage stopped and hand opened the curtains and stepped out.
Imdiately everyone bowed and said, "We greet the Emperor!"
The Emperor nodded calmly and went to the chief seat which was in the Vip section of the arena and sat down.
