Chapter 491: Chapter 491: Seizing the Fla, Breakthrough in Sleep_1

The verdant flas flickered continuously, filling every corner with an overwhelming vitality. Qin Feiyang felt as if he was dreaming; it all seed sowhat unreal.

How did he end up here?

He looked down at the void before him. Blue Snow hovered there, its light having receded, revealing its pure white, flawless body—a masterpiece bestowed by the heavens.

Qin Feiyang grew more astonished the more he looked. He had thought Blue Snow was just sharp; he didn’t expect it could self-recover, let alone travel through ti and space! Traveling through ti and space was, to his knowledge, simply a far-fetched fairytale. But now, it was really happening to him.

He reached out, grabbed Blue Snow, and examined it curiously for a mont. Then, a strand of red Sword Qi erged, flowing into Blue Snow’s body. However, after a while, Blue Snow didn’t react at all.

What’s going on? Qin Feiyang was sowhat stupefied. Wasn’t Blue Snow supposed to be able to restore itself? But why couldn’t it recover in his hands? Could it be that his Battle Intent was not enough?

Thinking of this, he increased the output of his Battle Intent, but it still didn’t work. Unwilling to give up, he switched to fiery Battle Intent, but Blue Snow remained motionless.

I don’t believe this. Qin Feiyang’s stubbornness flared. He activated his Purple Gold Dragon Energy, but still, it had no effect.

In the end, he brought out all three forms of Battle Intent, directing them toward Blue Snow. However, Blue Snow, like an unyielding stone, didn’t even budge, let alone recover.

What exactly will make it recover? He couldn’t help but furrow his brows. Then, he closed his eyes, sensing carefully.

Gradually, he discovered that the Battle Intent was indeed being absorbed by Blue Snow, but Blue Snow was like a bottomless pit, impossible to fill.

Sensing this, Qin Feiyang made a daring guess. Perhaps his current cultivation level was not enough. In other words, both his cultivation and his Battle Intent failed to et the requirents to restore Blue Snow.

Regardless of whether his guess was correct, Qin Feiyang didn’t dwell on it. He put away Blue Snow and walked over to the flas.

When he reached the flas, the vitality surged even more intensely. Strange, Qin Feiyang was confused. Could this be Alchemy Fire? But if it were Alchemy Fire, it should be producing a high temperature! Yet now, apart from the life force, there was no heat at all from these flas.

Unless it already has a master. But that’s also impossible; only Alchemists with condensed spiritual power can sign a Blood Covenant with Alchemy Fire. The Sacred Monkey was clearly not an Alchemist. In other words, this must be sothing without an owner.

More crucially, during his ti in the Imperial Palace, he had read extensively and knew about many things. But this strange fire... it was the first ti he had ever heard of anything like it.

Huh! Suddenly, he looked down, examining himself with surprise, his eyes full of shock.

The pressure previously exerted on him by the Sacred Monkey had nearly cost him his life. But in just this short ti, his injuries had already completely healed! Was this ability to heal injuries far superior to any healing pill?

He couldn’t help but get excited. Perhaps this fire could even restore the Wolf King’s shattered Sea of Consciousness.

Thinking of this, he didn’t hesitate. With a slight movent of his thoughts, the Wolf King, still unconscious, materialized out of thin air.

Then, Qin Feiyang held the Wolf King, moving him closer to the flas. The overwhelming life force imdiately surged into the Wolf King’s body.

Qin Feiyang sank his consciousness into the Wolf King’s Sea of Consciousness, his expression sowhat anxious. There were three cracks on the surface of the Wolf King’s Sea of Consciousness. Although they weren’t very noticeable, they were enough to be lethal.

And now, with Ren Duxing nowhere to be found, these flas were their only hope. If even the flas could not fix these cracks, the Wolf King would indeed be beyond salvation.

Ti passed, breath by breath. Approximately a hundred breaths later, Qin Feiyang suddenly discovered that the cracks on the Wolf King’s Sea of Consciousness had begun to heal, little by little!

It’s working! This discovery sent Qin Feiyang into ecstasy. At the sa ti, he was even more puzzled. This fla could even restore a Sea of Consciousness... What exactly was it?

The Sea of Consciousness, like the Qi Sea, is a completely sealed, dark area before it’s developed. The human Soul resides within the Sea of Consciousness. However, unlike the Qi Sea, which can be developed when one advances to War King, legend states that the Sea of Consciousness can only be developed when one breaks through to War God. As such, before breaking through to War God, one cannot see their own soul form. Moreover, the Soul is extrely fragile. The existence of the Sea of Consciousness is to protect the Soul. If the Sea of Consciousness shatters, the Soul loses its protective shell, and the person will fall into an endless sleep. Like the Wolf King, if his Sea of Consciousness wasn’t restored, he would never wake up and would eventually die in his slumber as his life force depleted.

...

「anwhile.」

The Earth-Penetrating Beast within the Ancient Castle was pacing restlessly, like an ant on a hot pan. Although the Wolf King had bullied it many tis, and though the Earth-Penetrating Beast had always wanted to stomp the Wolf King underfoot, after spending so much ti together, it still had so affection for him. Now that the Wolf King’s life was in danger, it couldn’t help but worry.

About half an hour later, one of the three cracks on the Wolf King’s Sea of Consciousness was repaired, leaving only two.

Almost there! Qin Feiyang was incredibly excited, his eyes even moistening a bit.

This was because the Wolf King was one of the first companions he had t. Having accompanied him unwaveringly to this day, experiencing countless life-and-death situations together, the Wolf King had long since beco like family to Qin Feiyang. In this life, it’s truly rare to find such a partner, which was why he cherished him so much.

...

「At the summit of the mountain!」

The Sacred Monkey’s eyes were gloomy. Where on earth has this human escaped to?

"Qin Feiyang is in the stone chamber now! He might seize the Fire of Life! Quickly, stop him!" Suddenly, the mysterious voice sounded again in the Sacred Monkey’s mind.

"What?" The Sacred Monkey’s expression changed drastically. He’s in the stone chamber? How did he get in?

The Sacred Monkey abruptly raised its head, scanned its surroundings, and roared, "Who exactly are you?" But the mysterious voice subsided once more.

"Bastard!" Infuriated, the Sacred Monkey turned and darted into the cave in a flash. Upon reaching the stone wall, it sliced its finger without hesitation. A drop of blood oozed out, landing on the wall.

BOOM! Imdiately after, accompanied by a deep rumbling sound, a crack appeared on the wall, which had been entirely seamless before.

"Huh?" Standing by the flas, Qin Feiyang abruptly turned to look behind him. Seeing the wall cracking open, he was greatly alard.

"Damned human, you really are in here!" The Sacred Monkey’s roar resounded.

Damn it! Qin Feiyang’s pupils contracted. It’s this pesky monkey again.

No! Why would the Sacred Monkey say I was ’really in there’?

All of a sudden, he felt a chill run down his spine and quickly shifted his gaze, scanning the stone chamber. The Sacred Monkey’s words ant it must have received a ssage beforehand. But nobody knew I had entered the stone chamber. So, there was only one possibility: soone was hiding in the stone chamber, watching my every move! But the stone chamber was only so big. If there was soone else, it wouldn’t have been possible for them to escape my senses. Besides, I had searched the entire stone chamber and found no one.

Could it be... His gaze flickered as another possibility occurred to him: Could the other party also possess a spatial treasure like the Ancient Castle? If that were true, I would be in deep trouble.

RUMBLE! The sound of the hidden door opening jolted Qin Feiyang back to reality. He turned and his expression changed; the hidden door had already opened half a foot wide.

The Sacred Monkey stood outside the door, staring fixedly at Qin Feiyang. "Today, you won’t escape!"

BOOM! A horrifying pressure surged into the stone chamber from the gap in the door.

Without a mont’s hesitation, Qin Feiyang shot out his hand, clenching the flas in his palm.

Seeing this, the Sacred Monkey bared its fangs, its eyes practically splitting with rage, and a murderous aura erupted from it as it punched towards the hidden door. But shockingly, even with its full force, the punch didn’t break the hidden door!

How is this possible? Qin Feiyang turned his head to witness this scene, his eyes filled with astonishnt. Was this hidden door cast from so divine iron?

But there was no ti to ponder. The pressure was already upon him. "Thanks a lot," he flashed the Sacred Monkey a grin, then vanished instantly.

"Damn bastard! If you have any guts, co out and fight! Stop hiding!" As soon as the gap in the door was wide enough for one person to pass, the Sacred Monkey charged into the stone chamber, roaring furiously.

「Inside the Ancient Castle!」

Qin Feiyang simply ignored the Sacred Monkey’s howls. He released his grip, and the flas imdiately soared into the air. An astonishing life force instantly filled the entire Ancient Castle. The unconscious Fatty, Lu Hong, Lin Yiyi, and Lo Qianxue began to heal even faster.

"Such powerful life energy!" The Earth-Penetrating Beast’s eyes trembled as it stared incredulously at the flas.

Qin Feiyang’s gaze, however, was locked on the Netherworld Demon Fla. If the Netherworld Demon Fla spontaneously activates and devours this cluster of flas, it would prove that these flas are indeed a Pill Fla. But dozens of breaths passed, and the Netherworld Demon Fla showed no signs of movent.

It seems it’s not a Pill Fla, Qin Feiyang muttered, looking down at the flas with knitted brows.

The Earth-Penetrating Beast asked, "Qin Feiyang, what on earth is this thing?"

Qin Feiyang replied, "If I knew, I wouldn’t be so troubled. But no matter what it is, as long as it can save White-Eyed Wolf, that’s all that matters."

"In my opinion, this is definitely a supre treasure!" The Earth-Penetrating Beast’s eyes glead, and saliva drooled from its mouth, looking as if it wanted to swallow the flas whole.

Qin Feiyang frowned and said, "Let

tell you, don’t even think about getting any ideas about these flas." These flas could not only repair hearts but also the Sea of Consciousness; they were truly a priceless treasure.

"Rest assured, absolutely not," the Earth-Penetrating Beast quickly shook its head, but what it was truly thinking, no one knew.

Ti flew by. Another hour passed, and Fatty, Lu Hong, Lin Yiyi, and Lo Qianxue gradually awakened. When they saw the flas, all four were incredibly surprised. And on the Wolf King’s Sea of Consciousness, only one crack remained unhealed.

Outside in the stone chamber, the Sacred Monkey kept a relentless vigil, not moving a single step. This ti, it was determined to wear Qin Feiyang out.

During the long wait, the third crack on the Wolf King’s Sea of Consciousness finally nded.

BOOM! Imdiately following, its aura erupted dramatically and began to ascend.

"What’s happening?" Qin Feiyang and the others retreated to the side, exchanging puzzled glances.

A few breaths later, the Wolf King’s aura had soared to that of a Six Star War Emperor!

"He broke through?" Everyone was dumbstruck. Isn’t he still asleep? How is it possible for him to break through without even waking up?

Fatty said sourly, "I can only say, Brother Wolf is too damn amazing. He’s defying the heavens."

The Earth-Penetrating Beast was also filled with envy and resentnt. He can even break through while asleep! This is just too demoralizing! it fud internally, desperately wanting to roar, "How is anyone else supposed to live?!"
