The next day, SEEDZ headed to the set venue of Pop Core for its live broadcast.
Once they arrived, Yeo Haru couldn’t help but jump around excitedly.
"I can’t believe we’re on our way to our first win for our debut!"
"Is it that hard to get nominated?" Rayen asked.
Yeo Haru nodded hurriedly. "Most rookie groups would only have a handful of fans, so it’s usually hard. Well, except for Next Crown which requires attendance to be nominated. Most big groups don’t attend it much, so it’s rather easy to get a win there."
Rayen nodded, taking note of everything that Yeo Haru said.
"But we ca from a survival show, so it makes sense."
Rayen wore a contemplative look on his face. Back then, with Adrift, their debut single was an instant hit, earning multiple platinum certifications, so Rayen didn’t really feel it much when they were nominated this ti with SEEDZ.
Still, even Adrift’s song didn’t win any other awards.

Rayen glanced around. Since only the nominated groups were called for today, the backstage area seed empty. Not until, they t the other nominated groups
As expected, it was DARIA and ATOMIC.
The three groups occupied adjacent rooms, so it wasn’t that unexpected for their groups to et each other.
However, ATOMIC never offered any greetings and just went inside their own room. anwhile, SEEDZ and DARIA smiled and nodded to each other before stepping inside their own waiting rooms.
The three groups didn’t have to prepare and wait for a long ti. Almost an hour later, the live broadcast of the show finally started.
After the pre-recorded performances of every group were aired along with their interviews, the announcent for the week’s winner finally ca.
In the comnt section, the fans of the three groups bombarded it with countless words. If Rayen and the others were to see it, they would be dizzy with how fast the comnts scrolled up.
However, most of these comnts ca from DARIA’s and ATOMIC’s fandom.

With this comnt, another burst of war erupted in the comnt section.
Chargers gritted their teeth. Their fandom na was their Achilles Heel. During their rookie days, their fandom had been growing quite rapidly, but their fandom went naless for half a year. And so, ATOMIC also held a fandom na public survey for the fans to choose their own na.
Unfortunately, because they had been growing a bit too fast, they had drawn the ire of other groups. That also put them in a spot where the antis could participate in the public survey and ss with them.
That’s the story of why their fandom na ended up like this.
Now, with these drag queens putting salt on their wounds, the rather ’peaceful’ war earlier, beca chaotic. Edens almost got pushed out of the comnt section.
Truly, the might of a bigger group was so outstanding!

And so, amidst the ongoing war, SEEDZ tried their best to spam their own support for the group.

Edens were like the eye of the storm. In the eyes of the fans of the other groups who weren’t nominated and were just happily indulging themselves with the drama from the side, this eye of the storm — there seed to be a peaceful garden where only calmness existed, while all around them were clashes of thunderstorms raining down on the land.
Despite just being a bystander, living under the violent storm was too hard. Sotis, stray lightning would hit them just by standing quietly. And so, they chose to enter the eye of the storm, seeking shelter inside the peaceful garden.
– I’m not a fan of SEEDZ, but I hope they get their win today!

– Seriously, why are the other fandoms already claiming the win? It could be none of them, lol.

The debate didn’t last for long though. As soon as the performances were over, the three nominated groups were called onstage.
The hosts were still the sa hosts from Top Song. They chattered for a bit before approaching SEEDZ.
"As one of the first-place nominees for this week’s Pop Core’s, what do you promise to the fans if you win?"
But unlike the last ti, instead of handing the mic to Adrian who was the leader, they handed it to Rayen.
’... Why ?’
Rayen could only accept the microphone, unwillingly.
"Well, uh... Thank you?"
Then, he handed it back to the stunned host.
Rayen stood straight, looking at the cara with undisguised unwillingness.
If Yeo Haru could learn Adrian’s habit, what’s the reason for Rayen not to?
The host could only chuckle wryly. "I think Rayen is nervous."
Rayen nodded. But he didn’t seem nervous at all.

The hosts ultimately gave up and went to the other two teams for their own interview, but it seed like SEEDZ’s virus spread to the other groups. They only received a brief response.
Sighing, the two hosts stepped forward. Left with no more words to say, they just proceeded with the announcent.
