"T-They’re fighting!" Nana exclaid, stuttering.
"Who?" Adrian asked, finally coming back to his senses.
"H-Heejun!"
’Heejun? Who’s that?’
"With who?" Adrian asked with a soothing voice, trying to calm her down.
But Nana only covered her head, unable to answer. As she seed to be in no condition to respond, Adrian just went outside to see for himself.
Rayen didn’t recognize who Heejun was, so he trailed behind Adrian. He was curious who these people were and why they were fighting.
The mont Rayen left the door, two figures in the distance appeared in his vision. They were inside the elevator.
"....."
’Are they really fighting?’
From this distance, Rayen could only see their ambiguous postures. One person seed to be pinning the other on the elevator wall, his face too close to the other. With just one shove, they would be at each other’s lips already.
However, the one who reported the fight was Nana. Although Rayen wasn’t sure about it, Nana seed like soone of those kinds...
Well, those kinds who like to ship people who aren’t compatible... in a gender sense.
That’s what just Rayen felt from those days they beca teammates.
Yet now, when two guys were nearly at each others’ lips, instead of admiring the scene, she was panicking. In a sense, it was uncharacteristic of her.
So, they must really be fighting.
With that final conclusion, Rayen and Adrian ran down the hallways and arrived in front of the elevator. Yet, when Rayen’s eyes recognized the figures, he stopped in his tracks.
For a mont, an impulsive thought struck him. He wanted to join in on the fight and score one hit too. But because he was still sane, he was able to stop himself.
So, Rayen just watched with crossed arms, an amused smile playing on his face.
One punch landed on the person’s face who was pinned on the wall.
’Heh. One more!’
Rayen cheered in his mind. However, Adrian and Liam, who just arrived a second earlier, were able to stop the assaulter by the ti his knuckles were about to land on the victim’s face again.
"Let go of !" Oh Heejun scread.
’Or should I say, Ryeon’s roommate?’
Adrian and Liam pulled the struggling Oh Heejun away from Ren.
"Beep you! Beep you! How dare you show your face in front of !"
Ren stood up straight, touching the corner of his lips. It exploded from the impact, so the mont his fingers touched it, the warm blood stuck at its tip.
With an unreadable expression, Ren responded to Oh Heejun’s curses. "You think I can even hide myself? This beep building is too small for that."
"You beep beep!"
Ren clicked his tongue. "What? It’s not like I’m the only one who kicked you out."
Nana, who had also just arrived, stiffened at Ren’s words. She lowered her gaze, avoiding to et Heejun’s eyes.
Adrian sighed.
What a ss.
Feeling great because of Ren’s sorry appearance, Rayen finally stepped in too.
"You fine? Your precious face is all ssed up," Rayen said with a sarcastic tone.
Ren glanced at him directly.
"Yeah. Thank you for your concern," he replied sarcastically.
Then, he turned toward Adrian and Liam and bowed his head.
"Thanks." This ti, his tone seed more sincere.
With that, Ren headed to the practice room, his figure disappearing behind the door. At the sa ti, Liam and Adrian let go of Heejun.
"Man, calm down," Adrian said.
"You should have let bash that guy’s face," Oh Heejun replied, his glare still sending daggers toward the door of the practice room.
"If you want to be in a violence scandal like , go ahead," Rayen interrupted, his voice no longer laced with sarcasm.
Rayen sympathised with this guy, so he wanted to give him advice. Oh Heejun seed to be soone with a brain as he only pursed his lips and didn’t retaliate.
Adrian sighed in relief. He smiled at Rayen for his sensible words, but Rayen felt so happy after seeing Ren’s pathetic face to even notice it.
Now that there was no show to watch, Rayen headed back toward the practice room. Yet, the mont he entered, his face stiffened.
There was soone inside. Not only soone, but a particular hateful figure.
’Damn Plotter. Why is this guy here?’
Rayen blinked, unable to believe his eyes. But no matter how many tis he blinked, his eyes weren’t lying to him.
That hateful guy was still there, staring at Rayen like he was crazy.
Finally, Rayen opened his mouth and spoke. "You... What’s your team number?"
"One," Ren responded.
’One...’
’One...’
’One...’
The words echoed in Rayen’s ears repeatedly. His soul seed to have left his body. In his mind, he uttered every curse toward Plotter’s way.
Just then, the rest of his teammates entered the room. Another person stiffened in place as he locked gazes with Ren.
"Beep! Why are you here?!" Oh Heejun cursed but was censored by the system.
Adrian also wanted to go crazy. He glanced at the counter near the entrance and saw what he feared the most.
[8/8]
The counter was full. That ant, the entire team was already here.
Yet, Adrian wasn’t glad at all. Of course, he’s not.
His nose had already sensed the sll of trouble.
’Why do they have to be teammates with ?’
If Rayen and Ren were the only two problematic mbers here, he could rest assured. Rayen was still tamable. Yet, Oh Heejun, Rayen and Ren together...
Triple trouble.
’What the hell is with this line-up?!’
For a mont, Adrian wanted to burst out of the room and complain to the Director. He might consider himself a pacifist, but he wasn’t so saint to handle all this trouble!
Even though practice hadn’t started yet, his head was already throbbing in pain. Adrian just slumped his butt in the corner. He curled himself, crying with his fate.
anwhile, Rayen didn’t know what to do. He just watched Adrian have a ntal breakdown in the corner.
’Shouldn’t it be there?’
But he was in no mood to have a breakdown. Instead, his chest was seething in anger. Whoever ca up with this line-up must have been ssing with them.
Even the public knew the bad blood between Rayen and Ren. There was no way the insiders didn’t know.
With that, Rayen stord out of the room, aggressively pulling out his phone from his pocket.
’Damn Plotter! I know it’s you!!!’
