Wednesday. One day after the private broadcast.

Out of consideration for the ones who still haven’t finished their weekly missions, Adrian allowed the mbers to accomplish it first. The team would begin their group practice later at noon.

Since Rayen’s skill ranks had been stagnant for the past few weeks, his missions were still pretty much the sa. Except for the Visuals.

His rank had turned to A.

It was no problem for Rayen to complete it, though. Most of his teammates had an A rank on their Visuals, so he turned to them for help. Well, specifically to Adrian, since he was the closest to Rayen.

As a result, Rayen learned of a secret from the morial Shop. They could actually buy wardrobes at a Surplus in the shop. Granted, it didn’t have any effects, but the price was just 10 MC per garnt.

[Big-Head Clown Creepy Uniform: He appears on the sewers.

Effects: Nay. You’ll just look like a killer clown.]

’Ah, yeah. The King’s killer clown...’

Another plagiarized content by Plotter.

[Snake Wig: Don’t worry. No one will turn into stone when others look at it.]

[Student Trousers: Yeah, this is just a simple trouser that the Overseer of Scribes found from a random student’s book page.]

’It looks like a thrift shop.’

Rayen also added his new teammates for his team mission. All in all, he finished all his tasks without a hitch. Right now, he was in the cafeteria. Since Adrian wasn’t with him, Rayen freely browsed his phone while eating his al.

The only problem was...

"My team skills sucks..."

[Na: Im Rayen

Vocals: S

Dance: C (Dance Fertilizer in effect less than 24 hours)

Visual: A-

Production: C

Team: D]

Sigh.

’I should really focus on leveling up my stats now.’

His Vocal Skills had turned stagnant. Ever since the start of the show, it had been ’S’ all along. What if sobody else caught up to him by then? He’d lose all his advantage if that ever happened.

’But that letter D is still an eyesore! What do I do with it?’

The letter "D" on his status window irked him so much. The ’ ’ symbol on his other skills had decreased to only one, so he couldn’t really deceive and console himself with it.

He took Mini Plotter’s advice to heart that he should be a good listener to his teammates. But in all honesty, besides Xi Huan and Adrian, no one was talkative in their team. Although Yeo Haru still kept in mind his persona of loving the caras, he wasn’t as expressive as before during the first round.

Nevermind about that. Rayen didn’t want to think of the word "team" right now. Just hearing it made him so stressed.

Also, because of that, he turned off the notifications for his Life Book points. It had gotten up since yesterday, having long passed the 500,000 points danger line, but he didn’t feel happy about it.

[Life Book Points: 502,601]

Even until now, the numbers kept increasing every ten minutes. He knew that it was just because of his notorious bully leader title that was spreading on social dia right now.

Rayen was curious about how the events were turning out, but ever since the first incident, he refrained himself from looking at the Internet to cleanse his mind from negative thoughts.

He couldn’t solve sothing that was out of his hand. So, instead of wallowing on it, he just decided to ignore it.

Rayen stared at his status window again. Right now, the only viable option was to rank up his production skills. As long as he didn’t accept the Skill Ranking Mission, It would stay on the sa level.

It wasn’t a good thing. Even a random inspiration could level it up, but since he was stuck, there was no way it would.

But would it conflict with his upcoming performance?

’Maybe I should just ask Mini Plotter.’

Rayen called Mini Plotter out in a low voice, expecting the playful character to appear on the screen. However, even after waiting for three minutes, nothing showed up.

’Huh?’

Rayen shook his phone, hoping for Mini Plotter to be shaken out of his nest.

"Hey, are you there?"

Still, nothing appeared.

Rayen stopped shaking his phone and stared at his screen intently.

’That’s weird...’

"What are you doing?"

Adrian suddenly appeared behind him. Rayen hurriedly put down his phone and wolfed down his food, pretending as if that was the sole thing he was doing earlier.

"You’re using your phone during al tis again." Adrian sat beside him.

Rayen slowed down on eating.

’Ah, busted...’

"That’s why you’re so unlucky lately. Look at , I managed to escape unscathed!" Adrian lectured.

’Was it really like that?’

For all Rayen knew, since he was born, he had always been unlucky. He recalled during high school having almost stopped studying when his mother fell ill. Then, his PE’s special project to graduate was a friggin dancing video, even though he was bad at dancing. At gacha gas, all he could draw at most were normal items.

And lastly, the unluckiest thing to happen to him was ultimately dying prematurely...

’It doesn’t matter if I use my phone while eating. I’ll still be unlucky no matter what.’

Finishing his food, Rayen gulped down on the water beside his plate, then picked up his phone again. Adrian only watched him as he shook his head in disappointnt.

’What? I’m not eating now.’

"Sure, sure," Adrian said even though Rayen didn’t say anything.

At this point, even with the Eye of the Beholder on, Rayen didn’t care to fix his expression unless it was during the performance. It’s so exhausting paying attention to himself.

Rayen once again looked at his Status Window. Should he accept the mission now or not?

Even without Mini Plotter, he could still accept it just by tapping on his skill.

"What are you even doing?"

"I’m thinking of my future."

If he had one at this point.

Plotter and Director should hurry up and clear his na already!

"Thinking of accepting the production mission?"

Rayen nodded.

"Why not?" Adrian asked. "Just do it. There’s no difference between not accepting it and failing it anyway. It would just remain on the sa rank for a long ti."

Now that Adrian pointed it out, he was right. With that, Rayen finally tapped his Production Skill.

[Do you want to accept the mission now?]

Rayen pressed the ’Yes’ button and another interface appeared before him.

[You’re extrely lucky! Pass this bonus mission, and you’ll be able to increase your skill to more than one rank!]

’Eh?’

Rayen glanced at Adrian and snickered.

’Nevermind. Who says I’m unlucky?’

He switched back his gaze on the screen again.

[Mission: Find the mysterious Master Producer and ask her about the Principles of Producing.]

"Master Producer?" the two exclaid simultaneously.
