Uchiha Chiri lifted her head and t Uchiha Hikaru’s gaze. A glint flashed through her eyes—one even she hadn’t noticed.
It was a light filled with expectation and joy, like a shining star that drew attention.
She gently bit her lower lip, a faint blush coloring her cheeks as she smiled shyly.
Then, she nodded and softly said, "Okay."
Her voice was barely above a whisper, but Uchiha Hikaru heard her loud and clear.
He smiled as he looked at her, full of appreciation.
Though she was shy now, he knew she had a resilient spirit.
Just then, Tsunade walked over.
She looked at the interaction between Uchiha Hikaru and Uchiha Chiri, and for so reason, felt a twinge of discomfort in her chest.
Her brows furrowed slightly, and a trace of confusion and dissatisfaction flickered in her eyes.
Then she let out a tsundere huff, turned around, and quickened her pace as she walked away.
Seeing this, Uchiha Hikaru turned to Chiri with an apologetic smile and said, "Then it’s settled. I’ll co find you on that day."
With that, he too walked off quickly.
Jiraiya smacked his lips and muttered quietly, "Putting girls before bros..."
Despite the words, his eyes held a hint of envy.
By the ti Uchiha Hikaru caught up with Tsunade, she had already cald down.
That mysterious temper of hers ca and went quickly.
She was back to her usual self—cheerful and mischievous.
She grabbed Uchiha Hikaru’s hand and said in a spoiled tone, "Hikaru, do you have a New Year’s gift for ?"
Her voice was full of anticipation and delight.
Looking at her, Uchiha Hikaru couldn’t help but find it amusing.
He knew Tsunade was actually a very simple person. Sotis willful, sotis playful.
She hadn’t yet experienced the pain that was to co. Right now, she was still kind and warmhearted.
Thinking this, he smiled and said, "Of course I do. I’ve had it ready for a while."
Tsunade’s eyes lit up with joy.
She imdiately asked, "What is it? Can you give it to now?"
Uchiha Hikaru didn’t say anything more. He simply opened the system interface in his mind and began checking his panel.

The new system prompts gave Uchiha Hikaru a lot to think about.
From the wording, he could tell this system had so sort of ntally challenged AI.
Why ntally challenged?
Because there had been a beginner’s welfare bonus... and the system never even told him about it.
Not a word from the AI. If that’s not dumb, what is?
The system’s intelligence wasn’t completely useless—it was entirely useless. He had to figure everything out on his own.
Luckily, the prompts did provide so direction.
Now that the beginner bonus was ending, at least the new features made up for the loss in idle speed.
And one of his suspicions had co true: the system really could travel between worlds.

He didn’t know the activation conditions yet, but even having it unlocked felt different from not having it at all.
Another prompt stuck in his mind: that second one about idle growth being influenced by his own thoughts.
That made him glance at the Alchemy skill.
Alchemy had only appeared after his Cooking skill upgraded to Blue rank.
He’d already tested it. It was useful, though not overpowered. After all, it was just a Blue-level skill.
Still, when paired with his dical skill, he had managed to concoct so very fantasy-style pills.
Beautifying Pills and Bloodline Purification Pills—two nas that didn’t fit the Naruto setting at all.
The Beautifying Pill, as its na suggested, helped one maintain a youthful appearance. Nothing too shocking.
But the Bloodline Purification Pill? It sounded like sothing ant for magical beasts. Yet in the Naruto world, it could be incredibly powerful.
The Ōtsutsuki lineage wasn’t famous for nothing. Giving a pill like that to soone like Tsunade would surely be a ga-changer.
He’d been worrying about the gap between himself and his friends growing too fast.
This kind of thing was perfect.
As for the rest of his skills, Uchiha Hikaru had made great progress.
For instance, Body Flicker was sothing he gained by idle training Flying Thunder God Technique. It now allowed him to teleport freely within a 10-kiloter radius.
Beyond that range, he still needed preset coordinates.
But he wasn’t disappointed—it was only a Purple-tier skill, after all.
Wood Release had erged after he trained Earth, Water, and Yang-style jutsu to Blue rank, fusing them together.
Now, the only thing he lacked was Senjutsu. If he had that, he could truly cosplay as Hashirama Senju.
The best part? As always, the thod to cultivate the ability had appeared directly in his mind.
The training prerequisites weren’t even that high—just required Earth, Water, and Yang attributes.
Of course, the scroll also stated clearly: while Wood Release was a three-nature Kekkei Tōta, its strength ultimately depended on the user.
Thinking of that, he pulled out a scroll he had long prepared and handed it to Tsunade.
Nothing more than curiosity, really.
He just wanted to see if Tsunade, after training it, would end up like Yamato—only good for building houses.
