The feeling was like being cut off in the middle of a phone call again...
Xu Wenkui's expression was solemn as he watched Xue Jing strangle a Dragon Cult mber's neck with one hand, turning it into chopsticks.
This person possessed an unknown ability that could decipher the Silent Nether Nest Eye... and it was not only self-applicable but also transmittable through physical contact with others.
"No choice but to force it."
"The four of you, go."
Xu Wenkui turned his head towards those behind him.
Four individuals, standing in a row, tall and imposing, crossed their arms and nodded their heads, having just postured like experts.
Each one of them was fitted with highly conspicuous, varied alien implants, looking as if they had stepped out of a futuristic sci-fi world, completely different in style from everyone else.
One, whose hair resembled a barren wasteland with only a few tufts sticking out, moved two steps forward and opened his mouth towards Xue Jing.
Suddenly, his throat contracted and expanded, and a green laser as thick as a finger shot out with incredible speed, giving Xue Jing no ti to react, hitting him in the abdon.
"Tsss—"
Xue Jing staggered back, propelled dozens of ters by the extre kinetic impact, as his Shadowfla Wrap Armor at his waist emitted a green light, corroding rapidly and turning into a black pus that continuously dripped down.
"What is that?"
He frowned and looked toward the person who had emitted the 'green laser.'
The man's throat contracted and expanded again, ready to continue shooting the laser.
Seeing this, Xue Jing thought quickly, and two silvery-white Lightning Dragon Horns imdiately sprang from his helt, crackling with electricity and creating snapping sounds.
He stretched out his index finger, targeting the man. Countless silver lightning bolts converged at his fingertip, compressing.
"Boom—!!"
Thunder roared as silvery lightning blasted from his fingertip, eting the green laser spewing from the man's mouth.
Upon contact, they emitted a 'sizzling' noise like water being poured on fire, and nurous green droplets scattered in all directions, splashing onto many nearby people.
Even a single drop of this green fluid could corrode a hole the size of a washbasin on a person, instantly dissolving flesh into disgusting pus.
The dozens of people splashed by the green liquid mostly died on the spot, while those who survived struggled and scread continuously.
"How does he still have other abilities!?"
Xu Muchun couldn't help but be astonished.
Among the four behind Xu Wenkui, the tallest and most muscular one grabbed the clothes on his body and tore them off with a rip sound, exposing his robust naked upper body.
His skin was starkly different from that of ordinary people, composed of densely packed blue, sharp scales.
With a flash, he burst forward, swiftly closing the distance to Xue Jing, and from both elbows shot sharp red blades that he slashed at Xue Jing.
His movents, though outstanding to ordinary people, were clearly seen by Xue Jing as lacking any martial arts foundation; all his actions were optimized for simplicity and efficiency.
This kind of attack was too simple for Xue Jing to handle.
Xue Jing extended a palm and gently t the Red Elbow Blade with Soft Power, flicking it aside.
Then, with his other hand in the shape of a Piercing Hand, he channeled Whirlwind Thunder Force, generating a spiraling current, and aid it at the Heavenly Burst Acupoint in the throat region of his opponent.
"Puff—!"
Contrary to his expectations, the man endured the Piercing Hand attack, which could have pierced through steel. He rely leaned back slightly and wasn't even blown away. Instead, the reaction force caused Xue Jing's fingers to tingle with pain.
"Don't be too arrogant, kid."
The man showed a slightly ferocious smile.
"This skin of mine is made from 'Seven Tis Dragon Shedding'; you can't even harm a single hair of mine. Just surrender quietly, and I alone could tie you down to death!"
Seven Tis Dragon Shedding?
Xue Jing raised an eyebrow.
He was sowhat familiar with that.
The so-called Dragon Shedding, as the na implied, was similar to a snake shedding its skin, referring to 'the skin shed by a dragon.'
All Dragon Species needed to go through the process of shedding to grow.
And having the prefix 'Seven Tis' essentially referred to the shedding of a Pureblood Dragon Species, that is, a True Dragon.
Pureblood Dragon Species are almost immortal beings; thus, their growing age isn't asured in ti but in the number of tis they shed their skin.
Each shedding leads to a transformation in the Pureblood Dragon Species. Starting from the juvenile stage at birth, shedding six tis marks the adolescence, twelve tis the adulthood, and twenty tis the pri age.
And if the shedding reaches more than thirty tis, such Pureblood Dragon Species are referred to as 'Ancient Dragons.'
Pureblood Dragon Species are creatures born from nature, and upon their death, everything returns to nature, but only their 'Dragon Shedding' is one of the rare materials that can be preserved, thus it is extrely precious and easily sold for billions, virtually priceless.
The Seven Tis Dragon Shedding specifically refers to the skin shed by a True Dragon during its seventh shedding.
This was already a young True Dragon, much stronger than the one Xue Jing had killed in the Intersecting Boundaries.
Although it was only the Dragon Shedding, certainly not comparable to the True Dragon itself, it was obviously extrely formidable. The alien implant skin made from it was unmatched in toughness.
No wonder the man was confident enough to declare it outright, putting pressure on Xue Jing. Indeed, he had his reasons for confidence.
