No, to call it boxing would not be quite accurate, it was closer to 'fitness exercises'.
The purpose of each movent was to exercise every inch of the body as much as possible, and aside from the high difficulty, it was no different from fitness exercises.
As he practiced, Ning Fengwan and the little maid Yun Qin were also watching his movents and followed along.

He appeared unconcerned, as if he was just listening to an interesting piece of gossip.

If that's the case, then what Xu Mude is doing might be very significant... at least for him personally.
