laine had used her ability to slow down the ti around to the extre and take her look-alike outside the factory. She feels responsible for creating this ss by hiring her own clone created by the Esper Association to act like Naomis organization mber.
After laine took her clone out from the factory, she deactivated her ability and the ti turned normal again.
