After Naomi left the checking room with the scanner equipnt, Mizuki opened the file she had just secured earlier and analyzed the result again.
No matter how I look at it, there is no difference between the old result and the recent result. She said as she looked at the hologram monitor while leaning against the table in front of the monitor with her hands.
Indeed, its a bit strange considering how much Lady Naomi used her ability, laine added as she looked at the monitor alternatively. Only Lady Naomis brain from the earlier scanning result is more developed than the one from the old scan.
Thats true. But, her brain developnt is normal, considering its been five years since the last ti I took her health scan. So, is her condition normal for SSS-Ranked Esper? Mizuki asked.
Its not normal, laine answered seriously.
Her body should be in bad shape even though Angella had used his ability on her. At least, I was expecting so damage to her brain or her internal organs. But It is too normal. Too healthy for soone who had lost control of her ability and almost destroyed the world.
I see So shes healthy I am glad. I can rest easy without worrying about her health. Mizuki sighed to relax. Her lips curled up, creating a small smile full of love.

But, its strange. How can Lady Naomis body be so healthy? Is there sothing that makes her different from the other SSS-Ranked Esper? Is it because she has two abilities? laine thought.
However, no answer ca to her mind.

Oh right. Lady Naomi earlier said she was going to get ice cream. Do you think shes going to laines words trailed. She couldnt finish it because she didnt want to think that Naomi would be going to Antarctica by herself.
I dont think she will do that. Mizuki shook her head.
Why do you think so? If we looked at Lady Naomis behavior until now, we could easily expect that she would do that. laine retorted.
What she said wasnt wrong. Considering what Naomi did in the past, it wouldnt be so strange that she suddenly flew to Antarctica, destroyed the continent, and returned with a smile on her face while saying, The war is over.
But, Mizuki denied her, saying Naomi wouldnt do that.
There was no basis in what Mizuki said.
Because I am her mother. I know her better than anyone. Mizuki answered as she secured the file once again. She put the disk in her suit pocket and turned to laine. And I know she changed after returning from Mount Everest.
Oh? laine raised her voice curiously. Could it be because of love? She flashed a smile to Mizuki.
Maybe. Mizuki shrugged her shoulders. But I bet Mischa said sothing to her. Thats why Naomi followed my request to scan her body earlier. She becos more mature and cautious. She would definitely refuse to be scanned if it's the old her. Shes that headstrong.
Indeed. laine chuckled. I have seen her directly. Thats why I honestly thought she would go to Antarctica when I heard her saying she wanted ice cream.
They laughed while talking about other random things related to Naomi before leaving the room altogether.

Naomi left the underground research area and sat on the bench located right in front of the Akasa Inc. main building. Before this, she got an ice cream from Akasa Inc.'s main buildings cafeteria. The cafeteria provided varieties of foods and snacks, so there was also ice cream.
