Ding!

The goblets collided, emitting a crisp sound.

The dark red wine, sparkling with shimring lights, swirled and lingered on the glass’s interior, resembling a sunset.

"How is Kingsley Huzzworth doing?"

At the grand wedding held in Abasye Square, next to the white dining table, Mr. Jing Yao stood straight, sipping from a goblet, praising it, then turning to ask the lady in the silver robe beside him.

The Radiant Empress Jessica gazed at the newlyweds in the distance, her brilliant eyes reflecting the figure of the man in the black hat on the left.

She smiled faintly, her tone teasing:

"The God of Magic who knows everything, yet there are things you don’t know?"

"I just want to get a more definitive answer from you."

Mr. Jing Yao remained unprovoked and said calmly.

He glanced at the extraordinarily beautiful goddess and shook his head, recalling their past.

"In the Star Realm, only you two True Gods... I think no one knows Kingsley’s exact situation better than you."

"True God?"

The Radiant Empress withdrew her gaze and turned to look directly into Mr. Jing Yao’s eyes. Her beautiful eyes seed to sparkle with stars, but her gaze was sharp and scrutinizing.

"There is only one True God in the Star Realm, and that is the Sun God, the fierce father, while I am just a poor person, humiliated and exiled, only left with the position of a True God..."

Her tone carried a hint of dissatisfaction, even resentnt.

Mr. Jing Yao remained silent.

Jessica shook her goblet in disappointnt, then took a gentle sip. The sweet fragrance of the wine brought a slight bitterness to her throat.

Her gaze rippled slightly.

"This wine is called ’My Only Love’? It’s rare in the world, a pleasing na, and tastes wonderful... but unfortunately, soone like can’t appreciate the beauty within it."

The Radiant Empress mocked herself.

After a while.

She slowly spoke:

"Kingsley’s situation has reached its limit. Ten parts of Unique Divinity are not easy to maintain. Without the Original Sin, he cannot transcend above the Sequence. Lacking an excretory dium, he cannot maintain Sanity and self-stability. In fact, he is less than a decade away from complete loss of control... Thanks to you and Conrad, none of those angels and Sub-Gods dare to disturb in the Star Realm. In these cold and boring days, I can only stare at the half black, half white Sun."

The latter part of the Radiant Empress’s words was full of mockery.

After listening, Mr. Jing Yao looked thoughtful.

"Ten years..."

He softly said, looking into the eyes of the lady in the silver robe,

"You’re still angry that I didn’t help you back then."

"No!"

The Radiant Empress glared at him.

Then she gritted her teeth and said:

"I only curse, day and night, for that damned Sun to die quickly! Then I could regain my Unique Divinity and restore the strength I deserve... I’ve really had enough these years!"

Mr. Jing Yao remained silent.

After a mont, he said:

"I advise you to give up this dangerous idea, Jessica, divine positions are heavy. Sotis, they are not a throne of honor but a life-threatening cage."

"Give up?"

The Radiant Empress squinted her eyes, her mouth curling into a cold line.

"Is this the real reason you invited here? You, sitting on a divine throne, holding knowledge, wisdom, and magic, admired by all, advising to give up... Sotis I find you hypocritical, disgusting, even more deceptive than the ’Constellation’. And your friend Klaff is even more cunning than ’Conspiracy’. If it weren’t for him, Gorswaxi wouldn’t have died, and I wouldn’t be in this position today."

Mr. Jing Yao frowned slightly.

He didn’t say outright that during the "Ti of Pearls", there were indeed factors related to Klaff, but the real trigger was the "greed" of the Profound Mother and the Radiant Empress themselves.

If they hadn’t attempted to seize the authority of the fierce father, the subsequent events wouldn’t have happened.

"You are different from us."

Mr. Jing Yao said calmly.

"We have no choice, while you still have the option."

"To give up the divine position and beco an Angel?"

The Radiant Empress laughed, covering her mouth, her laughter icy.

"Once Kingsley loses control, this world will have no protection, and terrifying beings outside the starry sky will gaze upon us one by one. Without enough strength, how can I protect myself?"

Mr. Jing Yao looked at her and sighed.

"Jessica, what we just drank was wine made from the blood of Sebastian Pado..."

"?!"

The pupils of the Radiant Empress constricted sharply.

Her expression changed imdiately!

Exiled to the depths of the Star Realm, Jessica Filona, who hadn’t paid attention to the present world and the outside for years, did not know the news of the Sea God, the Eternal Sleeper’s fall.

Hearing Angela’s words, the Radiant Empress couldn’t help but lift the goblet again, scrutinizing and sensing the power within the wine... Among the elusive power of Destiny, there was an extrely rich Deep Sea aura, faintly, she could hear the sound of waves and storms, in the dreamy thunder, mingling with majesty and fury.

This was not sothing that an ordinary Deep Sea Angel or Sub-God could possess.

This made the Radiant Empress have no choice but to believe this fact.

Then, she heard Angela continue:

"Kingsley is about to lose control, the Azure King has run out of patience, Sebastian Pado is the best example... If you still trust , then don’t think about reclaiming authority. It’s best to relinquish one more Unique Divinity, forcibly detach from the divine position, and fall to the rank of a Sub-God."

"Angela?"

The Radiant Empress was filled with disbelief.

She gazed at the man before her, speechless for a long ti.

The other actually advised her to give up one of the only three authorities she had left, leaving only two, to forcefully fall from a True God’s rank.

The Azure King has run out of patience...

And what exactly does this an?

Was the Eternal Sleeper Sebastian Pado killed by the Azure King...

Is the Azure King planning to target the old Seven Gods?!

"Your Majesty Jessica, welco to the wedding of Floey and ."

At this mont, a voice suddenly ca from beside her.

The Empress turned her head and saw the protagonist of this wedding, the Azure King and his newlywed wife, approaching.

The other party took off his black top hat, raised his glass, and smiled:

"Your harp performance was very enchanting, thank you."

"You’re welco."

Jessica suppressed the doubts in her heart and replied.

Then she also raised her glass to return the toast and continued:

"If thanks are due, thank Angela."

"Hmm?"

Chen Lun raised an eyebrow.

His gaze swept between Mr. Jing Yao and the Empress, guessing sothing, but he did not impolitely ask, he instead continued to smile:

"Then thank both Your Majesties for gracing us with your Blessing in person."

Saying this, Chen Lun took a sip from his glass.

Mr. Jing Yao smiled, very courteously, and took a sip as well.

But the Empress’s delicate brows knit slightly, confusion still swirling in her mind.

"Your Majesty Jessica, aren’t you curious as to why I asked Mr. Angela to invite you to this wedding?"

Chen Lun suddenly spoke at this mont.

"Indeed."

The Empress said flatly.

She truly couldn’t understand why Angela would act as the Azure King Jack’s spokesperson to invite her to such a rare and seemingly aningless wedding.

An eternal entity, yet wed to a nun who served them.

Jessica didn’t approve, nor did she care.

If not for the sake of an old lover, she wouldn’t have co at all.

"The reason is simple."

The Azure King began to speak.

"Compared to the other old Seven Gods, I believe Your Majesty Jessica should be spared from death, also for Mr. Jing Yao’s sake."

"Azure King."

The Empress’s eyes turned cold.

"What exactly are you trying to say?"

"The threat from beyond the Starry Sky is coming. I won’t allow such a situation to occur. For this, I will beco the new God of Destiny at any cost—those who dare to block shall die!"

Chen Lun maintained an expressionless face, his tone indifferent, as if this were an utterly mundane matter.

"And the old Seven Gods are the sacrificial offerings for this Deification Ritual. Do you understand now, Ms. Jessica?"

"?!"

Jessica could not hide her astonishnt.

She felt an overwhelming sense of confidence and unwavering resolve from the Azure King’s tone and deanor.

The other party bluntly revealed their intention of deification, seemingly not worried that she would intervene, or disclose these matters.

Using the old Seven Gods as sacrificial offerings for ascension...

Jessica’s first reaction was that the Azure King had gone mad!

He was clearly just a King of Angels, yet he dared to utter such outlandish words!

However, considering Angela’s implicit warnings, and the news of Sebastian Pado’s fall, the Empress had no choice but to take his words seriously.

"So what is it you want from ?"

Jessica furrowed her brows tightly.

The Azure King put his hat back on, his deep eyes looking out from beneath the brim.

"Complete knowledge of the Constellation path, and a portion of the Unique Divinity of the Constellation."

The other party quickly added:

"Madam, I only kill True Gods."

"Azure King, you are far too confident!"

Jessica found this conversation utterly absurd.

As a Star God, her dignity felt desecrated and humiliated, her tone inevitably turned freezing cold, with hidden anger.

"What if I refuse?"

The Empress asked icily.

Chen Lun turned his head to glance at his wife Floey, then gave a polite smile to the Empress.

"Today is a beautiful and sacred day, and as an invited guest, rest assured, I would never harm you."

Then he candidly stated:

"But after this, I will visit personally, wherever you may be, I will find you. As an eternal existence with dominion over the power of Destiny, I am particularly skilled in Divination; you need not doubt this..."

Jessica’s expression darkened.

"Are you not afraid I will tell Maria Liana about this? Tell Montgory or even Kingsley? If you wish to incite a divine war, I suspect they would not fear!"

"No matter."

Chen Lun raised his glass, smiling as he gestured.

"Please think carefully about my proposal, Your Majesty Jessica. And enjoy the feast."

After speaking, he bowed with hand on chest, turned with his wife, and left.

Watching the Azure King’s silhouette recede, the Empress’s expression shifted.

Next to her, Mr. Jing Yao sighed.

"Jessica, never underestimate the Azure King... I witnessed Sebastian Pado’s death with my own eyes, and even then, a wisp of the old remnant occupied the body of the Sea God. Yet still, he fell under the Azure King’s sword... In this current era, aside from Kingsley, I can think of no one else he would regard with consideration."

"Enough."

The Empress took a deep breath, her voice slightly hoarse.

She took one last deep look at Angela, then turned to leave.

"Give so ti..."
