The chirping army of White Zetsu had been mostly cleared out.

Hagoromo Gensou withdrew his attention from the system, casually ignoring the corpses scattered across the ground. He took a step forward, intending to complete all his system tasks in this world in one go.

"After finishing the 'Return of the Kazekage' quest, what's next?"

He was still pondering that—

When suddenly!

A deafening boom echoed from the distance.

In the next mont, a white figure descended from the sky and landed directly in his path.

It was Obito.

Gensou glanced at him, showing no surprise. In fact, he even nodded politely—then walked right past him.

Obito had been ready with an opening statent, but that simple nod from Gensou left him stunned.

And then—

He could only watch as Gensou strolled past like he was casually window-shopping, showing not the slightest concern for his presence.

Crack!

Obito clenched his fists tightly.

"You bastard... Are you ignoring ?"

He had imagined many scenarios for when he would et Gensou—

But never once did he imagine Gensou would walk past him without saying a word, treating him like he didn't matter at all.

Especially now!

He had already shown clear signs of anger—

And yet Gensou remained aloof, completely unfazed, continuing on his way.

Obito finally snapped.

A Gudōdama quickly ford in his hand and, without hesitation, launched toward Gensou.

Pa!

A hand caught the swiftly approaching sphere.

Gensou finally turned his head. Looking at the foreign Gudōdama in his hand, he squeezed—and crushed it.

Then he turned fully to Obito and asked, confused,

"Sothing wrong?"

"Sothing wrong?" Obito laughed in fury. "Of course sothing's wrong!"

"You're an outsider. Seems you haven't realized your situation yet."

Gensou, who had been recalling Shippuden's plot monts ago, was a little surprised by that and asked,

"My situation?"

"As an uninvited outsider, in the presence of this world's master, you've behaved far too arrogantly!" Obito said coldly.

As the planet's ruler, it had been a long ti since anyone dared disregard him like this.

"Arrogantly?"

Gensou took a mont to reflect on his behavior.

He didn't see anything disrespectful in what he did.

He'd even nodded at Obito. That was more than enough courtesy for the supposed ruler of this place.

What more was he expected to do?

If it were anyone else, he wouldn't have spared them a single glance.

Seeing Obito now so enraged, ready to strike, Gensou shook his head slightly.

Has being on top for so long made this guy completely lose perspective?

Wouldn't it be better to enjoy being a self-proclaid king instead of creating unnecessary trouble?

Gensou decided to give him a chance.

Looking at Obito, he sincerely said,

"Relax. I won't do anything to this world. You can remain the planet's ruler. I'll leave after so ti."

Gensou wasn't so hothead who had to challenge the strongest person in every world he visited.

He and Obito had no conflict of interest.

They could easily go their separate ways without stepping on each other's toes.

That was how he saw it.

But Obito didn't think so.

It wasn't just Gensou's casual attitude that irritated him—

What really mattered was that Gensou's group wasn't like the insignificant Naruto.

These people had real power. And instinctively, Obito had already marked them as threats.

Kaguya and the Six Paths Sage? He was familiar with them—and he would never allow them to ddle with this world again.

As for Gensou?

He said he'd leave soon and wouldn't interfere.

But Obito wasn't so gullible three-year-old who believed every word he heard.

A ti bomb powerful enough to destroy the world had walked through his front door.

And he had the ability to defuse it.

Why wouldn't he?

So—

Obito's eyes grew cold. More and more Gudōdama began to orbit his hands, and the flas of the Holy Crossfire blazed behind him.

With murderous intent in his eyes, Obito glared at Gensou.

"There's one thod that would give peace of mind—"

"You die!"

As the words fell—

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Roots from the Divine Tree burst from the ground beneath Gensou's feet, surging up to entangle him.

Obito's figure shot forward, his killing intent erupting like a storm.

Gensou's expression remained unchanged. He simply let out a quiet sigh:

"What's the point of this..."

BOOM!!

A long-lost battle erupted once more upon this land that had known peace for so ti.

"Naruto! Naruto!"

"Who... who's calling ?"

Naruto was in the middle of a birthday celebration surrounded by his parents and friends. He was facing Sakura and Hinata, who had both just confessed their feelings to him, and he was hesitating—who should he choose?

Then a familiar voice suddenly echoed in his mind.

Before Naruto could react—

A beam of white light pierced through everything in front of him.

When he opened his eyes again, confused—

"Sakura, Hinata, wait! Let think abou— Huh?"

Naruto instinctively tried to finish his sentence, but midway through, he paused.

He realized what was happening and looked around at reality.

After a mont, understanding and a trace of longing flickered in his eyes before they were replaced by newfound resolve.

"Thanks, Grandpa Sage!"

Feeling the long-missed Six Paths-level power surging within him, Naruto—now aware of everything—turned and sincerely thanked the Sage of the Six Paths.

"No need to thank ," the Sage replied calmly.

Naruto assud he was the Six Paths Sage from his world and didn't question it.

Now fully awakened from the illusion, Naruto raised a determined fist and declared,

"Perfect! Let's go destroy the Divine Tree! Defeat Obito! Free this world's people!"

The Sage interrupted him.

"No, Naruto. We have sothing more important to do."

"More important? Like what?" Naruto asked, confused.

The Sage didn't elaborate. He simply said,

"Just hand over your body to for a while."

Before Naruto could react—

The Sage, whose power was far above his own, forcefully took control of his body.

He hadn't rushed to et with Gensou earlier because he wanted to find a suitable vessel to give him more leverage in their upcoming alliance.

Naruto, as the reincarnation of Asura, was the perfect choice.

That's why the Sage ca here in person—using the power of the Six Paths to lift the genjutsu and claim him as his host.

"Now—ti to regroup."

Controlling Naruto's body, the Sage turned toward Gensou's direction and sped off.

Far away, after dealing with the White Zetsu and understanding the state of the planet, Kaguya also set out—

Heading to awaken another version of herself.
