"rlin, are you in there?" Artoria called out, standing at the entrance of rlin's workshop.

"Yes I am!!!" rlin's voice resounded.

Artoria smiled.

She opened the door and walked in.

Inside the room, she could see rlin sitting on the ground with her back resting on the wall, and in her hand, a big bottle of alcohol.

"Since when did you start drinking?" Artoria glared a bit.

rlin belched in response.

"Oh you sweet sweet Artoria…" she was drunk, her cheeks red a bit, "Sotis in life you gotta drink the problems away".

"What are you talking about?" Artoria sighed, snatching the bottle from rlin's grasp.

"Ahh, give back my booze!!! Artoriaaaa!" rlin cried, wrapping her arms around Artoria's waist as she tried to reach for the bottle.

Raising the alcohol above her head, Artoria took the ti to read what was written on it. Her face imdiately had a nervous frown.

"Why on earth are you drinking sothing this intense?" She sounded almost disappointed.

"Can you bla ? I tried to keep my cool but whyyyyyy?! Why is a goddess interested in our Ha Joon?!" she wailed, falling to the ground.

"Goddess? What are you talking about?" Artoria looked at her.

"Oh right, you were kek.. still with kek… the minister guy." rlin spoke, her back flat on the ground.

"Yeah, I haven't been able to get full info on what happened? So were you guys able to get info on why they wanted to kill Ha Joon?" Artoria asked.

"Kek! We did, only partially though."

"So what was it?"

"They didn't want to kek! Kill him, they kek! Just wanted to take him back to the goddess of Discord. She wants him for kek! So reason."

"What?"

Artoria was a bit shocked, The goddess Ishtar was considered a high level god, why would soone like her be interested in Ha Joon Kim?

"Whaahhh! Just kill alreadyyyy…" rlin cried, "If she doesn't have him, apparently she'll wage war on us… why is she desperate for my Ha Joon? Kek! Makes no sense".

"You're right." Artoria looked to the ground for a while, "Once we get her location, speaking to her should be easy now that we know what she wants."

"And if there's no negotiation? And she demands Ha Joon be hers?" rlin looked serious as she continued, "Putting my obvious romantic feelings for him to the side, Ha Joon is a blessing to Calot, we can't afford to lose him".

"And we won't. If negotiations fail, I'll have no choice but to retaliate. She's a high level god which ans she could probably take out Calot by herself if she wishes too, so I'll end it right there… and kill her while I have the chance".

rlin chuckled a bit, "You're actually going to fight a high level god for Ha Joon? You're cute, your highness."

Realizing, Artoria blushed a bit, but it was quickly hidden under her stern look, "Don't make such expensive jokes, you said it yourself, Ha Joon is an important part of Calot."

"I was wrong."

"..."

rlin smiled, her eyes closed, "He's family."

Artoria kept quiet, watching as rlin fell into slumber.

She placed her hand on her chest, images of Ha Joon playing in her mind.

"I think I'm falling ill." Artoria muttered to herself.

anwhile,

Whoosh!

Zex had managed to climb the castle wall in search of his partner Sinex.

Avoiding almost every guard in the castle, he had managed to track down his target without being caught.

Looking through the window, he could see her, Sinex, arguing with a maid who had similar hair color.

'There she is! Finally, but she's not being tied up? I expected her to be in worse condition. I guess Calot takes their hostages with high regard.'

Zex scanned the room for a while, and was able to make out that only the maid— Yukio was there.

'Just a single maid, this should be easy, I should let Sinex know I'm here though, so she knows to act quickly the mont I step into the room.'

And so he did.

Closing his eyes he began to spread his magic all around his body, this was how he had been able to track her down, both their magic energy can be linked.

He felt it, his magic sense linking up with her, and he also felt it when she accepted the link.

A smile ford on his face, he had managed to let her know he was there, but suddenly, Sinex intentionally severed the link.

Zex's eyes widened.

'Did she?...'

He looked through the window, and to his surprise, Sinex was looking directly at him.

"Say, maid girl, cool if I use the bathroom for a sec?" Sinex asked, pointing at the door.

"Master never gave a direct order to keep you here, he only said to make sure you don't do anything stupid." Yukio uttered as she packed the blankets, "But I'm busy now, so you can't-"

Yukio's words were cut off when she heard the door barge open.

She turned to check and Sinex had run out of the room, while laughing sinisterly.

'She managed to leave, good, she's coming for , finally!'

Zex leaped down from the window, landing on the ground, his dick still out and exposed.

He pressed his back against the wall as he took careful steps, trying to make sure none of the guards spotted him.

Zex expected that Sinex would be doing the sa thing. In their group, she was not only considered the fastest, but also the sneakiest, hence why she was given The last Assassin.

"What are you doing?"

Zex paused. That was definitely Sinex's voice.

A smile played on his face, his eyes imdiately widened with joy as he veered around to greet her.

"Sinex! I'm glad to see you're alright!!!" He ran up to her.

Sinex was standing there, her arms folded with an unimpressed expression on her face.

Just as he was about to hug her.
