Once the power is completely dissipated, even the prince of the Fallen Angels cannot withstand Charles's full-force attack.
As the fallen barrier collapsed, the Fourth Prince of the Fallen Angels was directly knocked down by Charles. However, Charles didn't have ti to launch another attack.
