"The Ultimate Training thod?"

"Does this training thod hold so kind of secret? Could it allow one to ascend to beco the absolute strongest?"

For a mont, the officer proposing the toast flushed with excitent.

Not only him, but a large group of Revolutionary Army mbers listening from afar also had their expressions change dramatically. So even pulled out notebooks, ready to record.

"This really could offer the hope of becoming a bald... ah, no, I an, the absolute strongest."

Sig, now visibly drunk, was starting to slur his words.

"Don't underestimate it. This is a training thod that could potentially allow a person to break through the limits of the human body."

"I have a friend who, through this very thod, easily achieved absolute greatness..."

Sig trailed off mid-sentence, taking another deep swig of his drink.

"Break through the limits of the human body?"

These few words sent the crowd into a frenzy.

With soone as strong as Sig endorsing it, there was no doubt that this was a powerful training thod.

At the sa ti, however, a sliver of doubt surfaced in their minds.

"What exactly are the limits of the human body? And what kind of strength would count as breaking through those limits?"

Soone posed this question.

Amidst the heated discussions among the Revolutionary Army mbers, a voice chuckled and spoke.

"You all are far too naive."

The voice belonged to a bald man who had seemingly appeared out of nowhere. His face was radiant with excitent, and he had just slipped a small notebook into his pocket.

One of his favorite activities was to enlighten lost lambs with knowledge. And now, before him stood dozens, even hundreds, of lost lambs.

The thought that he might influence an entire refugee fleet filled him with unparalleled joy.

"You're asking about the limits of the human body?"

The bald man adopted a serious expression and asked loudly:

"Then let ask you this: Who is the strongest man in the world?"

After a brief silence, soone hesitantly spoke a na:

"Whitebeard, Edward Newgate!"

"Correct!"

The bald man's eyes lit up, and his voice grew even louder:

"Whitebeard is the strongest man in the world. He represents the limits of the human body. No doubt about it!"

"Boss Sig's ultimate goal is to chart a path to absolute strength that anyone can follow. A way for the weak and the ordinary to have the power to protect themselves. He dreams of a world where everyone surpasses Whitebeard!"

"That is Boss Sig's grand ambition!"

When he finished, the entire refugee fleet fell silent.

Then, everyone turned to look at the man sitting alone, drinking quietly. Their hearts were shaken to the core.

"Mr. Sig truly has the soul of a born revolutionary."

"What he aims to achieve is even grander than overthrowing the World Governnt's rule. And, in fact, it aligns sowhat with the Revolutionary Army's goals."

People began to murmur among themselves.

The Revolutionary Army's mission wasn't just to build a military force to overthrow the World Governnt.

Their goal was to embed the ideals of freedom into people's hearts, to inspire the weak to take up arms against the vicious pirates who raided towns.

Now, it seed that this was indeed aligned with Sig's grand vision.

"Is that really what he ans?"

Dragon and the others looked toward Sig, carefully observing his reaction.

No matter how eloquently the bald man spoke, it still wasn't Sig speaking for himself.

Sig's eyes gradually grew hazy, his face flushed, and his expression seed to carry a trace of nostalgia.

Under the gazes of everyone around him, Sig slowly fell into the mont.

Yes.

I, Sig, the Mountain Bandit King, have painstakingly hidden myself behind the great curtain of this era, eliminating fifty so-called Emperors of the Seas. Wasn't it all for this?

"To take down fifty Emperors, then personally cultivate a new fifty Emperors to establish order—isn't that beautiful?"

Sig stood up from his chair, raised his wine glass, and laughed heartily:

"May everyone under heaven be like dragons!"

"My dream is that one day, even an ordinary person like can roam this vast sea freely, without fear or worry."

"Ordinary people..." The crowd gazed at Sig, montarily at a loss for words.

A lofty ambition was one thing, but did he truly intend for the whole world to beco "ordinary people" like Sig?

"But... is this the hero Sig's dream?"

Nearby, several refugee ships drifted closer. Many people gathered on the decks, listening from afar to Sig's words.

Sig, however, did not speak further. Holding his wine glass, he seed lost in thought.

"My dream is that one day..."

The phrase he had just blurted out suddenly reminded him of a famous speech he had morized long ago.

Even as his consciousness grew muddled, that speech beca crystal clear in his mind.

And so, while Sig's thoughts were still hazy, his lips moved, and he spoke fluently and without hesitation:

"I dream that one day, this world will rise up and truly realize the aning of its creed: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all n are created equal.'"

Holding his wine glass high, Sig's gaze beca profound as he looked around, as if he wanted to take in everyone in the entire refugee fleet.

His expression was sowhat intoxicated, but his voice was powerful:

**"I dream that one day, on the Holy Land of Mary Geoise atop the Red Line, the sons of forr slaves will be able to sit together with the sons of the Celestial Dragons as brothers.

I dream that one day, even the Grand Line, a place of hidden oppression and rampant injustice, will be transford into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I dream that one day, the people of the Five Seas will live in a world where they are judged not by the circumstances of their birth, but by the quality of their character.

Today, I have a dream.

I dream that one day, Fish-Man Island will undergo transformation. Though the World Governnt may now oppose and deride us, one day, the rmaid and fish-man boys and girls there will join hands with Celestial Dragon boys and girls, treating each other as family.

Today, I have a dream.

I dream that one day, Fish-Man Island will rise while Sky Island descends, the treacherous New World will beco a smooth path, and holy light will shine upon the world, illuminating all humanity..."**

When he finished speaking, the entire refugee fleet fell silent, as if even the sound of the waves had cald significantly.

This was a world ruled by the Celestial Dragons—a world where they resided in the highest peak of the world at Mary Geoise, considering themselves gods.

To gods, striking down the lowly was only natural, and any resistance would result in the complete annihilation of entire nations.

Thus, when soone dared to strike back at the Celestial Dragons, that person was hailed as a hero.

But even the Revolutionary Army, whose goal was to overthrow the World Governnt, had not imagined that this mountain bandit hero would harbor such a grand vision.

This was not rely about defeating a single Celestial Dragon, nor even about overthrowing their rule.

This was about creating a world so beautiful, it seed almost impossible to exist.
