Phantoms of the phoenix and dragon soared above the palaces, circling in the scorching sunlight. Inside one of the palaces, two opposing figures stood facing each other.

"W—Zi'er, I—" Upon seeing the way her sister looked at her, Yuwei suddenly felt a sharp pain in her heart.
She had never seen her sister look at her like this before...
But what had she done wrong? She only wanted what was best for her sister. She wanted her to always be happy and safe.

Ling Hei sighed and disappeared. She could not understand how that man had bewitched her Young Lady to such an extent.
She could only hope that one day her Young Lady would realize that Yun Che was truly a worthless man and unworthy of her love.
