Elsie slowly sat up from the bed, a brief yawn escaping her lips as she did so.
"So–Sorry, did I wake you up?" Raph asked, curiosity laced in his tone as he watched her carefully.
Her legs were still wrapped around his waist, so her figure was currently positioned at an angle of Raph's, or perhaps beside him.
She rubbed her eyes silently, while Raph's gaze remained fixed on her.
'....how cute'. He thought.
"No, you didn't. I woke up amid your conversation with Ziza. You want to find this…man that the princess asked you to?"
Raph nodded. "I do…though I initially thought it would be best to get to the East first and search my way from there".
Elsie raised a brow as her tired gaze landed on hi@.
"What do you an 'search'?"
"Well…" Raph scratched the back of his head awkwardly. "The princess's instructions were vague at best, but I assud a mber of the royal family wouldn't be too difficult to find".
Elsie raised a brow in confusion. "She didn't know where he would be?"
"She does….I think. She only instructed to find him in the East, and the Border Town seems like a good place to find him". He remained silent for a mont in contemplation, then continued. "The regal chain will lead to its owner if we are in certain square kiloters."
"Oh? How convenient. Now, we're not even sure how long we'll be staying here".
Raph chuckled loudly. "Don't worry about it. If it were that impossible of a task, then adow would have sent Soone else….and not the son of her father's worst enemy".
Elsie stared at him a little, in contemplation of his statent. She shrugged her thought after a few seconds and suddenly pulled herself closer to Raph, hugging his body sideways.
"Elsie?" Raph muttered in surprise while she continued to snuggle up to him.
"I won't get the chance to after this…let spend so ti with my husband" She ignored his retaliation and remained in her position for a few seconds.
Raph simply sighed in defeat.
"Fine then…..in a few minutes, we'll get ready and head out. We have a few places to check out today".
"Yipee!" Elsie exclaid in excitent while Raph chuckled. A somber silence suffused the air around them, and the tranquillity left an aftertaste of satisfaction and warmth.
They remained in this position for a while, stuck in their thoughts and enjoying their company. As much as Raph found this alien, he couldn't help but submit to it and enjoy it a little bit.

A few minutes later, Raph and Elsie descended the stairs into the bar. The familiar sensation of teleportation suffused around them as they did so, but they were getting used to it after the constant teleportation from the previous day.
They both walked up to the counter and took a seat, while Harry walked up to them with a pleasant smile, with two plates in both of his hands. Raph was now putting on black, baggy trousers, a plain black lock sleeves shirt, and boots, while Elsie was putting on a black crop top and jean shorts that accentuated her curves, particularly around her rear-end, with a slit cut to let her fury tail wag about. Her boot was similar to Raph's, only a bit longer, while her slender, athletic legs were left untouched by any fabric of clothing.
"You're looking chirpy" Raph complinted the man when they heard footsteps approaching them. He glanced back to find rthy and another girl in a maid costu. The second girl had two long cat ears at the corner of her silky silver hair and a silver tail that swayed behind her.
He stared at them for a mont, but his attention was diverted by Elsie's excited tone.
He glanced at the plates brought in front of him, and a small smile ford on his face.
Well-cut stakes that were fried to a satisfying degree were stacked upon each other, making a delightful appearance of aty deliciousness.
The aroma that ca with it made one's taste buds tingle before they had even taken a bite, and the thod by which it was served made it appealing to the eyes.
Raph glanced up at Harry, whose smile remained on his face as he dropped two glass cups containing a liquid with a transparent dark yellow color. His nose had picked up the fragrance of apple and his taste buds beca furtherly excited.
"Well, you've given us a reason to be chirpy, no? Mr. Kael?" Harry said with a smile as he walked away to other people gathered around the counter.
Raph rolled his eyes at his statent. It seed like the news of him agreeing to help them was more satisfying than he perceived it to be. At least to those who knew his true identity.
Elsie giggled in excitent as she grabbed the fork next to her plate and stabbed it into her plate of stakes, a brief moan escaping her lips as she bit into it. Raph chuckled at her expression as rthy and the cat girl sat by their sides.
"You like it?" He asked, though her expressions and how she gobbled down the piece of at made her reply quite obvious.
She glanced at him with the fork still in her mouth and gave him a satisfied nod before returning to her al.
Raph chuckled again before picking up the fork to eat his plate of food.
His attention, though, was split between the food and the two females that sat by their sides.
"We're already having our breakfast…so why are you here exactly?" Raph asked when a loud hissing sound echoed in the air.
He raised a brow as he gobbled up the first piece of at before turning to his left, where the cat girl sat with a frown on her face.
"Don't speak to the Deputy Guild Master like that" she said with an annoyed hissing tone.
At that mont, Harry and rthy glanced at each other before staring at Raph.
This was sothing they expected from their mbers, after all, they weren't aware of his identity. It just seed like a prick and his girlfriend ca over to fuck them up.
Murthy especially was quite curious about how Raph would handle the situation; after all, he was well known in the Rankings Battle for his pride.
Raph looked away. "And who are you supposed to be? Hissy bitch?" He said in a lacklustre tone causing her frown to grow deeper.
Elsie giggled as she took a sip from her cup. She was sitting next to the Cat girl, but her attention to her food preceded every other thing that happened around her.
The girl suddenly shot up from her seat, her ears twitching in annoyance. "Say that again, blind boy?"
Raph chuckled. 'Blind boy? This will be annoying'.

"If you have a problem with , then you should go talk to your guild master. Don't trouble with your useless, baseless judgnt,".
The girl hissed bitterly, her tail and ears standing in annoyance. Her cat-like expressions gave off her dissatisfaction.
"You have a death wish, don't you?" She said, her gaze shifting to rthy next. "I told you we couldn't trust him. He should have been kicked out like those rcenaries".
Raph paused in his action, his gaze shifting to rthy as well.
The maid shook her head and sighed. "Take your seat, Cart, or we'll take you off the job". She said with a stern tone.
The Cat girl sat in dissatisfaction, her gaze shifting between Raph and Harry who was attending to others.
Raph simply looked away and continued his food. 'Seems like their subordinates don't think highly of rcenaries….' He thought. '...which is weird, since they're technically rcenaries themselves'.
Raph continued his food in silence until Elsie suddenly swung her empty plate in the air.
"Another round, please".
Harry chuckled as he walked up to her to answer her request, while Raph turned towards rthy, who was sitting next to him.
"You ntioned sothing about finding soone. Is there any way we can help?" She asked when their gazes locked.
"...Well, I do need you to take to all your popular…tourist spots if they are….or just where people like who know nothing about this place would go".
rthy raised a brow. ".....you do know who you're looking for, right?"
Raph took a sip from his Apple juice. "Just focus on what I asked you". He said with a soft sigh.
Just then, Cartwyn had kicked the counter, her cat-like gaze still fixed on Raph.
"...and get that cat….under control".
He took another bite, ignoring the death stares he received from Cartwyn. Of course, he ignored it and continued his al, after all, he was about to go for a wild goose chase for a person he had never seen before. Not in his past life and certainly not in this one.
Soon, their al was over, and they headed towards the exit of the bar. After all, it was finally ti to find the owner of the regal chain.
