Chapter 2: Manifestation System? Light Creation God Template!
“What’s going on?” Mu Yang asked anxiously, tugging at his skin to confirm it wasn’t so sort of costu. This wasn’t scientific! He had actually transford, and what was with this silver mixed with gold?
“We’re also curious about how you arrived in the Land of Light, but you’ve indeed evolved under the radiation of the Plasma Spark, becoming an Ultraman like us! Well, your colours are sowhat different from ours, but you’re definitely an Ultraman,” Zoffy said with conviction.
“This isn’t scientific!” Mu Yang said, struggling to believe it. “Why could I evolve?”
“A long ti ago, we looked like you Earthlings. But one day, an unprecedented crisis struck. The sun of the M78 Nebula exploded as its lifespan ended, plunging the M78 Nebula into darkness. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the Land of Light’s scientists, we built the Plasma Spark Tower, which brought light back to this planet. Its imnse power caused everyone to evolve into what we are now!” The Mother of Ultra stepped forward, speaking with a kind expression.
Though it was unclear if her face could show expressions, Mu Yang felt her goodwill. After hesitating, he asked, “So, you don’t mind? I’ve basically used your resources, haven’t I?”
If others knew the Plasma Spark could turn Earthlings into Ultramans, wouldn’t they flock to it like moths to a fla?
Why hadn’t they eliminated him to keep it secret? Were they planning to use him as a lab rat?
At the sa ti, he recalled his earlier state. Before passing out, he had heard a system’s voice, and just monts ago, it ntioned sothing about shock points.
Cautiously, he called out in his mind, “System, are you there?”
The system didn’t respond, but an image appeared in Mu Yang’s mind.
The first thing he saw was his current appearance, sowhat resembling Noah, though unlike Noah’s silver, he was silver with gold. His head was more akin to Orb’s Heavy Light form, though without the light band on his forehead. His muscles weren’t as bulky as Noah’s, and he lacked a tir, but his body radiated a divine glow.
Host: Mu Yang
Main Template: Light Creation God 0% ( )
Skills: None
Treasures: None
Shock Points: 351,281
Information about the system flooded into Mu Yang’s mind. He could generate shock points by astonishing other beings—the stronger the being and the greater their shock, the more points he earned. The system had other functions, like a weighted lottery where he could spend points to draw items from across myriad worlds, including skills, treasures, or auxiliary template cards, all adapted to the Ultraman world.
The more shock points he spent, the higher the chance of getting sothing good.
His current shock points likely ca from his evolution, didn’t they?
Digesting this information, Mu Yang couldn’t help but swallow hard. So, his main template had been adapted too? The Light Creation God seed to be a big shot from Yu-Gi-Oh!—but adapted to the Ultraman world, wouldn’t that an…
He tapped the ( ) behind the main template, and the Light Creation God’s 0% instantly beca 1%. At the sa ti, Mu Yang felt himself grow stronger! His energy and strength surged noticeably. So, upgrading the main template worked like this!
Checking his shock points balance, only two points were consud. Was upgrading that easy?
He tapped again, this ti losing four points, then eight on the third tap. Mu Yang began to sense a pattern. He kept going until he reached 10%, noting the shock points used: the tenth upgrade cost 1,024 points. So, it increased by powers of two? What would 2 to the 100th power be?
That was an astronomical number. Mu Yang felt it would take a long ti to reach that level. But if he hit 100%, how strong would he be? On par with the King of Ultra?
Mu Yang couldn’t help but feel excited and expectant.
However, he quickly shifted his focus to the Ultramans before him. He was still in the Land of Light, and who knew what they’d do to him? If they thought he was a thief and decided to seal him away, would he end up locked up like Beliar, becoming neighbours with him?
“No way!” Zoffy said with a tone that was half-amused, half-exasperated. “You’re an Earthling, right?”
Mu Yang nodded slightly. “I’m an Earthling, no doubt, but I might not be from the Earth you know. In my world, there are no Ultramans—you exist mostly on TV.”
“A parallel world?” Zoffy and the others weren’t fazed. At their level, they were aware of other parallel universes. They’d encountered such things before, but for soone like Mu Yang to co directly from a parallel Earth to the Land of Light was frankly unbelievable.
“I’ve been to Earth myself, as have my two younger brothers. My fourth brother, Jack, is currently protecting Earth. For the Land of Light, Earth is special. We hope that one day humans can grow to roam the cosmos! The Land of Light has always fought against evil, but our strength alone isn’t enough. Now that you’ve gained this power, we’re only delighted—how could we have any other thoughts?” Zoffy continued.
