Encountering what seed to be ancient civilization ruins naturally made Chi Ming extrely excited.

However, he also had a clear understanding of his own strength.

A gravitational limit of five tis was about his maximum; going beyond that, he'd end up like Taiping and the others.

So Chi Ming decisively followed Wang Longhu's command and quickly retreated from the tal city.

Now wandering in the forest near the city, Chi Ming's curiosity was piqued again.

Isn't this forest ho to the mystical beasts found only in the Classic of Mountains and Seas? Aren't they perfect research subjects?

If he could bring one of these beasts out of Shambhala alive, Chi Ming could overturn the world's understanding, shattering everyone's worldview.

In humanity's ancient history, there are traces of contact between ancient alien civilizations and humans.

This is a fact!

Thinking of this, Chi Ming's heart burned with excitent, and he directly walked into the forest.

...

"What is this?"

In a room within a certain tall tower.

Taiping looked curiously at the three tal pods rising from the tal floor.

As he got closer, the pods slowly opened, and tal liquid transford into sturdy chanical arms, lifting the contents inside.

They were completely displayed before Taiping's eyes.

In the leftmost pod was a pure black liquid-tight suit.

Its surface bore no markings, only the outline of limbs and a torso, seemingly exposing only the wearer's head when worn.

The middle pod held a 2.5-ter-long giant sword.

Rectangular in shape, with semicircular corners, the blade surrounded by a serrated belt that seed capable of rotating.

The rightmost pod was the largest among the three.

Inside it was a three-ter-tall, military-green humanoid combat armor.

The armor's arms, torso, and legs were extrely heavy, appearing to be seventy or eighty centiters thick, with the characters '001' marked on the chest.

"What the hell is this! Why is there such a thing in Shambhala!"

Taiping swore in frustration and confusion.

As a reincarnated person, he was born in the last century, old in age, and rigid in character.

Even in this life, Taiping lived ascetically, maintaining an absolutely classical conservatism.

He wouldn't watch Hollywood movies, read comics, novels, or short videos, so his understanding of the world.

Was rooted in reality, never venturing into fictional creations.

Taiping believed those were 'material indulgence' and 'the corrupting influence of advanced technology.'

If he ever contacted these things, his Spirit would beco impure, and he'd no longer be recognized by the Dakini, losing Shambhala's gateway.

So when these three items appeared before Taiping, he was bewildered, incredulous, and enraged.

This contradicted everything he had envisioned about Shambhala over the years!

Shambhala shouldn't it be a repository of nurous esoteric teachings, sacred texts, and treasures?

Legend has it that Shambhala's terrain forms a blooming lotus, surrounded by snowy mountains and glaciers, with beautiful lakes, marshes, grasslands, and forests inside.

All of these matched exactly what Taiping had seen upon arrival.

At Shambhala's center stood the capital city Kara Apa, with palaces made of gold, silver, coral, turquoises, and pearls, adorned with precious jewels.

Shambhala's king, a great Bodhisattva incarnation, and its benevolent, wise, generous residents, deeply rooted in good, believed in Buddhist Dharma and mastered various Vajra esoteric teachings, living for thousands of years without suffering birth, aging, sickness, and death.

Shambhala was rich in resources, highly civilized, without punishnt, hunger, disease, or disasters — a true paradise.

But now, what Taiping saw shattered his idealized vision.

The true Shambhala was fundantally different from what he imagined.

This tal city, was it the Buddhist paradise where he dread of cultivating the rainbow body?

Even Taiping himself was beginning to doubt himself.

If not, then what had his years of relentless pursuit really amounted to?

Slowly walking towards the leftmost tal pod, Taiping sowhat hesitantly reached out to touch the liquid-tight suit.

The mont his Spirit contacted the suit, it automatically flowed along his arm and enveloped his entire body.

In just a second, a black tight suit perfectly fitted to his size appeared on Taiping.

"Able to resist and absorb damage equivalent to 84 stones, Black Spirit Battle Suit?"

Feeling the information that spontaneously appeared in his mind, Taiping touched the suit on his body with so confusion.

As an old relic, he completely didn't understand any of this.

He moved to the second tal pod, gripped the handle of the serrated giant sword with both hands, intending to pull it out.

Yet, he underestimated the weight of this 2.5-ter-long serrated giant sword.

No matter how hard Taiping tried, he could not lift the sword even slightly.

In the end, he had no choice but to give up and moved next to the third tal pod.

When the Black Spirit-suited Taiping approached the three-ter-high military-green humanoid combat armor.
