She put down the rifle in her hands, indicating goodwill and that she had no intention to fight Wang Longhu.
"Cooperate with you?" Wang Longhu laughed. "Why should I trust you?"
"Because like you, I’m not with the White Lotus Society, and I can help you achieve your goal here," the woman continued.
"Interesting, but even if we are to cooperate, it should be discussed later. I have soone to kill first." Wang Longhu tossed the bullet to the ground and turned to leave.
"Building 3 is guarded by many of the White Lotus Society’s experts; that’s their most heavily defended area. Going there is a path to death," the woman said helplessly, watching Wang Longhu ignore her completely, her eyes carrying a hint of pity as if seeing a dood man.
She returned to her hidden spot with her rifle, choosing not to persuade Wang Longhu further.
It’s hard to advise soone who is determined to die.
