Due to the incident involving Giratina and the Ti-Space Axis, Yuga's main purpose in Machina Temple was delayed for several days.

Just when Yuga was about to say sothing, a sudden change occurred. That crystal, while being absorbed by Absol, suddenly detached from Absol's claw and flew into the air.

In the air, the blue crystal, in the blink of an eye, transford from its originally translucent light blue into an ink-black color, emitting a mysterious black mist.

As soon as the black mist appeared, Yuga's unique Ability, Celebi's Blessing, began to react restlessly within his body. But the one who reacted even more intensely was Florges.

The black mist in the air gave Florges a creepy feeling.

Just as Yuga was about to speak up, he witnessed an unexpected turn of events. The blue crystal, while in mid-air, emitted a red glow around its edges and shot toward Absol.

"Absol, get out of the way!"

Yuga quickly shouted a warning. This thing didn't seem friendly.

Inexplicably, at this mont, Yuga thought of the three Malamar he had t before. They ntioned that the shrine where this crystal was originally placed had carvings of the Legendary Pokémon Yveltal.

Could it be that this crystal was related to Yveltal?

If that were the case, that's trouble!

The entire League in the Pokémon World has contracts with so Legendary Pokémon.

Among these Legendary Pokémon, there are Level 1 Legendary Pokémon like Lugia, Ho-Oh, and Rayquaza, Level 2 Legendary Pokémon like the Legendary Trio Birds and Beasts, and mythical Pokémon like w, Celebi, and Manaphy, etc.

Now, it was evident that there was not just a lack of Dark energy; this black and malevolent energy was overflowing! Those "pure" Psychic energy layers were like a sheep in wolf's clothing.

The term "Dark" in Dark-type didn't refer to evil; it was just a designation for a particular type of energy with no inherent moral alignnt.

However, the energy carried by the crystal was overtly malevolent, chaotic, and temperantal.

At this mont, the Pokémon closest to Absol was Torterra. Seeing that Absol didn't react to Yuga's voice, Torterra instinctively positioned itself in front of Absol with its massive body.

But to Yuga's surprise, the crystal, transford into a beam of light, passed through Torterra's body as if it were an illusion and pierced into Absol's body. The speed was so fast that no one could react in ti.

The mont the black ray entered Absol's body, a red light shone brightly in Absol's eyes.

At the sa ti, Torterra, who had been hit by the black ray, convulsed violently a few tis and then collapsed on the ground. The massive tree on its back instantly withered, and its leaves fell one by one.

"Torterra!"

Seeing Torterra's condition, Yuga was greatly alard and imdiately rushed towards it without hesitation.

Arriving at Torterra's side, Yuga tried to wake it up, but it showed no response, leaving Yuga in a state of panic, sweating profusely.

Yuga hastily used a Poké Ball to recall the unconscious Torterra and then moved to a safer distance.

Absol, after being attacked, went into a rampage. It raised its claw and struck Sawsbuck's abdon with a single hit, made Sawsbuck unable to continue battling.

What Yuga witnessed left him astounded. Was this still his Absol?

Absol had only reached the Interdiate pseudo-Elite level recently. Even after ga Evolving, it shouldn't have been able to defeat a Peak pseudo-Elite level Sawsbuck with only a single strike.

Yuga attempted to use his Insight ability to assess ga Absol's condition, but the data was in complete chaos, and he couldn't make sense of anything.

Furthermore, in Yuga's perception, ga Absol's aura also started to beco chaotic.

At this mont, other Pokémon also reacted.

The most responsive was Florges, which directly swung two vines to firmly bind ga Absol. Then, Dragonite's Thunder Wave struck it.

However, ga Absol suddenly broke free from Florges' vines and showed no signs of paralysis due to Dragonite's Thunder Wave.

The Pokémon all nodded simultaneously, their gazes towards ga Absol turning solemn.

Bellossom and Roserade simultaneously released several large Energy Ball, but ga Absol effortlessly shattered them with its Psycho Cuts.

Rather than dissipating, the Psycho Cuts that had shattered the Energy Ball continued toward Bellossom and Roserade at an incredible speed. They couldn't react in ti and were knocked down by the blades.

Like Sawsbuck, Bellossom and Roserade also couldn't get up again.

Dragonite and Vivillon combined forces to use Double Hurricane, enveloping ga Absol montarily. However, the tornado ford by the Double Hurricane was pierced through by the Dark Pulse. ga Absol jumped out of it.

The ga Absol, after leaping out, let out a Snarl. Waves of black sound surged higher and higher, pushing Vivillon and Dragonite far away.

At this mont, Chicho and Charizard appeared, one on each side above the ga Absol. Their Supersonic and Flathrower converged on it.

Although ga Absol had lost its sanity, instinctively it knew it couldn't withstand the attacks of two Elite level Pokémon. It used a Quick Attack to evade the attacks.

However, as it leaped into the air, Florges and Serperior's attacks hit it precisely. A Leaf Storm and a Moonblast struck its left flank, sending ga Absol flying.

As it tried to get up from the fall, a massive vine burst out of the ground, binding its limbs and waist. This was Venusaur's Frenzy Plant.

Before it could struggle, Breloom approached and delivered a punch to its head.

Despite the fact that a blow from Breloom should have been very painful, ga Absol seed to have lost all sensation of pain. Instead, it slowly lifted its head.

Breloom was caught off guard and made eye contact with ga Absol. In an instant, it felt its entire body covered in goosebumps and was sent flying.

Simultaneously, the massive vines that had restrained ga Absol's limbs and abdon began to break apart.

By the ti it landed on the ground, Breloom had lost consciousness.

Seeing this, Chicho erected a Light Screen in front of Venusaur. However, ga Absol simply pierced through the defensive barrier of Light Screen and used a Dark Pulse to strike Venusaur.

Venusaur lost its fighting ability.

No one expected that Chicho's seemingly invincible defensive move would fail!

But Yuga knew that Absol was a Dark-type Pokémon, and its current special state nullified the Reflect Light Screen against certain move types, likely due to the effects of the mysterious dark energy surrounding it.

With Venusaur defeated, Charizard and Dragonite simultaneously appeared on either side of ga Absol and used Dragon Claw.

However, while they managed to hit ga Absol, they were also struck by Psycho Cuts. They were both sent flying.

ga Absol was about to launch its next attack when Florges' Moonblast, Vivillon's Signal Beam, and Chicho's Supersonic all hit it simultaneously.

After receiving the attacks from four Elite level, the psedo-Elite level ga Absol nearly couldn't get back up. However, its unfocused eyes remained unresponsive.

Seeing ga Absol in this state, Yuga was incredibly anxious. It seed that due to the strange Dark-type energy, ga Absol had entered an invincible state of sorts. Even with the combined efforts of four Elite level Pokémon, they couldn't subdue it.

At this critical mont, Lapras had fallen into a deep sleep, while Gengar and Mimagius had been sent to the Distortiom World by Yuga using the Reversal Mirror for training.

Initially, Absol was supposed to go as well, but Gengar suggested that, since it was their first ti, he and Mimagius should go first to scout the situation. Absol, with slightly weaker strength, could follow once they had a better understanding of the situation.

Now, looking back, it was fortunate that Absol didn't go. If anything had gone wrong in the Distortion World, the consequences would have been unimaginable. Whether Gengar and Mimagius could have stopped it from going berserk was unknown.

Seeing Absol reaching the point of exhaustion, Charizard, Dragonite, Florges, Chicho, Vivillon, and Serperior surrounded it, intending to seize the opportunity to subdue it completely.

However, just at that mont, ga Absol raised its head again and let out another howl. Its originally pure white fur was gradually dyed black, inch by inch.

In this altered form, ga Absol opened its mouth and released a series of Dark Pulses. The six Pokémon surrounding it didn't have ti to react and were all struck. Among them, Vivillon and Serperior, whose strength was less than that of an Elite level Pokémon, lost consciousness instantly.

After knocking Charizard and the others aside, ga Absol surprisingly didn't launch another attack. Instead, it tilted its head back and emitted a strange lody from its throat.

Hearing this sound, Yuga's face turned pale.

"Absol is about to use the Perish Song. Everyone, stop it!"

Yuga's Gengar also knew the Perish Song move, but neither it nor Absol had ever used it because it was a move that led to mutual destruction.

Once this move was activated, after a period of ti, as long as the user remained standing, all living beings on the field, whether they were allies, enemies, or even the user themselves, would fall and enter a near-death state.

The near-death state wasn't just a loss of battle capability; it ant being on the brink of actual death.

Upon hearing Yuga's voice, Charizard and Dragonite also turned pale. However, before they could act, the singing of the Perish Song by ga Absol abruptly stopped, as if soone had choked it.

ga Absol's forehead, adorned with the black bone armor, began to emit a blue-white glow. Following this, the black fur on its body started receding towards its head, like a tide.

The blue-white glow gradually separated from Absol's forehead. It was then that Yuga realized it was a Seed of Unknown.

This Seed of Unknown seed to possess a trendous huge suction force, drawing in the eerie black mist that had enveloped Absol. Subsequently, a black crystal was extracted from Absol's body.

The mont the black crystal erged, Absol reverted from its ga Evolution state and fell into unconsciousness.

The black crystal, radiating a red light, fiercely resisted the absorption by the Seed of Unknown. Yet, the Seed of Unknown emitted an intense blue light, and the red light on the black crystal dissipated like ice lting under the sun, vanishing into the air.

With the disappearance of the red light, in Yuga's perceptionall the chaotic and manic auras was cleared, leaving only the pure Dark-type energy.

As the red light vanished, in a distant forest in the Kalos region, a naless mountain woods, a black cocoon subrged in a lake twitched briefly and then returned to its calm. Similarly, a centuries-old tree near the cocoon swayed its branches twice gently for a mont and then remained motionless.

Having absorbed the black crystal, the Seed of Unknown once again rged into the bone armor on Absol's forehead, restoring peace.
