"The preconditions have all been removed, so what's the point of a substantial reward now?"
Perhaps it was the frustration he hadn't tasted in a long while that made Hungry Monkey sowhat unaccustod, resulting in an increase in complaints and grumbling.
Chen Miao, on the other hand, had a peculiar look, his eyes narrowing slightly.
This task had always been within his abilities to complete.
He had rely been considering a cost-benefit issue, which was whether it was worth it to spend 100,000 Star Coins for a perfect completion rating of an E-level secret realm.
Originally, it wasn't worth it,
but now, with the rewards doubled and the experience points multiplied by ten, plus two C-level Occupation Exclusive items thrown in,
the reward seed sowhat more worthwhile.
100,000 Star Coins were rely 2 million credit points.
2 million credit points couldn't even buy two C-level items, not to ntion two, even one would be out of reach.
The exchange rate between credit points and Star Coins is 20:1.
Theoretically, that is.
But the biggest problem is—
Star Coins aren't manufactured by the Federation; they are produced within secret realms, and indeed, a vast number of people sell Star Coins on the market, forming an exchange ratio recognized by everyone.
However, the number of Star Coins is limited after all, it's not as if you could get your hands on them whenever you want, regardless of how many credit points you have.
This leads to many issues.
...
But none of these issues had anything to do with Chen Miao at the mont; all he needed to know was that his 100,000 Star Coins could wield their greatest value right now!
"Worth it!"
Chen Miao nodded with satisfaction, then, without any hesitation, pulled out the Zombie Generator from his bosom and activated it on the spot.
Since he had decided that this deal was worth it, naturally, his next actions had to be quick, lest the lack of ti leads to failure of the mission, not only wasting the Star Coins but also missing out on any reward.
The next second—
The Rainbow Portal once again hovered in mid-air.
Along with the activation of the device,
a piece of parchnt that appeared faintly visible erged in the air, looking like a contract of sorts, with lines of text automatically generating upon it—text he couldn't recognize, resembling so sort of variant of Chinese characters.
Each character was as squared and proper as Chinese characters.
But it was indecipherable.
He only noticed a number "100000", and before he had a chance to react, his signature, Chen Miao, shockingly appeared at the end of the parchnt. Then the parchnt flew straight into the Rainbow Portal.
What followed was a silent hush.
Chen Miao looked bewildered at everything before him, totally clueless as to what had happened; this experience with the device was entirely different from before, resembling more the transactions made with Satan by dieval believers, like so kind of arcane sacrificial ritual.
And at that mont—
The Rainbow Portal inside the room suddenly began to spin faster than before and flew straight out of the window, landing not far from a deserted construction site outside the hotel.
They stood by the window and could look down upon this abandoned construction site perfectly.
It's worth ntioning that this abandoned construction site was virtually identical in structure to the one they had passed by before, which ans that not only did the NPCs in this secret realm utilize mass-produced templates, but even the buildings followed mass-produced architectural designs.
This was the most significant discrepancy from reality.
In reality, at least, it's quite difficult to encounter soone with the exact sa voice, face, and tone as you, not to ntion soone with the exact sa profession.
...
They then watched as the Rainbow Portal settled upon a flat area of the construction site and began to rotate at high speed downwards into the earth, like a drilling machine, creating a Deep Pit out of thin air.
Shortly after—
A zombie, like a water fountain, erupted from the pit in re monts.
This zombie seed to be the key to so grand event.
As it landed on the ground from the pit with a thunderous roar, more zombies sprayed out from the pit, their expressions ferocious, spreading out in all directions, roaring and attacking any living being they saw.
A million-strong zombie army was set to obliterate all life forms.
...
"It should be stable now, right?"
Chen Miao stood beside the hotel bed, looking down at the scene outside the window. With this Zombie Generator, he could create up to 10 million zombies which should be sufficient to destroy this template-built city.
The only question was whether there was enough ti.
There were still over two and a half days left until the mission deadline.
He hoped the city wasn't too vast.
10 million zombies, although not all appearing at once, should pose no problem for a city of mortals without Supernaturals.
Subsequently...
He did not speak again but instead gazed thoughtfully at the "x Virus Potion" in his hand.
So things from the secret realm could be taken out, while others couldn't. For instance, items, materials, and the like within the secret realm could be brought out. Besides these, there were also so seemingly useless items in the secret realm that could be taken out.
Like a certain stone, a chair, a bottle of wine, etc.
If you held these things and it indicated that you could bring them out of the secret realm, then it ant that these items could be taken out — in certain circumstances, these items could be extrely valuable.
For example, the highly famous B-level secret realm "The Land of Elo." Experience tales at empire
It was an exceedingly challenging realm.
The background of this secret realm was under harsh winter conditions, an environnt of extre cold. This realm had long since been perfectly cleared, and over the years, nurous expedition teams had conquered it. The main reason so many ventured there was:
Within this secret realm, there was a set scene where a rchant brought several carts of fine wines into the "The Land of Extre Cold" called Elo. And every cart of wine could be taken out of this secret realm.
Everyone who tasted it praised it endlessly.
It was excellent wine.
Furthermore, since this wine could only be produced in this secret realm, and its level was very high, making it extrely difficult, ordinary expedition teams could hardly make it out alive, much less take the wine out with them.
This caused the price of the wine to be exceptionally high.
Every year countless expedition teams died in this secret realm that had appeared many tis before.
It was said that the higher the secret realm level, the more things you could bring out, and being able to take an item out of the secret realm ant that it truly existed, whether in the realm or in reality.
And things that couldn't be taken out were fictional, only able to exist in dreams and not in reality.
This was logical and easy to understand.
