Upon reappearing at the spawn point, Seven Kill stood in a daze. He had… failed!

“What? Yiming, you couldn’t kill him either? How is that possible?” the player, who was called Ran Zai’an, asked in disbelief.
“What’s not possible about it? I’m not invincible either?” Chen Yiming gave a relieved smile as he replied.
“Little An, give it up! It’s just a job. There’s no need to be so stubborn about this sort of thing,” Chen Yiming said to Ran Zai’an.
“No! We’re Godslayer Hall! There is no mission that Godslayer Hall cannot complete! Perhaps I should take Sword Immortal’s advice. In the end, an individual’s strength is limited,” Ran Zai’an stubbornly shouted back.
“I spent a whole ten years building up Godslayer Hall’s reputation. I can’t allow anyone to ruin it!

“Zhang Defa! Zhang Defa!” Zhang Defa was standing absentmindedly by the cliff, and ng Jingtian had to yell at him for an entire minute before Zhang Defa finally showed a reaction.
ng Jingtian pouted as he asked, “The hell did you go?”
“Haha! Rich! I’m rich!” Zhang Defa’s eyes were almost glowing as he patted ng Jingtian on the shoulder.
“What sort of daydream were you having?” The corner of ng Jingtian’s mouth twitched as he slapped the guy on the head. This guy wasn’t just a mber of the nouveau riche, but also a money-grubber!
“I just posted the video of your battle with Seven Kill onto the forums—ten alliance coins to view once.” Zhang Defa bead as he explained.
“Guess how it did? I only put it up one minute ago, but it’s already been watched more than three hundred tis.”
ng Jingtian was startled. It was no wonder he was rich! He had even been able to find a comrcial opportunity in a place like this?
“Then shouldn’t you be paying an appearance fee?” ng Jingtian patted Zhang Defa on the shoulder and rubbed his fingers together.
Zhang Defa’s smile froze, and then he glanced at ng Jingtian. “I really didn’t see it, but you’re soone who really knows how to bleed a person dry! You didn’t take the video! It was all my effort.”
“But you were recording , right?” ng Jingtian said, and slapped him on the back.
“I could possibly give you a percentage,” Zhang Defa said, his smile returning as he began to negotiate. “Brother, you’re a celebrity now, so let’s do this! I’ll invest a little more money, and then we can produce so action figures and peripherals, and then you can advertise a few products that my family makes…”
“Screw you! Are you playing a ga or running a business?” ng Jingtian rolled his eyes. He saw that Zhang Defa’s eyes were glowing and that he had already taken out a calculator.
“Take out the treasure map!”

The cloud crane wanted to continue attacking, but ng Jingtian held it back by the neck.
Zhang Defa hastily retreated to a safe distance and bitterly smiled at ng Jingtian. “Why don’t the monsters attack you? Are you a beast tar?”

Zhang Defa was startled. He knew that ng Jingtian wasn’t going to give him an explanation.

ng Jingtian got on the cloud crane and flew down the cliff. Truly, halfway down the cliff, there really was a cave entrance, concealed beneath ivy.
ng Jingtian opened up the treasure map again, which provided an exact location. Moreover, when he opened up the treasure map, a red line appeared that led into the cave.
It seed that this was the right place, so ng Jingtian followed the map’s guide into the cave.
After ten-so ters, a fork appeared in the cave, as if this was so sort of maze.
This was probably the reason the treasure map existed. The red line produced by the map told ng Jingtian which path he should take.
After going around for about an hour, he was confronted by a single path. It seed that the maze had ended, and his destination was up ahead.
ng Jingtian gleefully took a few steps forward, but he was interrupted by the flapping of wings. A group of Level 30 bloodthirsty bats had been alard and was now flying toward him.
“50 Friendliness?” ng Jingtian slightly frowned at the level of Friendliness these bats possessed.
It was sowhat unusual, but it was still enough Friendliness for the mobs to not attack him. ng Jingtian passed through these mobs that he should have needed to kill and ca up to a stone door.
Slivers of black energy seeped out from behind the stone door. The dark environnt and the flapping of bat wings made the mood sowhat frightening.
ng Jingtian took out a piece of fire-stone from his inventory, and with its dim light, he was able to find the switch for the stone door.
Crrrrrr~
With a tooth-aching creak, the stone door slowly opened, shedding dust.
Awooo!
The mont the stone door opened, a bestial howl ca from within, and a black silhouette rushed out, giving ng Jingtian a fright.
Once he was able to get a good look, he realized that it was a boss, its body circled by black energy.
