You’re Insulting My Character With Money!
Henry felt as if soone was tickling his nose with a feather in his dream. It felt really itchy.
“Lilith, stop it. Let sleep a bit longer.”
Henry rolled over, wanting to continue sleeping. Who doesn’t love sleeping?
“Henry, if you don’t get up soon, Lilith is going to take all your money~”
A girl’s cheerful voice sounded by Henry’s ear.
Henry froze for a mont. What was with this flat-chested voice? A busty woman definitely wouldn’t talk like that!
He snapped his eyes open and turned over. He saw Sherisa sitting by his bed, holding a feather and waving it in front of him. After seeing Henry awake, she blinked, then calmly put the feather back in her pocket.
“Sherisa? Why are you here?”
“Lilith let in. She said you usually like to sleep in, so she asked to co in and wake you up.”
Henry sat up from the bed, and the quilt slid down with the movent. To put it bluntly, Henry had a habit: he always liked to sleep naked. Of course, he still needed a piece of cloth to cover his lower body. But he was so used to being with Lilith, who didn’t care whether he wore clothes or not—in fact, Lilith preferred Henry not to wear any. This made Henry montarily forget that the person in front of him wasn’t Lilith.
Sherisa watched as the quilt fell off Henry, revealing his toned arms and well-defined abdominal muscles. She unconsciously swallowed and stared intently. Seriously, who doesn’t like a muscular man? Could it be that soone would prefer a scrawny fra or a fat one? Obviously not! Sherisa considered herself to have high standards, but facing the impact of Henry’s muscles, she almost couldn’t hold back her nosebleed.
Seeing Sherisa’s gaze, Henry was montarily stunned, then silently pulled the quilt back over himself.
“Sherisa, could you go out so I can change?”
“Can I touch your abs?”
Just listen to that. Is that sothing a human should say? Henry pressed his lips together, showing a professional fake smile. Facing a patron, he had to maintain a good service attitude.
“Sherisa, I must remind you, we are not in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship.”
“I know.”
A bag of gold coins was casually tossed onto the bed by Sherisa. So of the spilled gold coins even scattered out. Henry’s mouth slightly opened, then he swallowed hard.
“Sherisa, you are insulting my character! I must restrain your actions.”
Another bag of gold coins was thrown onto the bed, and this ti, so gold coins even landed on Henry’s hand. Henry was baffled. Henry’s words woke Sherisa up, and she seed to genuinely consider the idea.
“Henry, what a coincidence to run into you here. Perfect timing—half an hour ago, a guest stood up.” In the restaurant, Reina was using a knife and fork to repeatedly slice into a steak, as if the steak on the plate had been replaced by Henry.
Just hearing this made Henry break out in a cold sweat. He looked at the clock on the wall; it had already been half an hour since Lady Reina’s invitation. No wonder she was dissatisfied with his tardiness.
“Uh, sorry, Teacher. I was delayed on the way.”
“Oh? It couldn’t be that Sherisa was harassing you, could she?”
Teacher, you hit the nail on the head! Indeed, the one who knows your daughter best is you! Sherisa calmly sat down at the dining table and began to eat her breakfast.
