Without overthinking, Su Lingyuan snapped back to reality and looked at Chu Ge.

Imdiately, a surge of irritation welled up inside her, and she muttered in her mind.

This naughty junior disciple—his favorability toward her and the master differed so much! And here she had been kind enough yesterday to show him around Taihuang Sacred Land.

Thinking of how Chu Ge seed to deeply enjoy the master's cool and distant deanor, Su Lingyuan's mind flashed with the usual aloof expression of Luo Huangjun.

She lifted her chin, tilting her eyes down at a forty-five-degree angle, giving Chu Ge a look as if he were nothing but trash.

"Hm?" Her tone was neither warm nor cold, coming faintly through her nose, as she tried her best to project a "keep away from strangers" icy persona.

But she overlooked one thing—her appearance leaned more toward a youthful, lively little-sister type. Unlike Luo Huangjun, who had sharp features and an innate serene aura, Su Lingyuan's features were slightly chubby, full of vitality.

So now, in this pretended pose, the aura of cold pride didn't co across at all. Instead, she looked even more adorably charming.

Chu Ge, under Su Lingyuan's sideways glare, couldn't quite make sense of the situation. Yet he found this version of his senior sister exceptionally cute.

Her little tsundere-like gaze lightly pricked at him, and on impulse, he used the diary's photo function to record the scene.

[Senior Sister looks so cute like this, seems easy to tease, want to… cough cough, image.jpg]

On the surface, Chu Ge appeared serious, but secretly, he recorded his thoughts in the diary.

At the sa ti, Su Lingyuan also saw this text along with the photo Chu Ge had captured.

A wave of embarrassnt washed over her. Her jade-like toes, still wrapped in shoes and socks, curled up anxiously.

'Ahhh, damn junior disciple, why do you record everything like this?!'

Previously, she might not have reacted so strongly.

But now, knowing that the diary copy wasn't exclusive to her—and that even the master had a copy—she felt mortified that others could see this content.

Su Lingyuan could no longer maintain her feigned icy composure; in an instant, her act fell apart.

"Ju… junior disciple, do you… have sothing to say?"

Her words stumbled slightly, but she tried her best to maintain appearances, not letting Chu Ge notice her unease. She knew her junior disciple was clever—he could probably pick up on subtle cues and figure out sothing about the diary copy.

"Senior Sister, didn't you say we'd continue exploring Taihuang Sacred Land today?"

Chu Ge asked in puzzlent. They had just agreed on this yesterday, and now she seed to have forgotten. Could cultivators be forgetful too?

"Ah, yes, yes, yes, we'll set off imdiately!"

Su Lingyuan responded as if belatedly realizing, then hurriedly turned and left the hall, almost as if fleeing.

In this instant, her deanor bore a striking resemblance to Luo Huangjun's panicked departure earlier.

"Senior Sister…"

Chu Ge didn't know what to say. With a sigh, he followed after her.

...

Walking through Taihuang Sacred Land, Chu Ge's eyes scanned the surrounding majestic buildings.

"This is the Inner Gate Punishnt Hall."

Su Lingyuan had recovered from her earlier state and was now introducing the grand hall to Chu Ge.
