"What should I do..."

Luo Huangjun thought to herself, feeling troubled.

A favorability of 71 was already quite high.

Of course, she also understood that Chu Ge's current "liking" of her might be purely for her appearance, personality, and other qualities—more admiration than romantic affection.

After all, she and Chu Ge had only just started interacting, and their relationship was still that of master and disciple. Right now, it was likely mostly admiration.

But what if this favorability continued to rise…

Her gaze shifted to Su Lingyuan beside him.

Na: Su Lingyuan

Appearance Score: 9.7

Favorability: 66 (Trust)

Even though Su Lingyuan had spent more ti interacting with Chu Ge, having more conversations and even exploring Taihuang Sacred Land together yesterday, Chu Ge's favorability toward her should logically have been higher.

Yet in reality, Su Lingyuan lagged behind by 5 points.

This naturally led Luo Huangjun to speculate further…

"Ah, whatever, let it be…"

She sighed inwardly.

Ever since this diary copy and Chu Ge appeared, her inner thoughts had beco several tis more active than before. Her once calm and undisturbed mind had, in recent days, rippled repeatedly—and always in connection with Chu Ge.

She didn't know whether this was good or bad, so she could only let things follow their course.

Luo Huangjun didn't realize that her willingness to let things flow ultimately stemd from the fact that she held no ill will toward Chu Ge. In fact, she even had so asure of fondness.

Otherwise, if soone she disliked appeared before her and made her feel this unsettled, she would have already ended it with a single sword. There would be no hesitation or repeated internal struggle.

"Master? Master?"

A voice called out, snapping Luo Huangjun from her thoughts.

Only then did she realize she had been unusually lost in thought. Returning to reality, she looked toward Chu Ge, who was calling her.

Their eyes t, bright as stars.

The air seed to still. Even a brief mont of eye contact made Luo Huangjun feel heat rising to her cheeks.

"Let's stop here for today. I just rembered sothing urgent I need to handle."

With that, she quickly turned around. Her figure gradually beca ethereal until she vanished completely.

The air seed to still carry the faint, cool fragrance that had emanated from her.

Chu Ge felt a little bewildered, but during that fleeting gaze with Luo Huangjun, he had keenly sensed a flash of panic in her eyes.

Yet he didn't know the cause of that slight fluster, so he could only set his speculations aside for the ti being.

Turning toward Su Lingyuan beside him, Chu Ge asked tentatively, "Senior Sister?"

Su Lingyuan withdrew her similarly puzzled gaze.

She felt that Master's departing figure had, sohow, a hint of soone fleeing in panic.
