Several people, each harboring their own thoughts, toured the City Lord's Manor together.

Before long, night fell.

The banquet prepared by Wan Changming was already set. Chu Ge naturally followed the host's arrangents and enjoyed the treatnt of an honored guest.

After the al, Chu Ge and his group were escorted to the finest guest rooms in the City Lord's Manor to rest.

Upon returning to his room, Chu Ge did not imdiately begin cultivating.

From the conversations during the banquet, he had already gained a general understanding of Wan Qingchi's situation.

It had to be said—this young miss of the City Lord's Manor was truly pitiable.

Her mother had passed away at the ti of her birth, and her congenital deficiency had also originated then.

Ever since she could rember, she had been confined to the City Lord's Manor, suppressing the loss of her life source.

Even though Wan Changming was a powerful expert of great standing, born of the imperial lineage and in charge of an entire major city, he had exhausted every thod and avenue over the years, yet still could not resolve the problem afflicting Wan Qingchi.

At this mont, Chu Ge was contemplating whether he should step in and resolve Wan Qingchi's condition.

His impression of her was quite good.

Especially considering that she possessed so unknown yet imnsely powerful talent.

And for Chu Ge, this matter was not particularly difficult—nothing more than consuming so of his own origin to fill her deficiencies and halt the depletion of her life source.

His own origin could even be used directly in combat against enemies; expending a portion of it was truly nothing significant.

That said, Chu Ge was not the type to act without seeking anything in return.

Even though he had a good impression of Wan Qingchi, he would not extend a helping hand without reason.

The key still lay with Wan Changming—or rather, with Wan Qingchi herself—and what they would be willing to offer in exchange.

"Young Master…"

At that mont, a voice called from outside the door.

Chu Ge heard it and smiled knowingly.

"Jue'er, co in."

The door was pushed open, and Yuan Jue entered with swaying hips.

The faintly teasing smile on Chu Ge's face caused a blush to slowly spread across Yuan Jue's cheeks.

"Young Master… Jue'er has co to attend to you…"

Although the two had already shared the most intimate of encounters, Yuan Jue was still a little shy.

"Good. This young master would also like to see how well you've mastered what I taught you a few days ago."

Chu Ge slid the chair he was sitting on slightly backward, leaving space for her to move in.

Seeing this, the blush on Yuan Jue's face deepened even further.

But no matter what Chu Ge asked of her, she would never refuse.

She imdiately stepped forward, entered the space Chu Ge had left for her, tucked a few loose strands of hair behind her ears, and began today's service.

Chu Ge leaned back, a look of contentnt appearing on his face.

Though her technique was still rather clumsy, she had clearly improved—and that was enough.

There was plenty of ti ahead; Chu Ge had no shortage of ti to properly instruct his ever-obedient little maid.

Two hours later…

The service began at Chu Ge's feet, but by the ti it ended, it was upon the bed.

Fortunately, this ti Yuan Jue did not faint, and still had enough strength left to tidy up the bed for Chu Ge.

However, as she cleaned up, Chu Ge's teasing gaze made her so embarrassed she scarcely dared to lift her head.

Even she herself did not quite understand why she was always like this—unable to control herself, ending up in such a ss every ti.

Yuan Jue was troubled by this, but Chu Ge found it endlessly amusing.

This little maid truly was a genuine "sprinkler"—even Shui Qianrou could not compare to her in this regard.

One was a hidden spring, subtle and restrained; the other was a surging torrent.

Though the flavors were different, both were exquisitely delightful.

"Young Master… Jue'er will take her leave now."

Yuan Jue naturally knew that Chu Ge would be writing in his diary later. After finishing tidying up, she supported her softened body and prepared to depart.
