The river of light flowing through the wormhole was swift. Adam was carried away. The pull was too strong for him to resist. Around him, little stars flickered. He was pulled forward by the strange force.
"Millennia!" he yelled. "Millennia! Millennia!"
No one answered. He only heard the rushing sound. Her last words played in his mind. Sacrificing System Window for energy. Transferring Master to a safe location. A cold fear grew inside him. Did she really sacrifice herself to save ? But he had a bigger problem. The wormhole still pulled him.
He saw the end ahead. It was a bright white light. The light grew bigger and bigger. Soon it was all he could see. He passed through the light. The world turned white.
He closed his eyes against the bright light. When he opened them he was high in the sky. He saw a village below him. It was a quiet place he did not know.
The strange force still had him. It pulled him down. He saw where he was going. He was pulled to one special house. It was a simple house made of wood. It had a small garden. A woman kneeled in the garden. She was crying. She held a young boy in her arms. The boy was about fifteen years old. He looked dead.
Adam was pulled down faster. He saw his real target. It was not the house. It was not the woman. The force pulled him straight to the boy. He could not stop it.
He went into the boy’s body. There was no sound. His spirit just rged with the boy’s body. It was quick and smooth.
A faint image of the System Window appeared. It was the last one.
[Master, this is my final ssage.] The voice was a weak echo. [I used the ergency protocol to send this. I sacrificed myself to give you a perfect body. This body is now yours. There are no more limits. No more seals.]
The ssage disappeared. The darkness in Adam’s mind faded away. A deep sleepiness ca over him. His old self faded. His new self awoke.
His eyes opened.
He was not in the sky anymore. He was looking up. He saw the crying woman. She was staring down at him. Her eyes were wide. She was shocked. Then hope filled her face. He was in her lap. He was the boy. And he was alive.

A short ti ago, a family lived in a village. The village was deep in the continent’s south. A huge jungle was all around it. The sea was a short distance away. No kingdom owned this land. The jungle was full of dangerous beasts. All the kingdoms were afraid to challenge them. They knew it was not worth the cost.
A village was in the middle of this jungle. It had been there for thousands of years. The people there knew little about the outside world. They never left the village.
In the village, a family lived. The father was a hunter. He was also the village chief. He had two children. His oldest child was a girl nad Anastasia. His younger child was a boy nad Adam.
Our main character, Adam, took this boy’s body. A few monts before this, the boy Adam had died.
His mother, Rachel, held his body. She cried and called his na. "Adam. Adam, open your eyes."
At that sa ti, the System Window was looking for a new host. It needed a safe and good body for its master. It found one here. This place was very far away. The System Window used its last power. It sacrificed itself. As Adam was being captured, it teleported him. It sent him into the body of the chief’s son.
Adam now had the boy’s body. He opened his eyes. He heard the woman say his new na.
Rachel saw her son’s eyes open. She felt great relief. She thought her son was gone. She was alone when he fell. Her husband and daughter were not ho.
"Adam?" she asked. "Are you okay?"
Our Adam was confused. How does she know my na? Where am I? He rembered the System’s last ssage. It said I have this boy’s body now. He looked at the woman. He moved his new fingers. He could feel his new body. Can I control this body all the ti? he thought. Not like Eric’s body...
He wanted to test it. He gently stood up. Rachel was holding him, but he got free. He moved his arms.
Rachel was surprised. "Adam, are you okay? Is sothing wrong?"
He did not answer her. He was focused on his new body. It felt right. He decided to test his magic. He raised a hand towards her.
Rachel fell to the ground. She was unconscious. Adam had cast a sleep spell without trying. The power was easy to use.
He looked around. He saw his new ho. It was a simple wooden house. He saw other wooden houses nearby. He could feel the small number of people in the village. He knew he was in a new place, far away from the academy.
He held his hand out. "Sense," he said.
Magical power flowed out of his body. It was a huge wave of energy. It covered the whole area. He felt the people in the village. He felt the jungle around them. The jungle was full of powerful beasts.
The beasts here were much stronger than the ones he fought before. He knew they were A-rank or higher. So were even SSS-rank. They were legendary monsters.
He pulled his magic back inside him. This place was full of powerful monsters. But he was no longer in a prison. He was free. In a land of monsters, a god could feel at ho.
It was surprising how fast the scarred man was. Another was the force of his blow. Adam, however, was not a mortal and was not easily intimidated.
With a grim smile on his face, he forced himself to stand up. This was fascinating. A whirlpool of green light swirled in his palm, a surge of magical energy. With his feet planted firmly on the ground, he bounded forward, his trajectory aid straight at his assailant.
