’Oh right! There’s still this one!!’
Zen focused his mind on the skill column. More specifically, on his [Immortal Cells].
Soon enough, its information window appeared in front of him.
{Immortal Cells

The player’s special cells which could proliferate infinitely, have given the player the following sub skills:

Note: This skill has not reached its limit.}
Zen happily looked at his skill.
His [High-Speed Regeneration] was still there. However, there was a new sub skill under the [Immortal Cells] skill.
In these past five days, he also tried all sorts of things. He rembered when Arthur said that skills needed the system’s recognition in order to be supported by the said system.
As such, Zen tried to look more into it to find an alternative way of gaining skills aside from practice and skill books.
However, he did not obtain any result from this study which made him greatly dissatisfied and made him give up on it.
Until one day when he rembered Arthur praising him for his potential. Zen wondered whether he was really that impressive.
Then, he thought of his cancer. Since his potential was greatly dependent on his body, he tried to think what connection there was between his cancer and potential.
That was the mont where Zen found a new way of gaining skills; through deduction.
He discovered that if he thought of a possible characteristic that he might have in detail, the system would be able to verify it and turn it into a skill.
Of course, since this way of obtaining skills was still new for Zen, he did not know the exact requirents for this way to work.
Overall, Zen was really satisfied with his improvents this week.
Looking at the [Eternal Youth] skill, Zen wondered silently, ’What does [Growth Speed] an?’
He could understand the [Attribute Growth Speed] effect of his [Apprentice of Fire] title because it was specific. However, this [Growth Speed] effect seems a little too vague to him.
’Maybe it affects my overall growth?’
The [Eternal Youth] skill also made Zen wonder about sothing, ’With this skill, will it be possible for to die of old age?’
The skill only ntioned that he would always be in his pri, it did not ntion anything about immortality.
Immortality was sothing that all humans have thought about. After all, the endless ’what ifs’ if soone could live forever astounds many people.
However, for Zen, immortality was not all sunshines and rainbows. Endless loneliness also accompanied it.
’Ughhh... Forget about it.’
Knowing that pointless thinking without any direction or verification was useless, Zen decided not to think about it anymore.
’I suppose I’ll just know about it in ti...’
Shaking his head, Zen got up and went downstairs to et Arthur.

Tap~ Tap~ Tap~
Walking down the stairs, Zen soon saw Arthur who was happily eating bread and chugging down milk.
"Hmm?"
Hearing the sound of footsteps, Arthur turned his head towards the direction of the stairs and swallowed the bread he was chewing.
"Oh, are you going back to your howorld now?"
Zen smiled and nodded.
He scratched the back of his head and said, "I really have to thank you—"
"Don’t worry about it~ Your growth will be beneficial to too anyway." Arthur waved his hand dismissively and continued eating his bread.
"Eat first before you go."
Zen did not decline and sat in front of Arthur before eating as well.
He decided to eat his fill since he felt that he would not be able to taste this world’s bread and milk any ti soon if he left.
After eating his fill, Zen bid farewell to Arthur and logged off.
Looking at Zen who was vanishing into pixels in front of him, Arthur silently wished him good luck before drinking milk and continuing his al.

In the luxurious private ward...
Zen had just removed his helt and looked around.
He noticed through the wall clock that it was only 5 am in the morning.
’Hmm.. it seems that mom and dad aren’t here yet.’
Zen turned his head to look at Sera and saw that she was still in the ga.
Strangely, even though he was playing the ga for three straight days, he did not feel hungry nor did he have any problems moving at all.
It was common for people who experienced a long period of being physically inactive to experience so sort of soreness in their limbs and joints, but Zen did not experience anything of the sort.
’Maybe it’s one of the perks of being connected to the ga? If I can gain skills and power from the ga, then can it also provide nutrition from my body?’ He thought curiously.
Anyways, since he did not feel the need to do anything, he picked up his phone from the side to browse the internet.
