While Zen was digesting the information he got, Arthur stood up and said, "Well, that’s all for today. Be sure to rest up and recover because we’ll be starting your training tomorrow."

Zen ca to his senses as he heard Arthur’s voice and replied, "Then will it be fine to go back to my world for a while?"

"Yes you can, but be sure to get back here before sunrise. Based on what I know, the ti in our world runs faster than your world."

"However, as for the exact amount of difference, I’m not that sure so please do check it for future convenience."

Zen replied in response to Arthur’s words.

"Understood."

Nodding in satisfaction, Arthur stretched for a little while before leaving the room.

"Then see you tomorrow, my apprentice."

"See you, teacher!"

Pam!!!

With the sound of the door closing, Zen laid down on the bed for a while to think about the things that he learned today.

’Hmmm...’

’Oh right! I rembered when I first lost consciousness, the ga didn’t eject out of it.’

Rembering this, Zen was quite amazed.

Other virtual reality gas would automatically kick the player out of the ga if ever they lost consciousness or detected an extre emotional fluctuation from the said player.

But here, not only did it not eject him out of the ga when he lost consciousness, even the ti where he experienced pain such as when the ghoul smashed his hand, he was still not kicked out of the ga.

Even though Zen was amazed, he was still very scared at the sa ti.

It was the first ti he ever had that experience. Fortunately, because of the pain that he endured for being bedridden for 10 years, his pain tolerance was on the higher end.

Otherwise, he might have directly broken down and suffered emotional traumas.

Zen got goosebumps as he thought about the possible things that could still happen to him in the ga.

However, no matter how amazed he was at the realness of the ga, he knew that this also increased the chances of the apocalypse happening on Earth.

’Damn, I’ve been bedridden for 10 years! I didn’t even have the ti to travel the world! And now an apocalypse is coming!?’

Zen thought in his heart with an indignant expression.

He complained for a while as he digested the information that Arthur said earlier.

Soon enough he realized sothing.

’Oh right! It seems like this ga can turn diseases into power!’

Zen thought in wonder, as he rembered the fact that he got a skill with a description that accurately resembles his cancer.

’I must tell this to mom and dad!’

Just as Zen was about to click the logout button located in his status panel, a notification sounded in his ears followed by an announcent.

[Ding!]

[Word Wide Announcent: Congratulations to player Horror for awakening the first [Mythical] grade talent! Please strive more and do your best in the Free World, have a nice otherworldly experience!]

Zen’s eyes were widened to the extre as he could not help but feel extrely shocked at the system’s announcent.

"What. The. Fuck."

Zen cursed loudly, clearly in disbelief about the events that happened.

Knock!! Knock!!!

Urgent knocking sounded, making Zen co to his senses.

"Did sothing happen!?"

Arthur’s worried voice ca from the other side of the door.

Calming himself, Zen replied, "Umm no teacher, I was just shocked at sothing..."

A relieved sigh ca from the other side of the door followed by Arthur’s words.

"You brat! Don’t go shouting in the middle of the night, you almost gave a heart attack."

"Sorry teacher..."

Zen replied sheepishly.

"Alright, Imma go back to sleep now."

"Wait, teacher!"

"What is it!?"

Although annoyed by Zen, Arthur still answered.

"Can I ask a quick question?"

"Make it quick."

"What rank is higher, Legendary or Mythical?"

"Why do you ask— nevermind."

Although Arthur was curious as to why Zen asked sothing about the grading system of the world, he judged that his sleepiness overwheld his curiosity by a lot so he changed his mind.

’I’ll just ask him tomorrow.’

"It’s Mythical of course, I’m going back to sleep now. See ya~"

Arthur said as he yawned, feeling sleepy.

Soon enough, Zen heard the fading sound of footsteps.

When the sound of footsteps faded to nothing, he laid back to his bed with a frown on his face.

"Damn, now I’m jealous of whoever this is!"

"And it’s not even a skill! It’s a talent! Sothing that an individual can obtain as long as they’re lucky!"

Zen complained heavily.

It was normal for him to feel jealous as even the skill he obtained from logging in the ga ca from his cancer.

Now seeing soone successful without doing anything in return, he could not help but feel bitter in his heart.

’Oh well, it is what it is. The world is unfair to everyone which, ironically, makes it fair.’

Zen soon ca into terms with it, he was not the type to drown himself in jealousness of other people’s success.

And he also believed that one could not just judge others based on what they see because you won’t know whether soone is going through sothing or not.

As such, it was better to be kind to others and not invalidate them.

Thinking this, Zen recovered from the events that happened earlier and proceeded to click on the logout button.

As the status panel is sothing that appears with the player’s sight, they can choose to focus or click to navigate through their respective status panels.

Zen found the system very user-friendly.

Just as he was thinking of random thoughts, a familiar feeling of weightlessness assaulted his senses.
