November 15, 2020.

The morning sun reflected off the glass towers of Bonifacio Global City, the financial heart of Manila. BGC had always been a playground for the rich, ambitious, and powerful, and today, Leo and Saimon were ready to join the ranks of luxury condo owners.

Matthew leaned against his Maserati GranTurismo, watching as Saimon and Leo excitedly chatted about their next big purchase.

"I still don't know why you don't just get one," Leo said, adjusting his N95 mask as he glanced at Matthew.

Matthew smirked. "I don't do condos. If I'm spending money on real estate, I want land—sothing that's actually mine, not a box in a high-rise."

Saimon chuckled. "Typical. anwhile, I prefer waking up with a view of the skyline and not worrying about cutting grass."

Leo laughed. "Or flooding."

Matthew shrugged, unlocking his phone to check his emails. "Your money, your choice. I'm just here to make sure you don't get scamd."

The three of them entered the showroom of one of the top luxury developers in BGC, the lobby pristine and modern, filled with well-dressed agents waiting to pounce on high-value clients. A tall, professional-looking woman wearing a white blazer and a face shield approached them, her heels clicking against the marble floor.

"Good morning, gentlen. My na is Isabel Vasquez, and I'll be assisting you today." Her voice was polished, her deanor exuding experience. "I understand you're looking for premium residences?"

Leo smirked. "Yes. Sothing in the penthouse range."

Saimon nodded. "Preferably with a view, lots of space, and top-notch anities."

Matthew simply listened. He wasn't here to buy, but he'd seen enough shady deals in real estate to know what to look out for.

Isabel led them to a presentation area, where a massive 3D scale model of the condominium project stood at the center.

"This is Vanguard Residences," Isabel explained, gesturing toward the tower's sleek design. "One of the most exclusive addresses in BGC. 56 floors, full glass façade, and each unit is designed with modern luxury in mind."

She turned to them with a smile. "Would you like to see the penthouse units?"

Leo and Saimon exchanged glances and nodded.

They stepped into the high-speed elevator, which shot them up to the 55th floor in seconds. The doors opened to reveal a spacious hallway, and Isabel led them toward a unit labeled 5503-P.

As soon as she pushed the double doors open, Saimon and Leo let out an impressed whistle.

"Damn," Leo muttered.

The penthouse was nothing short of breathtaking.

A massive open-plan living room stretched before them, its floor-to-ceiling windows offering an uninterrupted view of the Manila skyline. The high ceilings made the space feel even grander, while the Italian marble floors and gold-accented décor scread luxury.

A spacious balcony wrapped around the entire unit, perfect for private gatherings. The kitchen was a sleek, modern masterpiece, with state-of-the-art appliances, a marble island, and custom cabinetry.

"Three bedrooms," Isabel continued, leading them through the tour. "Each one with its own ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private terrace. The master bedroom cos with a built-in smart system, allowing you to control the lights, air conditioning, and curtains with just your voice or a smartphone."

She gestured toward another door. "And here's the private office space for those who work from ho."

Leo grinned. "Or a ga room."

Saimon smirked. "Or a mini-theater."

Isabel chuckled. "It's your space, gentlen. You can customize it however you want."

Matthew, who had been leaning near the window, finally spoke.

"What's the total floor area?"

Isabel turned to him, sensing he was the type to ask the real questions. "This unit is 320 square ters."

Matthew nodded. "And the price?"

She smiled. "₱95 million."

Leo and Saimon exchanged glances. Pricey, but nothing they couldn't afford.

Saimon walked over to the balcony, taking in the breathtaking view of BGC's city lights, the roads below still bustling despite the pandemic.

"This is it," he said. "I'll take this one."

Isabel's eyes lit up. "Wonderful choice, Mr. Cruz! I'll have the paperwork prepared—"

Leo interrupted. "Wait, wait. I want to check another unit first. Sothing with a bit more… flair."

Isabel nodded, leading them to another penthouse unit on the opposite side of the building.

This one was more dramatic—darker aesthetics, more textured walls, and a larger private rooftop garden. Unlike Saimon's pick, which was sleek and modern, this unit had warm lighting, black marble finishes, and more privacy.

Leo grinned instantly. "Yeah. This is mine."

Matthew smirked. "Figured you'd go for the flashier one."

Leo shrugged. "I like my space to have personality."

Isabel, practically beaming, clasped her hands together. "Mr. Cruz and Mr. Navarro, would you like to proceed with the reservation today?"

Leo and Saimon nodded without hesitation.

They returned to the showroom office, where stacks of docunts were prepared. As Isabel handed them the contracts, Saimon and Leo removed their masks montarily to sign.

Matthew observed quietly. He had closed bigger deals than this, but it was always different when it was personal wealth on the line.

As the final signatures were inked, Isabel smiled.

"Congratulations, gentlen. You are now proud owners of so of the most exclusive penthouses in Manila."

Leo smirked. "Feels good."

Saimon chuckled. "We should celebrate."

Leo nodded, already pulling out his phone. "Ti to flex."

A few minutes later, Instagram and Facebook lit up with new posts.

Leo's post: New crib secured. Now it's ti to live like a king. #LuxuryLiving #BGC

Saimon's post: Penthouse secured. City views every morning, good life every night. #BigMoves

Matthew's comnt on both: About ti. Try not to throw too many parties.

The comnts section exploded with reactions—so genuine admiration, others filled with jealousy or snarky remarks.

"Haters gonna hate," Leo said, smirking as he scrolled.

Saimon laughed. "Doesn't matter. We're the ones living at the top."

Matthew shook his head, amused.

As they stepped out of the building, the sunset painted the skyline in orange and gold, casting long shadows across the cityscape.

It wasn't just about the cars, the condos, or the money.

It was about proving they made it.

And this was only the beginning.
