After all, won’t she feel more confident and righteous if she gets an endorsent through her own rits than by walking through the back door? “How is it any different? Why can’t I compare them?”
“I worry about the company solely for the sake of supporting our family. But Ye Qing? Other than asking you for money, has she said anything else to you lately? Ye Zhen had been quietly listening on the side. Bored of listening to their conversation, she pressed the call button on the bed. It didn’t take long for a nurse to knock on the door before pushing the door open. The sound of Father Ye and Mother Ye quarreling abruptly ended.
“Mrs. Lu, can I help you with sothing?”
Ye Zhen rubbed the spot between her brows. “I’m a bit tired. I want to rest for a bit. Please send my parents out.”
Seeing that Ye Zhen was boldly kicking them out before they finished talking, Father Ye and Mother Ye couldn’t help the ugly expressions that appeared on their faces. They had co all the way here and hadn’t gotten anything yet. How could they be willing to leave like this?

I wouldn’t ask you to invest if I wasn’t 100% sure there would be profit to make. We’re one family. If there’s money to make, we should earn it together.”
“How much money are you short by?
Father Ye smiled. “Not much. Only 20 million in total. I have about 10 million, and I just need another 10 million.”
Lu Beichuan couldn’t hide his impatience. “For a small project of 20 million, go talk to my investnt manager. If he thinks it’s okay, he’ll report the situation to .”
After saying that, he lifted up his foot and started walking away.
