Ye Zhen quietly reached her hand into Lu Beichuan’s suit jacket and pinched his waist to tell him to knock if off. She changed the topic by saying, “I’m quite interested in the entertainnt industry though.”
“Oh? Mrs. Lu is interested in the entertainnt industry?” Shen Weiyin tidied up her emotions and looked at Ye Zhen from top to bottom. “I think with your qualifications and given ti, you’ll definitely be liked by the audiences if you enter the entertainnt industry.”
Ye Zhen waved her hand. “Even though I’m interested in the entertainnt industry, I didn’t attend a proper film academy. As for being a celebrity, never mind that idea. I’m not interested or qualified.”
Shen Weiyin smiled. “I didn’t attend a film academy either. Acting isn’t sothing that requires innate skill. It’s a skill that can be learned.”
She paused. “Moreover, Mrs. Lu, you’re still young. Don’t you want your own career? Mrs. Lu, you don’t do any work of your own, right? In my opinion, no matter how well a woman marries, if she doesn’t have a career of her own, she would still be failing at life.”
