Kitagawa Gen discovered that the Tenseigan’s abilities sowhat restrained both Jigen and even Isshiki.

No matter whether he enlarged or shrank himself, or stored and retrieved objects, Gen’s eyes could still see it all clearly.

If the area was overly dense, he could even perform a full sweep using Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion!

“As for single-target attacks and damage, Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion is completely sufficient—there’s even room to spare.”

Looking at Jigen, whose body had been sliced cleanly in two by his strike, Kitagawa Gen did not hesitate in the slightest. In the next instant, he had already dashed forward.

“Chakra Edible Creation!”

Jigen’s body had been destroyed, which ant he would automatically enter a Decompression State—signifying the beginning of his resurrection.

Kitagawa Gen wasn’t sure what kind of state this guy would be in after being “dismbered,” so he had to move fast!

“The Kāma is, in so sense, a form of highly compressed chakra. I’ll seize a portion of it before he resurrects—and if he dares to fight after coming back…”

He didn’t know whether it would work—but if it did, that would be a massive gain!

The resurrected Isshiki wouldn’t have many days left to live anyway; if Gen could extract so of the Kāma’s energy first, then even if Isshiki revived strong, he would be weakened.

With all those debuffs stacked together, Kitagawa Gen was confident he could crush this guy!

“Damn it!”

Jigen’s upper body hadn’t fully died yet, but he had indeed entered the Decompression State. He could clearly feel what Kitagawa Gen was doing.

That made him curse angrily—but at this point, he no longer cared about anything else.

He could distinctly see that the golden lightsaber—stretching for a kiloter—had not only cleaved his body apart, but also swept away those two descendants of Kaguya!

He no longer wanted to stay here; it was aningless now. Even if he fought Ōtsutsuki Genshiki to the death, it would be the sa.

“I have to find a body to reimplant the Kāma, otherwise—”

[Boom—!]

Though Jigen’s upper half was drenched in blood, he still gathered all his remaining chakra and charged forward in desperation.

But just then, he suddenly saw ripples appear in the space ahead of him, making his brows twitch.

At that sa mont, Kitagawa Gen sharply raised his head and looked over—almost instantly, the golden lightsaber in his hand swung out once more.

That golden radiance engulfed everything; and at the exact mont when the spatial ripple began to absorb things, that light had already pierced into it.

In an instant, it was as if the very fabric of space quaked—yet the distortion lasted for less than a second before it abruptly ceased.

The world seed to return to stillness, leaving only the blazing flas and the further-collapsing ground.

Before Kitagawa Gen’s eyes, Jigen’s remaining lower half slowly faded away—while in his hand, a peculiar chakra was quietly gathering.

...

“Has the commotion outside stopped?”

The mont Jigen was shattered by Kitagawa Gen, the rumbling earth ceased, and the surging tide-like chakra flow also stilled.

Sasuke imdiately noticed this, realizing that the battle outside had likely ended.

He was extrely curious about what was happening out there, and that made his hands move faster.

After all, the fight before him was nearly over as well!

With that thought, Sasuke began to press harder—this battle, for him, was imnsely satisfying.

Not only could he now fight alongside his father and mother, but more importantly—their common target was the sinner who had destroyed the entire Uchiha clan!

“And besides, I can take this opportunity to properly get used to my Mangekyō.”

The ability of the Mangekyō required constant honing—there was no doubt about that, especially when it ca to the mastery of dōjutsu.

“Die!”

With Sasuke’s roar, his Susanoo grew even larger. As his ocular power surged into it, the colossal Susanoo let out a thunderous roar.

Armor quietly appeared over its form, and its size far surpassed even those of Uchiha Fugaku and Uchiha Itachi’s Susanoo!

In the purple Susanoo’s hands appeared a massive chakra blade, which it swung down heavily, striking against Uchiha Itachi’s Susanoo.

[Boom—!]

That ferocious impact, combined with Sasuke’s ocular power, made even Uchiha Itachi montarily lose his footing.

More importantly, cracks began to appear on his Susanoo at that very mont!

“Now’s our chance!”

At once, Uchiha Fugaku noticed Sasuke’s movent and imdiately followed up—his own Susanoo drew out a blade of light.

That blade slashed down once again, striking with brutal force against his eldest son’s Susanoo.

[Boom—!]

The piercing rumble echoed without pause, and under such repeated heavy blows, even Susanoo itself could no longer endure.

[Crack—!]

With a sharp shatter, Uchiha Itachi’s Susanoo was finally broken apart by the combined assault of the two.

“Sasuke, you must conserve your eyes. Though these eyes possess great power, they—”

Looking at the miserable state of his eldest son, Uchiha Fugaku couldn’t help but sigh inwardly.

But as his gaze turned toward Sasuke, whose eyes were now streaming with blood tears, he spoke at once.

“The more you use them, the greater the harm to your eyes. The Uchiha clan now has only you left—you must protect yourself.”

“Sasuke, listen to your father.”

Uchiha Mikoto did not possess the Mangekyō, and in this battle her performance was rather ordinary. Perhaps, deep down, she had never wanted to take part in this fight at all.

As she looked at the distant, wretched figure of Uchiha Itachi, a sigh welled in her heart—but at this mont, her gaze still turned toward Sasuke.

Since the dead were already gone, there was no need to further wound the living.

“I understand, Father, Mother.”

Sasuke nodded. In truth, he knew that the problem with his eyes could be resolved.

But there was no need to ntion that now—once Itachi was dealt with and the battle before them ended, they would have plenty of ti!

Besides, he truly enjoyed the feeling of fighting together as a family.

“Why has it co to this?”

While Sasuke was relishing the mont, Uchiha Itachi, on the other hand, was utterly dazed.

His mother refused to spare him even a glance, and his father struck him with all his strength.

That feeling filled him with a pain that ca from the depths of his soul.

“Why did it have to turn out like this…”

Uchiha Itachi felt dizzy and lost. Having died once, his mind had actually beco much clearer.

He now realized that he should never have made choices on Sasuke’s behalf back then. He had simply assud that forcing Sasuke down the path he believed was right would be best.

But the Uchiha’s problem…

At that ti, he had thought it was beyond salvation—and his father and mother had already understood him, hadn’t they?

“Why did it end up like this?”

“Why did it have to co to such an ending?”

Although he felt that perhaps this was the punishnt he ought to bear for the sins he had once committed, these were his family…

This scene before his eyes, this entire mont—had once been the very thing he longed for deep within his heart. Yet now, all of it had completely slipped away from him!

“Itachi, things have co to this point—there’s nothing more for us to say.”

Seeing the look on Uchiha Itachi’s face, Uchiha Fugaku thought to himself that things were turning bad.

He absolutely didn’t want Uchiha Itachi to start spouting nonsense and end up making Sasuke overthink.

Out of the corner of his eye, he glanced at the “Future Fifth Hokage,” who had yet to make a move and was rely watching their battle in silence.

He beca increasingly convinced that this whole situation was a “trial” for them—a test concerning Sasuke’s “fate” in the future.

Back then, he had never had such an opportunity, because the Fourth Hokage had already died, and all his own efforts had been in vain.

Now Sasuke did have that chance—and as a father, no matter what, he had to fight for it!

“The things you did back then should co to an end as well. And fittingly, it will be here in Konoha—let everyone witness it.”

When he said that, even Uchiha Fugaku felt sowhat embarrassed.

Still, he turned his head away, refusing to look into Uchiha Itachi’s eyes, and instead directed his gaze toward Sasuke beside him.

“Sasuke, let’s go—together we’ll put an end to this farce!”

“Yes, Father.”

Sasuke nodded. Together, his and Fugaku’s eyes locked firmly on Uchiha Itachi.

Their two Susanoo beca even more imposing, while Uchiha Itachi completely lowered his head.

In his gaze, a pain beyond words rippled endlessly.

“It seems… everything is just about over.”

Standing atop a high platform, Kitagawa Gen’s God Tree clone had been quietly watching the entire scene.

He had chosen not to intervene—even when he sensed that Obito had gone to steal the “Senju Relic,” he still didn’t move.

After all—

“I’d be more than happy to have him take that thing away!”

The “Senju Relic” was a fake to begin with—letting him bring it back to disgust others was no problem at all.

As for the rest of the battle, there wasn’t much of a problem. Although he was rely a God Tree clone, after the Source of the God Tree had devoured Kaguya’s chakra—

Even a God Tree clone’s power had been partially enhanced, not to ntion that his main body was far stronger!

“Otherwise, I wouldn’t have been able to crush Jigen so easily.”

Jigen’s strength was still extrely terrifying—there was a reason why this guy could drive the future Sasuke and Naruto to despair.

But unfortunately for him, he had t !

With both the bloodline and power of the Ōtsutsuki, coupled with constant verbal provocation, and the Tenseigan unexpectedly restraining him to so degree—

“On top of that, this guy didn’t even want to resurrect in the first place. With all those factors stacked together—if you didn’t lose, who would?”

Defeating soone like Jigen wasn’t sothing particularly worth boasting about; besides, several other things had also happened in the anti.

“That Uchiha Obito really has no sense of self-preservation. He actually dared to get himself involved in sothing like this?”

At the final mont, Uchiha Obito had rushed onto the battlefield—most likely out of sheer curiosity. But he probably didn’t understand one simple truth:

Curiosity kills the cat—and he was very likely to beco that cat!

[Boom—!]

As he was thinking, the two Susanoo of Sasuke and Uchiha Fugaku had already erupted with ferocious might.

That suffocating power surged violently toward Uchiha Itachi, and at that mont, the roar of destruction resounded once again!

“It seems this is just about over.”

Kitagawa Gen shook his head lightly; what remained was rely the cleanup.

And the way everything had unfolded this ti was unexpectedly satisfying in its completeness.

The reunion between Hyūga Hizashi, Hyūga Hiashi, and Neji—and Sasuke’s family standing together in unity—most importantly, “Not only was the ‘root eradication’ mission perfectly completed, but we also obtained Isshiki’s chakra!”
