"Ji Yebai, you bastard! Beast! Shaless!!" Ning Xixi’s voice was almost hoarse from shouting, but Ji Yebai simply ignored her.
She was furious, and being carried on soone’s shoulder wasn’t pleasant at all. Grinding her teeth, she bit down on Ji Yebai’s shoulder!
"Hisss..." Ji Yebai inhaled sharply, "Are you a dog or sothing?!"
He swung his hand and slapped Ning Xixi’s butt.
Ning Xixi was stunned. All her life, even her dad had never hit her, and now Ji Yebai slapped her butt?
"Ah!! You pervert! Freak!" Ning Xixi scread loudly, and Ji Yebai, overwheld, dropped her down easily, pressing her against the edge of the rooftop: "Scream again, and I will throw you down!"
Ning Xixi imdiately quieted down.
Pouting, her glass-like black eyes shimred with tears, looking imnsely wronged, as if her eyelashes would tremble and tears would fall.
Ji Yebai’s breath hitched, feeling a blockage over his left chest.
He had seen many sides of Ning Xixi, happy, sad, silly, even her greasy-haired, noodle-eating self, but he rarely saw her vulnerable like this.
Ji Yebai leaned one hand against the rooftop wall, frowning, "You feel wronged? Look at what you have done yourself!"
He swiped his phone, and a photo appeared before Ning Xixi’s eyes.
Ning Xixi looked angrily, then froze.
In the photo, sunlight warmly spilled from outside, a devilishly handso young man smiling, kissing a shy, bewildered girl. The picture even had a soft filter applied, embodying a romantic, youthful vibe, beautiful like a youth idol drama...
...Wait, why were she and Gong Xiu in it?
